You may click the link to switch the active language.<\/p><p><strong>Soma Eynez Karanl\u0131k Dere`deki \u00f6zel Soma K\u00f6m\u00fcr \u0130\u015fletmeleri`nde son y\u0131llar\u0131n en b\u00fcy\u00fck i\u015f kazas\u0131, en b\u00fcy\u00fck insan kay\u0131pl\u0131 i\u015f felaketi ya\u015fan\u0131yor. \u00d6ncelikle yitirdi\u011fimiz canlar i\u00e7in ba\u015fsa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve yaral\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131za en k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede sa\u011fl\u0131klar\u0131na kavu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 diliyoruz.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Soma yeralt\u0131 k\u00f6m\u00fcr madeni felaketi konusunda temkinli \u2013 dikkatli konu\u015fal\u0131m. Konuyla ilgili tamamlay\u0131c\u0131 detay teknik bilgi olu\u015fmadan ne oldu\u011fu hakk\u0131nda acele fikir y\u00fcr\u00fctmek hatal\u0131 olur, yanl\u0131\u015f olur. Trafolar\u0131n y\u00fcksek g\u00fcvenlikli standartlara uygun olarak yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi, trafonun patlama ihtimalinin \u00e7ok d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck oldu\u011fu, trafo patlasa dahi yang\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 izole edilmi\u015f beton korumaya sahip olmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi elimizdeki teknik \u00f6n bilgilerdir. Ayr\u0131ca ocakta kullan\u0131lan elektrik tesisat\u0131n\u0131n ve ekipmanlar\u0131n\u0131n sertifikal\u0131 exproof (alev s\u0131zd\u0131rmaz) olmas\u0131 gerekmektedir. Trafolar\u0131n da exproof d tipi koruma tertibatl\u0131 olarak se\u00e7ilmesi, kuru tip transformat\u00f6r kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekmektedir. Bu bilgiler \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131nda trafonun patlamas\u0131 ve yang\u0131n \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 s\u00f6z konusu ise bunun bir kaza oldu\u011funu s\u00f6ylemek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir.<\/p>\n<p>EMO Odam\u0131zdan bir heyet, bilgi almak \u00fczere maden oca\u011f\u0131na inmi\u015ftir. Madende eski ocak olarak tabir edilen mek\u00e2nda, k\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcn yanmas\u0131 ve ge\u00e7ici g\u00f6\u00e7\u00fck meydana gelmesinin ard\u0131ndan i\u015f\u00e7ilerin bulundu\u011fu alanda yo\u011fun karbonmonoksit birikmesi oldu\u011fu y\u00f6n\u00fcnde bilgiler ula\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Hava tahliye sisteminde aksakl\u0131klar oldu\u011fu, mekanik olarak y\u00f6nlendirme yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131, otomasyon sisteminin yeterli olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131, oca\u011f\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k -700 metrelerinde k\u00f6m\u00fcr yang\u0131n\u0131 ve yang\u0131ndan kaynakl\u0131 k\u0131smi g\u00f6\u00e7\u00fck olu\u015ftu\u011fu, taze hava sa\u011flayan fanlar\u0131n etkisiyle yang\u0131n\u0131n duman etkisinin yay\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131, uzun s\u00fcre sonra fanlar\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma y\u00f6nlerinin ancak de\u011fi\u015ftirilebildi\u011fi, bu arada \u00e7ok say\u0131da i\u015f\u00e7inin yay\u0131lan duman ve yang\u0131ndan etkilendi\u011fi (yan\u0131k ve zehirlenme) yang\u0131n\u0131n kamuoyuna yans\u0131yan ilk a\u00e7\u0131klamalarda oldu\u011fu gibi elektrik kaynakl\u0131 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bilgileri edinilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Yeralt\u0131 maden i\u00e7erisinde zehirleyici ve patlay\u0131c\u0131 gazlar\u0131 alg\u0131layacak ve havaland\u0131rma sistemlerini y\u00f6netecek sistemlerin yetersiz ve eski oldu\u011fu, k\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcn i\u00e7ten i\u00e7e yanmas\u0131yla ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 tahmin edilen bu yang\u0131n\u0131n ortaya \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131\u011f\u0131 karbonmonoksit, karbondioksit ve metan gazlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6l\u00fcmc\u00fcl etkisi nedeniyle \u015fu ana kadar ifade edilen rakamlarla \u00e7ok say\u0131da \u00f6l\u00fcm olay\u0131n\u0131n ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti\u011fi, say\u0131n\u0131n i\u00e7erideki i\u015f\u00e7ilerin kurtar\u0131lmas\u0131ndaki zorluk g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcne al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda daha da artabilece\u011fi \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Asans\u00f6rlerin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmamas\u0131n\u0131n kurtarma faaliyetlerini g\u00fc\u00e7le\u015ftirdi\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Asans\u00f6rlerin de yang\u0131n olsa bile yedek bir g\u00fc\u00e7 kayna\u011f\u0131 ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015fabilir durumda olmas\u0131 gerekmektedir. 2007 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar Ege Linyit \u0130\u015fletmeleri ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda kamuya ait bir devlet kurulu\u015funca i\u015fletilen bu tesisin yer alt\u0131 i\u015fleme k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6zelle\u015ftirildi\u011fi bilinmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Maden M\u00fchendisleri Odas\u0131 \u0130zmir \u015eube ba\u015fkan\u0131mizin \u201ctrafo yang\u0131n\u0131n s\u00f6z konusu olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, kazan\u0131n nedeninin gaz patlamas\u0131\u201d oldu\u011fu y\u00f6n\u00fcndeki a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131 \u00f6nemlidir. Bu t\u00fcr yang\u0131nlarda i\u00e7erideki toksik gazlar nedeni ile kimse maskesiz, t\u00fcps\u00fcz, g\u00f6zl\u00fcks\u00fcz madene giremez. Rus ve \u00c7in \u00fcretimi kablolar yand\u0131klar\u0131 zaman toksik gaz \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131rlar ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlarda fel\u00e7 yaparlar. Hen\u00fcz yeralt\u0131 maden sahas\u0131 teknik incelemeye kapal\u0131d\u0131r. TK\u0130 den devir eski bir ocak oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in trafoda \u201ckuru tip\u201d y\u00f6n\u00fcnde yenileme yap\u0131lmam\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131 muhtemeldir.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00fcnyada \u00e7o\u011fu yerde Al\u0131c\u0131lar sat\u0131lan termik santrallerde, kiralanan i\u015fletme hakk\u0131 devredilen madenlerde, yeni rehabilitasyon yapm\u0131yorlar, \u00e7evre ekipmanlar\u0131na yeni yat\u0131r\u0131m yapm\u0131yorlar, sadece \u00e7evreyi kirletmeye devam ederek maden \u00e7\u0131karmaya, elektrik \u00fcretmeye, satmaya ve para kazanmaya bak\u0131yorlar. D\u00fczenleyici kurumlar \u00e7aresiz kal\u0131yor, \u00e7evre insan\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7evre beklentileri kar\u015f\u0131lanm\u0131yor. Santraller a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 zorlan\u0131yor, madenler h\u0131zla t\u00fckeniyor, i\u015fletme h\u0131zla ya\u015flan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Maden yang\u0131nlar\u0131, maden kazalar\u0131, verimsiz \u00fcretim, kapasite d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc, rand\u0131man d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc arkadan geliyor. Rehabilitasyon harcamalar\u0131nda gecikme, erteleme, Devaml\u0131 s\u00fcre uzat\u0131m\u0131, devaml\u0131 \u00e7evre ekipmanlar\u0131 yap\u0131m\u0131ndan muafiyet ekleniyor, \u00f6zelle\u015ftirmenin, varl\u0131k sat\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n, redovans i\u015fletmesinin ba\u015ftaki daha verimli daha temiz \u00e7evre beklentileri, daha g\u00fcvenli daha sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 i\u015fyeri \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma \u015fartlar\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lanm\u0131yor.
