Buna g\u00f6re yeni kurulan k\u00f6m\u00fcr enerjisi kapasitesinin y\u00fczde 60 kadar\u0131, ticari olarak ula\u015f\u0131labilir k\u00f6m\u00fcr teknolojileri aras\u0131nda en az verimli ku\u015fak olan \u2018kritik alt\u0131\u2019 s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131nda.<\/p>\n<p>Rapora g\u00f6re, k\u00f6m\u00fcr ve karbondioksit fiyatlar\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck seyretmeye devam etmesi halinde hafifletilmemi\u015f k\u00f6m\u00fcr santralleri k\u00e2rl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 koruyacak kadar esnek olmay\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrecek.<\/p>\n<p>Gagn\u00e9, \u2018Ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz on y\u0131l boyunca yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z gibi k\u00f6m\u00fcr santralleri geli\u015ftirmeye bir son vermemiz gerekiyor. Yenilenebilir enerjilerden elde etti\u011fimiz faydalar k\u00f6m\u00fcr kullan\u0131m\u0131ndaki art\u0131\u015fla g\u00f6lgeleniyor kurulan santrallerin \u00e7o\u011funun elektrik fiyatlar\u0131ndaki belirsizliklere ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak en y\u00fcksek standartlarda olmamas\u0131 daha da endi\u015fe verici\u2019 dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Gagn\u00e9, \u2018K\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcn enerjide pay\u0131 olmas\u0131 gerekiyorsa, uzun vadede CCS\u2019in geriye d\u00f6n\u00fck uygulanmas\u0131n\u0131 kolayla\u015ft\u0131rmak i\u00e7in elektrik santrallerinin en y\u00fcksek standartlarda olmas\u0131 gerekiyor\u2019 dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Hen\u00fcz yasalar\u0131n\u0131 AB\u2019nin CCS Direktifi\u2019ne uyumlu hale getirmeyen Polonya, \u015fu anda dev ikiz Opole k\u00f6m\u00fcr santralleri sebebiyle, CCS\u2019e ne kadar haz\u0131r oldu\u011fu konusunda \u00e7evrecilerle anla\u015fmazl\u0131k ya\u015f\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>IEA uzmanlar\u0131, CCS\u2019in 2030 civar\u0131nda AB\u2019nin enerji sisteminde \u2018ger\u00e7ek bir rol\u2019 oynamaya ba\u015flayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 tahmin ediyor, ancak bu da ancak teknolojiye \u015fimdiden yat\u0131r\u0131m yap\u0131lmas\u0131 halinde m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olacak.<\/p>\n<p>IEA\u2019in, Gagn\u00e9 g\u00f6zetiminde haz\u0131rlanan yeni ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131na g\u00f6re y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n ortas\u0131na kadar ihtiya\u00e7 duyulan 44 trilyon dolarl\u0131k temiz enerji yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 d\u00fcnya GSY\u0130H\u2019s\u0131n\u0131n k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcne denk d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyor ve dolayl\u0131 olarak getirece\u011fi 115 trilyon dolarl\u0131k yak\u0131t tasarrufu da bu yat\u0131r\u0131m miktar\u0131n\u0131 telafi edecek.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6zellikle temiz enerjiye ge\u00e7i\u015fi k\u00fcresel \u0131s\u0131nmaya ra\u011fmen ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmenin maliyeti y\u00fcksek, art\u0131\u015f e\u011filimli ve \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclemeyen de\u011fi\u015fikliklere maruz olacak.<\/p>\n<p>Ara\u015ft\u0131rmada, \u2018Enerji sistemimizi d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrmek, bekledik\u00e7e daha pahal\u0131 hale geliyor\u2019 deniliyor.<\/p>\n<h2>\u0130ki derece penceresi<\/h2>\n<p>Yeni raporda k\u00fcresel \u0131s\u0131nman\u0131n 2 derece, 4 derece ve 6 derece oldu\u011fu \u00fc\u00e7 senaryo ortaya konuluyor ve d\u00fcnyadaki enerji sisteminin bunlar\u0131n her birinden nas\u0131l etkilenece\u011fine bak\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00fcnyan\u0131n en sayg\u0131n enerji ekonomistlerinin g\u00f6rev yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 kurumun analizinin alt\u0131nda, 2 derecelik k\u00fcresel \u0131s\u0131nma penceresinin, gelecekteki sistemlere kilitlenmi\u015f fosil yak\u0131t yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 sebebiyle 2016\u2032da kapanaca\u011f\u0131 tahmini yat\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Gagn\u00e9 yine de bunun, gelecekte iklimin tehlikeli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde dengesiz seyretmesinin ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz oldu\u011fu anlam\u0131na gelmedi\u011fine i\u015faret ediyor ve \u2018Bu yaln\u0131zca f\u0131rsat penceresinin mevcut altyap\u0131 ba\u011flam\u0131nda kapand\u0131\u011f\u0131, tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n mevcut altyap\u0131n\u0131n erken emeklili\u011fe ayr\u0131lmas\u0131 ve bunun maliyetleri \u00fczerine yo\u011funla\u015fmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi anlam\u0131na geliyor\u2019 dedi.<\/p>\n<p>IEA, iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011finin 2 derece ile s\u0131n\u0131rlanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in d\u00fcnyada karbon fiyatlar\u0131n\u0131n 2030\u2032da ton ba\u015f\u0131na 90 Euro d\u00fczeyinde seyretmesi, 2050\u2032de ise 150 Euro\u2019ya \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini varsay\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>IEA \u015fu anda karbon \u00fccretlendirme sistemlerinin yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131 inand\u0131rmak i\u00e7in gerekli g\u00fc\u00e7, istikrar ve g\u00fcvenilirli\u011fe sahip olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, bunun da karbon konusundaki vurdumduymazl\u0131k riskinin hi\u00e7e say\u0131lmas\u0131na yol a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<h2>Elektrik ve petrol<\/h2>\n<p>Ancak kurum, enerji talebindeki pay\u0131n\u0131 son k\u0131rk y\u0131lda neredeyse ikiye katlayan elektrik kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n da artmas\u0131n\u0131 bekliyor.<\/p>\n<p>Gagn\u00e9, \u2018\u00d6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n ilk yar\u0131s\u0131nda elektrik, ekonomik b\u00fcy\u00fcmenin enerji kayna\u011f\u0131 ve herkes i\u00e7in s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir eri\u015fim a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan belirleyici rol oynayacak. Elektri\u011fin sistemdeki pay\u0131n\u0131n t\u00fcm senaryolar dahilinde artaca\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamam\u0131z do\u011frudur\u2019 dedi ve bunun karbonsuzla\u015ft\u0131rma olmasa da s\u00f6z konusu olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 da ekledi.<\/p>\n<p>Ancak karbonsuzla\u015ft\u0131rmaya y\u00f6nelik giri\u015fimler, \u00f6rne\u011fin AB \u00fclkelerinin Birlikten ayr\u0131lmas\u0131 veya k\u0131tada enerji alan\u0131ndaki entegrasyonun da gev\u015fek hale gelmesi gibi b\u00f6lgesel politikalardaki b\u00f6l\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015fl\u00fck engeline tak\u0131labilir.<\/p>\n<p>Gagn\u00e9, \u2018Kazan\u0131mlar\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcnde g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir engel k\u00fcresel bir karbon anla\u015fmas\u0131 bulunmamas\u0131.
