Ekolojik dengenin korunmas\u0131 ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilmesi i\u00e7in gerekli olan tar\u0131m alanlar\u0131 i\u00e7in sulama suyu, tabii hayat suyu, i\u00e7me ve kullanma suyu ile di\u011fer kadim su haklar\u0131ndan artakalan su ile enerji \u00fcretilmesi hedeflenmektedir. \u015eirketler ile imzalanan Su Kullan\u0131m Hakk\u0131 ve \u0130\u015fletme Anla\u015fmalar\u0131nda (SKHA) su havzas\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7evrenin, y\u00f6re insan\u0131n\u0131n ve ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n korunmas\u0131 esas\u0131na dayal\u0131 olup aksi davran\u0131\u015f\u0131n yapt\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 anla\u015fmada belirtilmi\u015ftir. Tabii hayat suyu, i\u00e7me ve kullanma suyu ile di\u011fer kadim su haklar\u0131ndan artakalan su ile enerji \u00fcretilmekte ve bu husus firmalar ile imzalanan su kullan\u0131m hakk\u0131 anla\u015fmalar\u0131 ile teminat alt\u0131na al\u0131nmaktad\u0131r.\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>DAVA SAYISI 87<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Veysel Ero\u011flu, 2014 y\u0131l\u0131 itibari ile 320 adet HES projesinin \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6r, 141 HES projesinin de Bakanl\u0131k\u00e7a tamamlanarak i\u015fletmeye al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131na i\u015faret ederek, \u201c\u0130n\u015faat \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 devam eden 162, plan ve proje a\u015famas\u0131nda olan 823, toplamda 1446 HES projesi bulunmaktad\u0131r. Giresun ili genelinde kamu sekt\u00f6r\u00fc giri\u015fimcileri taraf\u0131ndan, i\u015fletme a\u015famas\u0131nda 1 HES, \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6r giri\u015fimcileri taraf\u0131ndan i\u015fletme a\u015famas\u0131nda 20, in\u015faat a\u015famas\u0131nda 11 ve plan proje a\u015famas\u0131nda 44 HES olmak \u00fczere toplam 76 adet HES bulunmaktad\u0131r. HES projeleri konusunda DS\u0130 Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn do\u011frudan daval\u0131 olarak yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 dava say\u0131s\u0131 T\u00fcrkiye genelinde 87 adettir. Bunlardan bir k\u0131sm\u0131 sonu\u00e7lanm\u0131\u015f, bir k\u0131sm\u0131 temyiz a\u015famas\u0131ndad\u0131r. Vanazit reg\u00fcl\u00e2t\u00f6r\u00fc ve HES projesinin in\u015faat \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 \u00c7ED s\u00fcrecinin iptali sebebiyle durdurulmu\u015ftur. DS\u0130 22.
