\u0130ran, \u00c7in Ulusal Petrol \u015eirketi (CNPC) ile imzalad\u0131\u011f\u0131 2,5 milyar dolarl\u0131k petrol anla\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 iptal etti. \u0130ran Milli Petrol \u015eirketi (NIOC) Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc R\u00fckneddin Cevadi, 2009 y\u0131l\u0131 sonunda \u00c7in devlet enerji \u015firketi CNPC ile yap\u0131lan 2,5 milyar dolarl\u0131k petrol anla\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n, \u015firketin anla\u015fma sorumluluklar\u0131n\u0131 zaman\u0131nda ve tam olarak yerine getirmemesi nedeniyle iptal edildi\u011fini a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Anla\u015fma gere\u011fi China National Petroleum Corp\u2019un (CNPC) \u0130ran-Irak s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131ndaki Kuzey Azadegan petrol sahas\u0131ndailk a\u015famada 185 kuyu sondaj\u0131 a\u00e7mas\u0131 gerekirken, \u015fu ana kadar ancak 7 kuyu sondaj\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi. \u00c7inli \u015firket, Azadegan\u2019da g\u00fcnl\u00fck 600 bin varil petrol \u00fcretmeyi hedefliyordu.<\/p>\n

Ocak 2009`da imzalanan anla\u015fma sonras\u0131 \u0130ran \u00c7inli \u015firketin kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 sondaj aletlerinin \u00e7ok kalitesiz olmas\u0131ndan ve sondaj \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n maliyetinin planlanandan \u00e7ok daha y\u00fcksek olmas\u0131ndan \u015fikayet\u00e7iydi.<\/p>\n

\u0130ran\u2019\u0131n G\u00fcneybat\u0131s\u0131nda yer alan Azadegan sahas\u0131, d\u00fcnyan\u0131n en b\u00fcy\u00fck petrol sahas\u0131. \u0130ran h\u00fck\u00fcmetine g\u00f6re saha 33 milyar varillik bir rezerve sahip.<\/p>\n

Ba\u015fka bir \u00c7inli petrol devi Sinopec, Azadegan\u2019\u0131n kom\u015fusu Yadavaran alan\u0131n\u0131 geli\u015ftiriyor. \u00c7in, Bat\u0131l\u0131 \u00fclkelerin, n\u00fckleer program\u0131 nedeniyle yapt\u0131r\u0131m uygulad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u0130ran\u2019\u0131n petrol pazar\u0131nda b\u00fcy\u00fck rol oynuyor.<\/p>\n
