Avrupa \u0130statistik Ofisi (EUROSTAT) ve T\u00fcrkiye \u0130statistik Kurumu (T\u00dc\u0130K) verilerinden derlenen bilgilere g\u00f6re, 2012 y\u0131l\u0131nda Avrupa\u2019da yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131 en fazla Norve\u00e7 ve \u0130sve\u00e7\u2019te, en az Malta, L\u00fcksemburg, \u0130ngiltere ve Hollanda\u2019da kullan\u0131ld\u0131. AB\u2019de yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n, toplam enerji t\u00fcketimindeki oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 14 seviyesinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti. S\u00f6z konusu oran T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ise y\u00fczde 10 oldu.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Avrupa\u2019da 2020 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar enerji ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 20\u2032sinin yenilenebilir kaynaklardan temin edilmesi planlan\u0131yor. Yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n toplam enerji t\u00fcketimindeki oran\u0131 en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck \u00fclkeler Malta, L\u00fcksemburg, \u0130ngiltere ve Hollanda olarak g\u00f6ze \u00e7arp\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<h2>\u201cG\u00fcne\u015fin teknolojisi geli\u015firse \u00e7a\u011f de\u011fi\u015fir\u201d<\/h2>\n<p>D\u0131\u015f Ekonomik \u0130li\u015fkiler Kurulu Enerji \u0130\u015f Konseyi Ba\u015fkan\u0131 S\u00fcreyya Y\u00fccel \u00d6zden, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin yenilenebilir enerji konusundaki hedeflerine ula\u015faca\u011f\u0131na inand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirterek, \u201cMesafe kazanmak i\u00e7in \u00f6nceden haz\u0131rl\u0131k yapman\u0131z gerekli. T\u00fcrkiye, yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131na y\u00f6nelme konusunda biraz ge\u00e7 kalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Biz bu konuda daha ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 y\u0131llar\u0131n\u0131 ya\u015f\u0131yoruz\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin yenilenebilir enerjide 2023 i\u00e7in \u00f6ng\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc y\u00fczde 30 hedefine ula\u015fmas\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00f6zellikle r\u00fczgar ve su yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131na i\u015faret eden \u00d6zden, \u201cG\u00fcne\u015f i\u00e7in in\u015fallah teknoloji geli\u015fir. E\u011fer geli\u015firse \u00e7a\u011f bile de\u011fi\u015fir. Petrole ve do\u011fal gaza ihtiya\u00e7 kalmaz ama hen\u00fcz bu teknoloji yok. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin elinde su ve r\u00fczgar var\u201d ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Enerji ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n taleple belirlendi\u011finin alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izen \u00d6zden, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin 2023\u2032l\u00fc y\u0131llarda 450 milyar kilovatsaate \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclen enerji talebinin nas\u0131l kar\u015f\u0131lanaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131n bug\u00fcnden belirlenmesi gerekti\u011fini vurgulad\u0131. R\u00fczgar ve su yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n bu ihtiyac\u0131n belirli bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131layabilece\u011fini, bu nedenle \u00f6nlemler al\u0131nmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini anlatan \u00d6zden, s\u00f6zlerini \u015f\u00f6yle s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cT\u00fcrkiye\u2019de 2023 y\u0131l\u0131ndan sonraki d\u00f6nemde 90 bin megavatl\u0131k kurulu g\u00fc\u00e7 gerekiyor. Bunun cevab\u0131n\u0131 ger\u00e7ek\u00e7i davranarak aramam\u0131z laz\u0131m. Bu sadece ve sadece HES ve RES ile olamaz, bunlar\u0131n kapasiteleri \u00e7ok d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck. T\u00fcrkiye, enerjide serbest piyasa mekanizmas\u0131n\u0131 se\u00e7ti, bu nedenle de yat\u0131r\u0131mlar konusunda tahminler yapmak zor. \u00d6zel sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn yat\u0131r\u0131m kararlar\u0131n\u0131 bilemeyiz, kar g\u00f6rmesi laz\u0131m ki yat\u0131r\u0131m yaps\u0131n. \u015eu anda \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6r r\u00fczgara \u00e7ok ilgi g\u00f6steriyor.
