Kaza sonras\u0131 yay\u0131lan radyasyona, ilk etapta santral g\u00f6revlileri ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere b\u00f6lge sakinleri maruz kald\u0131. \u00c7ernobil`den t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyaya yay\u0131lan radyasyondan a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 olarak Karadeniz B\u00f6lgesi olmak \u00fczere \u00fclkemiz de etkilendi. T\u00fcrk Tabipleri Birli\u011fi`nin 2006 y\u0131l\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi\u011fi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada, Karadeniz B\u00f6lgesi`nde kanser g\u00f6r\u00fcnme s\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n kazadan 20 y\u0131l sonra dahi di\u011fer b\u00f6lgelere k\u0131yasla y\u00fcksek oldu\u011fu tespit edildi.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7ernobil sonras\u0131 n\u00fckleer santrallara ili\u015fkin al\u0131nmas\u0131 gereken g\u00fcvenlik \u00f6nlemleri konusunda yo\u011fun \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yap\u0131ld\u0131. Yeni nesil n\u00fckleer santrallar\u0131n kurulum, i\u015fletme ve maliyetleri olduk\u00e7a y\u00fcksek d\u00fczeylere \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. Ne yaz\u0131k ki teknolojik geli\u015fmeler ve n\u00fckleer sanayi i\u00e7in s\u0131k s\u0131k ifade edilen &#8220;N\u00fckleer R\u00f6nesans&#8221; kavram\u0131 da kaza riskini ortadan kald\u0131ramad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><strong>KAZA R\u0130SK\u0130 G\u00dcNCEL<\/strong><br \/>\nUluslararas\u0131 Atom Enerjisi Ajans\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya g\u00f6re, 1987 y\u0131l\u0131 ile Haziran 2013 aras\u0131nda ge\u00e7en d\u00f6nemde n\u00fckleer santrallarda Uluslararas\u0131 N\u00fckleer ve Radyolojik Olay \u00d6l\u00e7e\u011fi`ne (INES) g\u00f6re s\u0131n\u0131flanan 611 olay ve kaza bildirildi. Bunlar\u0131n 6`s\u0131 kaza (seviye 4 ve \u00fcst\u00fc) olarak isimlendirilirken, 41`i ciddi olay (seviye 3) olarak s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. Ekim 2011-Haziran 2013 aras\u0131nda ise ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen 23 olaydan birinin 3. seviye, 13`\u00fcn\u00fcn ise 2. seviyede olarak listelendi\u011fi kaydedildi. \u0130statistikler, kaza riskinin t\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara ra\u011fmen bertaraf edilemedi\u011fini g\u00f6stermektedir. N\u00fckleer santrallar s\u00f6z konusu oldu\u011funda ne yaz\u0131k ki di\u011fer santrallar i\u00e7in &#8220;ar\u0131za&#8221; olarak nitelendirilebilecek k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck sorunlar bile h\u0131zla &#8220;kaza&#8221;ya sonrada &#8220;felakete d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fme potansiyeli ta\u015f\u0131maktad\u0131r. \u00c7ernobil`den 25 y\u0131l sonra en g\u00fcvenli santrallardan biri olarak kabul edilen Fuku\u015fima`da ya\u015fanan kaza, riskin ne kadar b\u00fcy\u00fck oldu\u011funu t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyaya bir kez daha hat\u0131rlatt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><strong>D\u00dcNYANIN TERS\u0130NE YOLCULUK<\/strong><br \/>\nAt\u0131klar\u0131n yok edilmesine ili\u015fkin \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclemeyen sorunlar ve y\u00fcksek kurulum-s\u00f6k\u00fcm maliyetleri nedeniyle t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyada n\u00fckleerden uzakla\u015f\u0131p, yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131na do\u011fru bir y\u00f6nelim zaten s\u00f6z konusu idi, Fuku\u015fima bu y\u00f6nelimi h\u0131zland\u0131rd\u0131. Teknoloji geli\u015ftirme konusunda daha ileride olan t\u00fcm \u00fclkelerde kendini g\u00f6steren n\u00fckleerden uzakla\u015fma y\u00f6nelimine kar\u015f\u0131n AKP \u0130ktidar\u0131 1950`lerden kalma bir anlay\u0131\u015f ile n\u00fckleer santrallar kurdurmak istemektedir. Bug\u00fcn ne yaz\u0131k ki \u00c7ernobil ile k\u00f6t\u00fc bir sicile sahip olan Rus n\u00fckleer sanayisi Akkuyu`da \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma y\u00fcr\u00fctmektedir. Sinop i\u00e7in ise Fuku\u015fima`ya ra\u011fmen Japonya devrededir.<\/p>\n<p>Hem teknoloji hem de yak\u0131t a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan d\u0131\u015fa ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131 olan n\u00fckleer santrallar\u0131n \u00fclkemize kurulumu, ayn\u0131 zamanda kaza riskinin Rusya veya Japonya`dan ithal edilmesi anlam\u0131na gelmektedir. T\u00fcrkiye`nin de\u011ferlendirilmeyi bekleyen yerli ve yenilenebilir enerji potansiyeli, ihtiyac\u0131 uzun y\u0131llar kar\u015f\u0131layacak d\u00fczeydedir.
