T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin en tart\u0131\u015fmal\u0131 enerji kaynaklar\u0131 aras\u0131nda yer alan HES\u2019lerin, elektrik \u00fcretimindeki pay\u0131 2013\u2019te y\u00fczde 24.8 oldu. Yani elektri\u011fin d\u00f6rtte biri HES\u2019lerden \u00fcretildi. EPDK\u2019n\u0131n g\u00fcncel verilerine g\u00f6re g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisinin d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda en \u00e7ok ba\u015fvurulan kaynak t\u00fcr\u00fc de HES\u2019ler&#8230;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mart itibariyle, EPDK\u2019ya yap\u0131lan toplam 818 santral ba\u015fvurusunun, 496\u2019s\u0131 g\u00fcne\u015f, 159\u2019u hidrolik, 85\u2019i ise do\u011falgaz santralleri i\u00e7in. Lisans verilen 1595 santral aras\u0131nda, 828 adet ile HES\u2019ler ba\u015f\u0131 \u00e7ekerken, HES\u2019leri 340 ile do\u011falgaz ve 247 adet ile r\u00fczgar takip ediyor.<\/p>\n<p>E\u00dcA\u015e santrallar\u0131 hari\u00e7, EPDK\u2019n\u0131n lisans verdi\u011fi santrallerin toplam kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fc 75 bin MW\u2019a ula\u015f\u0131rken, lisansl\u0131 projeler toplam\u0131nda en y\u00fcksek kurulu g\u00fcce 26 bin megavat (MW) ile do\u011falgaz santralleri sahip. Yani \u00f6zetle, en y\u00fcksek ilginin HES\u2019lere oldu\u011funu ancak kurulu g\u00fc\u00e7te en y\u00fcksek paya do\u011falgaz santrallerinin sahip olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyebiliriz. EPDK Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Mustafa Y\u0131lmaz, 2013\u2019te 6 bin MW kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcn devreye girdi\u011fine dikkat \u00e7ekerek \u201cBu tarihi rekor. Ve yar\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 yenilenebilir kaynaklar olu\u015fturdu. Kurulu g\u00fc\u00e7te \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6r pay\u0131, 10 y\u0131l \u00f6nce y\u00fczde 32 iken, bug\u00fcn y\u00fczde 63\u2019e \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. Son 10 y\u0131lda i\u015fletmeye a\u00e7\u0131lan yenilenebilir santraller sayesinde, y\u0131lda yakla\u015f\u0131k olarak 12 milyar liral\u0131k do\u011falgaz ithalinin \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ildi\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<h2>Kurakl\u0131k sorunu olabilir<\/h2>\n<p>Enerji Bakan\u0131 Taner Y\u0131ld\u0131z, kurakl\u0131k nedeniyle elektrik \u00fcretiminde sorun ya\u015fanabilece\u011fini, \u0130ran, G\u00fcrcistan ve Bulgaristan\u2019dan yaz d\u00f6neminde elektrik ithal edebileceklerini belirterek \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi: \u201c\u0130ran\u2019dan 400 MW\u2019a kadar elektrik alacak altyap\u0131y\u0131 haz\u0131rlad\u0131k. Do\u011fu ve G\u00fcneydo\u011fu Anadolu b\u00f6lgeleri barajlar\u0131nda seviyenin bu y\u0131l d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck oldu\u011funu g\u00f6rd\u00fck. O b\u00f6lgede kurakl\u0131ktan kaynaklanan elektrik k\u0131s\u0131tlar\u0131 olursa \u0130ran\u2019dan telafi etmeyi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyoruz. Ayn\u0131 telafiyi G\u00fcrcistan\u2019dan da d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyoruz\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<h2>Elektrikte neler yap\u0131lmal\u0131?<\/h2>\n<p>Sekt\u00f6r payda\u015flar\u0131na g\u00f6re, elektri\u011fi s\u00fcrekli ve ucuz sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in at\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken baz\u0131 ad\u0131mlar \u015f\u00f6yle:<\/p>\n<p>Hidrolik, r\u00fczg\u00e2r ve g\u00fcne\u015f potansiyeli iyi de\u011ferlendirilmeli, yerli ve yenilenebilir kaynaklar kullan\u0131larak, enerji g\u00fcvenli\u011fi sa\u011flanmal\u0131<\/p>\n<p>Hem Ortado\u011fu\u2019da, hem de Kafkasya\u2019da ya\u015fanan gerilimler ve \u00e7at\u0131\u015fma ortamlar\u0131, ithal kaynaklara dayal\u0131 enerji modelinin risk bar\u0131nd\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6steriyor.<\/p>\n<p>AB\u2019de r\u00fczg\u00e2r ve g\u00fcne\u015fin pay\u0131n\u0131n giderek artt\u0131, T\u00fcrkiye bu iki kayna\u011f\u0131 \u00f6n plana \u00e7\u0131karacak ad\u0131mlar\u0131 acil at\u0131lmal\u0131<\/p>\n<p>Do\u011falgaz ve elektrikte iletim \u015febekesinin geli\u015ftirilmeli ve enterkoneksiyon artt\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131<\/p>\n<p>Do\u011falgaz depolama ve LNG terminalleri artt\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131, alternatif kaynaklar getirilmeli<\/p>\n<p>Perakende taraf\u0131nda tam rekabet desteklenmeli<\/p>\n<p>Pahal\u0131 ve verimsiz \u00fcretimin yerini h\u0131zla daha verimli ve az maliyetli tesisler almal\u0131<\/p>\n<h2>Elektri\u011fin yar\u0131s\u0131 ithal<\/h2>\n<p>Elektrik M\u00fchendisleri Odas\u0131 (EMO) M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Emre Metin, ithal do\u011falgaza dayal\u0131 santrallerin pay\u0131n\u0131n dikkat \u00e7ekti\u011fini vurgulayarak, \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor: \u201cTE\u0130A\u015e verilerine g\u00f6re 2013 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u00fcretimin y\u00fczde 44\u2019\u00fc do\u011falgaz ve LNG santrallerindan elde edildi. Fuel-oil, motorin ve \u00e7ok yak\u0131tl\u0131 santralar\u0131n pay\u0131 da toplam 1.7 olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti. K\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcn pay\u0131 ise y\u00fczde 25.4 olarak belirlendi. \u0130thal k\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcn oran\u0131 son y\u0131llarda artt\u0131.
