De\u011ferlendirme Raporu\u2019nda \u00e7arp\u0131c\u0131 sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 g\u00f6zler \u00f6n\u00fcne serdi. \u0130klim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fiyle ilgili en yetkin bilimsel otorite olarak kabul edilen IPCC\u2019nin haz\u0131rlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 rapora g\u00f6re iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011finin ba\u015fl\u0131ca nedeni, y\u00fczde 95 oran\u0131nda insan kaynakl\u0131 sera gaz\u0131 emisyonu.Raporun sonu\u00e7lar\u0131na g\u00f6re, ya\u015fanabilir bir gelecek i\u00e7in \u015fimdiden yakla\u015f\u0131k 1 santigrat dereceye ula\u015fan yerk\u00fcrenin s\u0131cakl\u0131k art\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n azami 2 santigrat derece seviyesinin alt\u0131nda kalmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak ve \u00fclkelerin sera gaz\u0131 emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131n azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 konusunda acil \u00f6nlemler almas\u0131 gerekiyor.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Konuyla ilgili a\u00e7\u0131klama yapan Prof. Dr. Etem Karakaya, haz\u0131rlanan son raporun iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi ile m\u00fccadele i\u00e7in zaman\u0131n darald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6sterdi\u011fini belirterek, \u201cYerk\u00fcrenin \u0131s\u0131nmas\u0131na yol a\u00e7an sera gaz\u0131 emisyonlar\u0131 art\u0131\u015f\u0131 son 10 y\u0131lda y\u0131ll\u0131k ortalama y\u00fczde 2,2 seviyelerine ula\u015ft\u0131 ki bu rakam 1970-2000 d\u00f6nemi art\u0131\u015f\u0131n neredeyse iki kat\u0131 daha h\u0131zl\u0131 y\u00fckselmesi anlam\u0131na geliyor. E\u011fer d\u00fcnyan\u0131n \u015fuan ki fosil yak\u0131t kullan\u0131m\u0131 devam ederse k\u00fcresel \u0131s\u0131nma i\u00e7in e\u015fik olan 2 santrigrat derecenin alt\u0131nda kalmak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olamayacak. Bu nedenle, her \u00fclke elini ta\u015f\u0131n alt\u0131na koyarak, sera gaz\u0131 emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131 azaltma yoluna gitmeli. De\u011ferlendirme Raporu&#8217;nun k\u00fcresel s\u0131cakl\u0131k art\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 belirtilen bu derecenin alt\u0131nda tutabilmek i\u00e7in 2050 y\u0131l\u0131na gelindi\u011finde d\u00fcnya sera gaz\u0131 emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131n, 2010 y\u0131l\u0131ndaki seviyelerin y\u00fczde 40 ila 70 alt\u0131na indirilmesi gerekti\u011fine dikkati \u00e7ekti. \u00a0Son IPCC raporunun \u00f6zellikle \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm noktas\u0131nda neler yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini net bir \u015fekilde a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve BM \u00e7at\u0131s\u0131 alt\u0131nda 2015 y\u0131l\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015fecek Paris \u0130klim Zirvesi\u2019nde bu raporun sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n esas al\u0131naca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten Prof. Dr. Karakaya, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin de bu zirvede sorumluluk almas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini belirtti. Prof. Dr. Etem Karakaya, \u201cIPCC \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm olarak yenilenebilir enerji, n\u00fckleer ve karbon tutma ve yakalama teknolojisi ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan fosil yak\u0131t temelli santrallere y\u00f6nelik yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n \u00fc\u00e7 kat\u0131 art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini s\u00f6ylemekte\u201d dedi.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Sera gaz\u0131 emisyonlar\u0131yla ilgili daha \u00f6nce imzalanan Kyoto Protokol\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn 2012\u2019de s\u00fcresinin bitti\u011fini an\u0131msatan Prof. Dr. Karakaya, d\u00fcnyan\u0131n Kyoto Protokol\u00fc\u2019n\u00fc gerekti\u011fi kadar de\u011ferlendiremedi\u011fini, 2015\u2019te d\u00fczenlenecek Paris \u0130klim Zirvesi\u2019nde \u00fclkelerin iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi konusunda bundan b\u00f6yle daha etkin rol oynayacaklar\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc dile getirdi.\u201cT\u00fcm d\u00fcnyan\u0131n yenilenebilir ve temiz enerji teknolojilerine ge\u00e7ip, enerji verimlili\u011finde ciddi ilerleme kaydetmeleri gerekiyor. K\u00f6m\u00fcr konusunda \u00e7ok olumsuz g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f bildiren IPCC, y\u00fczde 50 daha az sera gaz\u0131 salan do\u011fal gaz\u0131 ise &#8216;ge\u00e7i\u015f d\u00f6nemi&#8217; alternatifi olarak g\u00f6rmekte\u201d diyen Prof. Dr. Karakaya, yenilenebilir enerji potansiyelinden azami derecede faydalanmak gerekti\u011fini, ancak r\u00fczgar, g\u00fcne\u015f, biyok\u00fctle ve su kaynaklar\u0131 gibi alternatiflerin de artan enerji talebini kar\u015f\u0131lamada yeterli olamayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131n alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izdi.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Karakaya, \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti: \u201cT\u00fcm bunlara ilave olarak n\u00fckleer enerji se\u00e7ene\u011fi de var. Son IPCC Raporu ilk defa n\u00fckleer enerji se\u00e7ene\u011fini de \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan belirtmi\u015ftir. Bilindi\u011fi gibi n\u00fckleer enerjide sera gaz\u0131 emisyonu nerdeyse s\u0131f\u0131r. \u00dclkemizde de bu konuda kapasitenin art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ve neler yap\u0131labilece\u011finin tart\u0131\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 \u015fart. S\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir \u00dcretim ve T\u00fcketim Derne\u011fi olarak Nisan ay\u0131nda d\u00fczenledi\u011fimiz ve bu konular\u0131n olduk\u00e7a verimli bir atmosferde tart\u0131\u015f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u0130stanbul Karbon Zirvesi\u2019nden sonra, N\u00fckleer M\u00fchendisler Derne\u011fi ile May\u0131s sonunda N\u00fckleer Santraller Zirvesi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiriyoruz. Enerji ve Tabii Kaynaklar Bakan\u0131m\u0131z Say\u0131n Taner Y\u0131ld\u0131z\u2019\u0131n da kat\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 bu Zirve\u2019de n\u00fckleer enerji uluslararas\u0131 ve ulusal uzmanlar taraf\u0131ndan t\u00fcm y\u00f6nleri ile konu\u015fulacak. Temiz elektrik \u00fcretiminde \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm olabilecek n\u00fckleer enerjinin at\u0131k ve kaza riski sorunlar\u0131 ciddi konulard\u0131r.
