AB komisyonunun 2012 y\u0131l\u0131nda ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 kararla hava yolu \u015firketlerine belirli bir oranda karbon vergisi \u00f6deme zorunlulu\u011fu getirmi\u015fti. Bu karara \u00c7in ve Hindistan gibi bir tak\u0131m \u00fclkeler kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015flard\u0131. \u0130klim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi ve sera gaz\u0131 emisyonu konular\u0131n\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck bir sorun haline gelmesiyle, d\u00fcnya genelinde \u00e7evre politikalar\u0131 g\u00f6zden ge\u00e7irilmeye ba\u015fland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><strong>B\u0130R U\u00c7U\u015eTA B\u0130R YILLIK ISINMA KADAR HAVA K\u0130RLET\u0130YOR<\/strong><br \/>\n\u0130stanbul Karbon Zirvesi Organizasyon Komitesi Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Do\u00e7. Dr. Etem Karakaya, d\u00fcnyada k\u00fcresel karbon piyasalar\u0131n\u0131n h\u0131zla geli\u015fip b\u00fcy\u00fcd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc ve artan kamuoyu bilinci sayesinde s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir karbon y\u00f6netimi, emisyon ticareti ve temiz teknolojilerin geli\u015ftirilmesine y\u00f6nelik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n \u00f6neminin daha fazla anla\u015f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtti.<\/p>\n<p>Karakaya, d\u00fcnyada h\u0131zla b\u00fcy\u00fcyen havac\u0131l\u0131k sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn sera gaz\u0131 emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131n art\u0131\u015f\u0131na katk\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n ciddi miktarlarda oldu\u011funu ve bu konuda acil \u00f6nlemlerin al\u0131nmas\u0131 konusunun \u00f6zellikle Avrupa Birli\u011fi ve Uluslararas\u0131 Sivil Havac\u0131l\u0131k Organizasyonu (ICAO) taraf\u0131ndan s\u00fcrekli dile getirildi\u011fini bildirerek, \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cU\u00e7ak yolculu\u011fu ile seyahat bireylerin ciddi \u015fekilde sera gaz\u0131 emisyonuna yol a\u00e7makta. \u00d6rne\u011fin \u0130stanbul-New York aras\u0131 bir u\u00e7u\u015f yapan ki\u015finin neden oldu\u011fu emisyon miktar\u0131 ayn\u0131 ki\u015finin bir y\u0131l boyunca \u0131s\u0131nma ama\u00e7l\u0131 yak\u0131t kullan\u0131m\u0131 sonucu neden oldu\u011fu emisyon miktar\u0131 ile ayn\u0131. AB bu konuya \u00f6nem verdi\u011fi i\u00e7in Avrupa Birli\u011fi Emisyon Ticareti Sistemine kendi hava sahas\u0131na gelen ve bu sahada kalkan t\u00fcm havayolu \u015firketlerini de dahil etmeyi planlamakta. 2016`ya kadar bu konuda ciddi somut yapt\u0131r\u0131mlar getirilecek. Bu durum T\u00fcrk Hava Yollar\u0131 ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere \u00fclkemizin t\u00fcm havayolu \u015firketlerini yak\u0131ndan ilgilendirmekte.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Karakaya, \u0130stanbul Karbon Zirvesi ile \u00e7ok say\u0131da sekt\u00f6rde oldu\u011fu gibi havac\u0131l\u0131k sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde de dikkatleri karbon sal\u0131m\u0131na \u00e7ekmeyi hedeflediklerini vurgulayarak, &#8220;Geli\u015fen, ya\u015fanabilir bir d\u00fcnya i\u00e7inde yer \u00fcst\u00fc kadar havada da emisyonlar\u0131n azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekiyor&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye havac\u0131l\u0131k sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde ise, Sivil Havac\u0131l\u0131k Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn 2009 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n Aral\u0131k ay\u0131nda ba\u015flatt\u0131\u011f\u0131, 2010 y\u0131l\u0131nda da yeni d\u00fczenlemeler yaparak geli\u015ftirdi\u011fi \u201cYe\u015fil Havaalan\u0131 Projesi\u201dyle modern ve \u00e7evre dostu kurulu\u015flar\u0131n say\u0131s\u0131 her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn art\u0131yor. Bu projeyle, do\u011faya ve insanlara verilebilecek zararlar\u0131n azalt\u0131lmas\u0131, m\u00fcmk\u00fcnse bu zararlar\u0131n tamamen ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ama\u00e7lan\u0131rken, uygulanan Kat\u0131 At\u0131k Y\u00f6netimi\u2019yle de, \u00e7e\u015fitli at\u0131klar\u0131n do\u011faya tekrarkazand\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 planlan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>YE\u015e\u0130L HAVAALANI SAYISI 11 OLDU<\/strong><br \/>\nTSE ile yap\u0131lan i\u015fbirli\u011fi sonucunda, TS EN ISO 14001 \u00c7evre Y\u00f6netim Sistemini kurmak, Sera Gaz\u0131 Envanter Raporu\u2019nu TS ISO 14064-3 standard\u0131na g\u00f6re do\u011frulatmak gibi ko\u015fullar\u0131 sa\u011flayan ilgili kurulu\u015flara \u201cYe\u015fil Havaliman\u0131 Belgesi\u201d veriliyor. Bu ko\u015fullar\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra ortak belirlenen baz\u0131 kriterlerin de sa\u011flanmas\u0131yla birlikte Ad\u0131yaman, Amasya Merzifon, Bal\u0131kesir Koca Seyit, Bursa Yeni\u015fehir, Elaz\u0131\u011f, Erzurum, Hatay, Isparta S\u00fcleyman Demirel, Nev\u015fehir Kapadokya, \u015eanl\u0131urfa GAP ve U\u015fak havalimanlar\u0131 \u201cYe\u015fil Kurulu\u015f \u00dcnvan\u0131\u201d almaya hakkazand\u0131lar. B\u00f6ylelikle ye\u015fil havaalanlar\u0131n\u0131n say\u0131s\u0131 11\u2019e y\u00fckselmi\u015f oldu.<\/p>\n<p>Ayr\u0131ca te\u015fvik edilmesi ad\u0131na bu \u00fcnvan\u0131 alan i\u015fletmelere, projede belirtilen logoyu kulland\u0131klar\u0131 takdirde, i\u015fletme yetki belgesi, ruhsat ve sertifika gibi belgelerin temdit \u00fccretleri gibi i\u015flemlerde indirimler sa\u011flan\u0131yor. Yine ilgili kurulu\u015flar\u0131n personellerine, konuyla ilgili \u00e7e\u015fitli e\u011fitimler verilerek \u00e7evreye duyarl\u0131l\u0131k bilinci ve fark\u0131ndal\u0131\u011f\u0131 yarat\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6zellikle hava yollar\u0131na y\u00f6nelik denetimlerin artt\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131yla birlikte cayd\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 cezalar\u0131n uygulanmas\u0131 ve hizmet tarifelerinde indirimler sunulmas\u0131 \u00fclkemiz havac\u0131l\u0131k sekt\u00f6r\u00fcne \u00f6nemli katk\u0131lar sa\u011flad\u0131. T\u00fcrk Hava Yollar\u0131 da bu ama\u00e7la geli\u015ftirilen yeni u\u00e7ak modellerini kullanarak bir ilke imza atm\u0131\u015f oldu.
