Bu iyile\u015fme rakam\u0131yla da, T\u00fcrkiye enerji konusunda y\u0131lda yakla\u015f\u0131k 5-6 milyar dolarl\u0131k tasarruf sa\u011flayabilir. Soyak Holding binas\u0131 var olan binalar kategorisinde LEED sertifikas\u0131 almaya hak kazanan \u00fclkemizdeki ilk binad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bu sayede holding merkezinde hem bir bilin\u00e7 olu\u015fturmu\u015f, hem de fiziksel ko\u015fullar\u0131n revizyonuyla \u00e7e\u015fitli noktalarda tasarruf sa\u011flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. T\u00fcm binada y\u00fcksek tasarruflu su armat\u00fcrleri ve s\u0131hhi tesisat se\u00e7ilerek, su t\u00fcketiminde y\u00fczde 40, yine bina \u00e7evresi peyzaj\u0131nda yerli bitki t\u00fcrleri ve tasarruflu sulama metotlar\u0131 se\u00e7ilerek, sulama ama\u00e7l\u0131 kullan\u0131lan suda y\u00fczde 80 gibi tasarruf rakamlar\u0131na ula\u015f\u0131ld\u0131.
