T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ortalama bir abone 131 kWh elektrik t\u00fcketip, kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda 43 liral\u0131k faturas\u0131n\u0131n 42 liras\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6derken, b\u00f6lgede 418 kWh elektrik t\u00fcketen abone, 138 TL\u2019lik faturas\u0131n\u0131n ancak 15 TL\u2019sini \u00f6d\u00fcyor. G\u00fcneydo\u011fu illerindeki ka\u00e7ak elektrik kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n boyutu, 2013 y\u0131l\u0131na ait verilerin ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131yla olduk\u00e7a \u00e7arp\u0131c\u0131 bir boyut kazand\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00f6z konusu verilere g\u00f6re, Dicle Elektrik B\u00f6lgesi\u2019nde yer alan Diyarbak\u0131r, \u015eanl\u0131urfa, Mardin, Batman, Siirt ve \u015e\u0131rnak\u2019ta abone baz\u0131nda y\u0131ll\u0131k d\u00fczeyde T\u00fcrkiye ortalamas\u0131n\u0131n 2.2 kat\u0131 daha fazla elektrik kullan\u0131l\u0131yor. Elektrik t\u00fcketimi meskenlerde ise ayl\u0131k bazda T\u00fcrkiye ortalamas\u0131n\u0131n 3.2 kat\u0131na ula\u015f\u0131rken, neredeyse \u2018Avrupa d\u00fczeyinde\u2019 elektrik kullanan b\u00f6lgede, ayl\u0131k \u00f6demenin ise sadece 15 TL oldu\u011fu belirtildi. Bu da b\u00f6lgedeki ka\u00e7ak kullan\u0131m\u0131n ciddi boyutta oldu\u011funu a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a ortaya koyuyor.<\/p>\n<h2>Ka\u00e7ak elektrikte a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 israf<\/h2>\n<p>Dicle B\u00f6lgesi\u2019nde elektrik kullan\u0131m\u0131n T\u00fcrkiye ortalamas\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7ok \u00fczerinde olmas\u0131n\u0131n temel sebebinin, \u2018Ka\u00e7ak elektrik kullan\u0131m\u0131 nedeniyle ya\u015fanan a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 israf\u2019 oldu\u011fu ileri s\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Veriler de bu durumu a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a ortaya koyuyor. 2013 y\u0131l\u0131 verilerine g\u00f6re, T\u00fcrkiye genelinde bir abonenin y\u0131ll\u0131k elektrik t\u00fcketimi 556 kWh. Bunun kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ise 200 TL. Dicle Elektrik B\u00f6lgesi\u2019ndeki 6 ilde abone ba\u015f\u0131na y\u0131ll\u0131k ortalama elektrik t\u00fcketimi 1.234 kWh. Bunun bedeli de 444 TL. B\u00f6lgede kullan\u0131lan elektri\u011fin sadece 296 kWh\u2019lik k\u0131sm\u0131, di\u011fer bir deyi\u015fle 106 TL\u2019lik b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc faturaland\u0131r\u0131labiliyor. Geri kalan\u0131 ka\u00e7ak oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in kay\u0131t alt\u0131na al\u0131nam\u0131yor. T\u00fcrkiye genelinde abone ba\u015f\u0131na faturaland\u0131r\u0131lan elektrik kullan\u0131m\u0131 473 kWh, bu da 170 TL ediyor.<\/p>\n<p>Bu illerde ka\u00e7ak kullan\u0131m bir yana, faturaland\u0131r\u0131lan elektri\u011fin bedeli dahi \u00f6denmiyor. Ayl\u0131k tahsilat verilerine g\u00f6re, T\u00fcrkiye ortalamas\u0131nda bir abone 43 TL de\u011ferinde 131 kWh elektrik t\u00fcketirken, kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda 42 TL \u00f6deme yap\u0131yor. Ancak Dicle Elektrik B\u00f6lgesi\u2019ndeki bir abone, 138 TL de\u011ferinde 418 kWh elektrik t\u00fcketmesine kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k, sadece 15 TL elektrik paras\u0131 \u00f6d\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p>2012 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n verilerine g\u00f6re ise, kay\u0131p ve ka\u00e7a\u011f\u0131n T\u00fcrkiye ortalamas\u0131 y\u00fczde 15 dolay\u0131nda iken, bu Dicle Elektrik B\u00f6lgesi\u2019ndeki 6 ilde y\u00fczde 75.85 d\u00fczeyinde bulunuyor. Yap\u0131lan hesaplamalara g\u00f6re, b\u00f6lgede en fazla ka\u00e7ak elektrik kullan\u0131m\u0131 y\u00fczde 82,82 ile Mardin\u2019de ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti. Mardin\u2019i s\u0131ras\u0131yla y\u00fczde 79,60 ile \u015e\u0131rnak, y\u00fczde 76.01 ile Batman, y\u00fczde 74.95 ile Diyarbak\u0131r, y\u00fczde 73.99 ile \u015eanl\u0131urfa ve y\u00fczde 42.83 ile Siirt izledi.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6te yandan, \u00f6zelle\u015ftirme sonras\u0131nda Dicle Elektrik B\u00f6lgesi\u2019ndeki elektrik t\u00fcketiminin, T\u00fcrkiye ortalamas\u0131na k\u0131yasla y\u00fczde 1.4 oran\u0131nda daha fazla art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6sterdi\u011fi \u00f6\u011frenildi.
