Bayburt\u2019taki Mescit da\u011flar\u0131ndan do\u011farak Batum\u2019dan Karadeniz\u2019e d\u00f6k\u00fclen \u00c7oruh Nehri \u00fczerinde, ilk olarak T\u00fcrkiye-Avusturya ikili i\u015fbirli\u011fiyle Eyl\u00fcl 1999\u2032da in\u015faat\u0131na ba\u015flanan Muratl\u0131 Baraj\u0131 ve Hes, 29 Haziran 2005\u2032te Ba\u015fbakan RecepTayyip Erdo\u011fan taraf\u0131ndan hizmete a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131. Bor\u00e7ka Baraj\u0131 ve Hes\u2019den \u015fu ana kadar 5 milyar 838 milyon kilovatsaat enerji \u00fcretimi yap\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7oruh Nehri\u2019nde yap\u0131lan di\u011fer bir baraj ise Deriner Baraj\u0131 ve HES Deriner, 249 metre g\u00f6vde y\u00fcksekli\u011fiyle kemer baraj s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin birinci, Avrupa\u2019n\u0131n \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc, d\u00fcnyan\u0131n 6\u2032\u0131nc\u0131 en y\u00fcksek baraj\u0131 olma \u00f6zelli\u011fine sahip. Yine Ba\u015fbakan Erdo\u011fan\u2019\u0131n 12 Aral\u0131k 2012\u2032de hizmete a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131 Deriner Baraj\u0131\u2019n\u0131n tam kapasite ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 halinde y\u0131lda 2 milyar 118 milyon kilovatsaat \u00fcretim kapasitesi bulunuyor. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de \u015fu ana kadar in\u015fa edilmi\u015f en b\u00fcy\u00fck yer alt\u0131 elektrik santrallerinden birine sahip olan ve d\u00fcnyadaki m\u00fchendislik harikalar\u0131 aras\u0131nda g\u00f6sterilen Deriner Baraj\u0131\u2019ndan, \u015fu ana kadar 700 milyon kilovatsaat enerji \u00fcretildi.<\/p>\n<h2>Yusufeli ve Artvin barajlar\u0131n\u0131n in\u015faat\u0131 devam ediyor<\/h2>\n<p>\u00c7oruh Nehri\u2019nde hizmete a\u00e7\u0131lan bu barajlar\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra yap\u0131m\u0131 s\u00fcren barajlar da yer al\u0131yor. Bunlardan biri olan Yusufeli Baraj\u0131 tamamland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda 270 metre ile T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin en y\u00fcksek, d\u00fcnyan\u0131n 3\u2032\u00fcnc\u00fc en y\u00fcksek \u00e7ift e\u011frilikli beton kemer baraj\u0131 olacak. Temeli 26 \u015eubat 2013\u2032te at\u0131lan, 2,15 milyar metrek\u00fcp suyun depolanaca\u011f\u0131 barajda, 540 megavat kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcndeki hidroelektrik santralin devreye girmesiyle y\u0131lda 1,8 milyar kilovatsaat elektrik \u00fcretilecek. \u00d6z kaynaklarla T\u00fcrk m\u00fchendislerince in\u015fa edilecek Yusufeli Baraj\u0131, milli ekonomiye y\u0131lda 280 milyon lira katk\u0131 sa\u011flayacak.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7oruh \u00fczerindeki bir ba\u015fka baraj ise temelden itibaren 180 metre y\u00fcksekli\u011fe sahip olacak Artvin Baraj\u0131. Bu baraj\u0131n yap\u0131m\u0131na ise 01 Ocak 2011\u2032de ba\u015fland\u0131. Tek e\u011frilikli beton kemer \u015feklinde yap\u0131lacak baraj g\u00f6vdesinde \u015fu ana kadar 60 metre y\u00fcksekli\u011fe ula\u015f\u0131ld\u0131. 2015 y\u0131l\u0131 sonunda tamamlanmas\u0131 ve \u00fclke ekonomisine 157 milyon lira katk\u0131 sa\u011flamas\u0131 ama\u00e7lanan barajda, su tutulmas\u0131 sonras\u0131 y\u0131lda 1 milyar 26 milyon kilovatsaat elektrik enerjisi \u00fcretilecek.<\/p>\n<h2>\u201c\u00c7oruh\u2019a toplam 16 baraj ve 162 nehir tipi HES yap\u0131lmas\u0131 planlan\u0131yor\u201d<\/h2>\n<p>Artvin Valisi Kemal Cirit, yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamada, \u00c7oruh Nehri\u2019nin Bayburt\u2019tan ba\u015flayan yolculu\u011funun Erzurum\u2019dan Artvin\u2019e ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, \u00c7oruh\u2019un buradan da kom\u015fu \u00fclke G\u00fcrcistan\u2019\u0131n Batum kentinden Karadeniz\u2019e d\u00f6k\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc belirterek, \u201c\u00c7oruh 431 kilometrelik yolculu\u011funun y\u00fczde 96\u2032s\u0131n\u0131 \u00fclkemizde devam ettirmekte\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin hidroelektrik enerji \u00fcretme potansiyelinin 71 milyar kilovatsaat oldu\u011funu ifade eden Cirit, \u201cSadece \u00c7oruh Havzas\u0131\u2019ndaki \u00fcretimimiz bug\u00fcn itibar\u0131yla 10 milyar 110 milyon kilovatsaat. T\u00fcm Hes\u2019ler tamamlan\u0131p barajlar\u0131m\u0131z faaliyete girdi\u011finde \u00fclkemizin hidroelektrik santral enerji potansiyelinin y\u00fczde 21\u2032ini \u00c7oruh kar\u015f\u0131lam\u0131\u015f olacak\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00fcneydo\u011fu Anadolu Projesi\u2019nin (GAP) T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin prestij projelerinden biri oldu\u011funu da vurgulayan Cirit, \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cGAP\u2019taki enerji \u00fcretimimiz 27 milyar kilovatsaat. Yani toplam hidroelektrik enerji potansiyelimizin y\u00fczde 38\u2032ini GAP projesi kapsam\u0131nda \u00fcretti\u011fimiz enerjilerden elde edece\u011fiz. \u00c7oruh ile GAP\u2019taki enerji \u00fcretiminin yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 60\u2032\u0131 kadar ilave bir enerjiyi, enterkonnekte sisteme eklemi\u015f olaca\u011f\u0131z.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin enerji \u00fcretiminin y\u00fczde 60\u2032\u0131 termik santrallerden, y\u00fczde 35\u2032i hidroelektrik enerji \u00fcretimlerinden, y\u00fczde 4\u2032\u00fc r\u00fczgar, y\u00fczde biri de jeotermal ve at\u0131k gazlardan elde ediliyor.
