Ye\u015fil bina, yal\u0131t\u0131ml\u0131 cepheleri ile de enerji israf\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ecek.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130n\u015fas\u0131 ekim ay\u0131nda tamamlanacak olan \u2018Ye\u015fil Bina\u2019n\u0131n misyonu, sadece bu hizmetle s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 kalmayacak.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ye\u015fil bina \u201cokula\u201d d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fecek ve ye\u015fil e\u011fitimler ba\u015flayacak\u2026<\/strong><br \/>\nOsmanl\u0131 Park\u0131\u2019n\u0131 \u201cye\u015fil enerji\u201d ile bulu\u015fturacak olan \u201cye\u015fil bina\u201d, daha sonra ise kap\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 Ey\u00fcpl\u00fclere a\u00e7acak ve \u201cenerji verimlili\u011fi\u201d e\u011fitimlerine ev sahipli\u011fi yapacak.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc projenin as\u0131l hedefinde; Ey\u00fcp\u2019ten ba\u015flayarak \u0130stanbullulara \u201cenerji verimlili\u011fi ve enerjinin etkin kullan\u0131m\u0131\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131klar\u0131 alt\u0131nda \u201csizler de eviniz veya i\u015fyerlerinizde bu sistemleri uygulayabilirsiniz\u201d demek var.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cT\u00fcketim al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftirmeliyiz\u2026\u201d<\/strong><br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nProje ile ilgili a\u00e7\u0131klama yapan Ey\u00fcp Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 \u0130smail Kavuncu, \u201ct\u00fcketim al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftirmeliyiz\u201d dedi. T\u00fcketti\u011fi enerjinin tamam\u0131 ya da bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131ndan \u00fcretim yaparak sa\u011flayan, ye\u015fil bina sertifikas\u0131 alan, 2 bin metrekare ve \u00fczeri alana sahip parsellerde, toplam in\u015faat alan\u0131 %5 oran\u0131nda art\u0131r\u0131labilece\u011fi karar\u0131n\u0131 ald\u0131k.<\/p>\n<p>Bug\u00fcn d\u00fcnya enerji ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n %88\u2019i fosil yak\u0131tlardan sa\u011flan\u0131yor. Ve yaln\u0131zca %12 oran\u0131nda t\u00fckenmeyen kaynaklardan faydalanmaktay\u0131z. Fosil yak\u0131tlar\u0131n\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131ndaki bu oran, 2050 y\u0131l\u0131nda, %80 civar\u0131na d\u00fc\u015fmesi bekleniyor.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2018Ye\u015fil Bina\u2019, ya\u015fama ye\u015fil bir kap\u0131 a\u00e7abilir\u2026<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\nEkolojik olman\u0131n asl\u0131nda do\u011faya uyumlu, yani ekonomik olmak anlam\u0131na geldi\u011fini belirten Ba\u015fkan Kavuncu s\u00f6zlerini \u015f\u00f6yle s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHepimiz gelecek nesillere kar\u015f\u0131 sorumluyuz.
