Bu binalar\u0131n \u00e7evre dostu teknolojiler ile ye\u015fil bina olarak in\u015fa edilmesi durumunda y\u0131ll\u0131k yakla\u015f\u0131k 30 bin gWh enerji tasarrufu sa\u011flanm\u0131\u015f olacak. <!--banner_300x250-->Bu sene 17- 23 Eyl\u00fcl tarihleri aras\u0131nda kutlanan D\u00fcnya Ye\u015fil Binalar Haftas\u0131 nedeniyle a\u00e7\u0131klamada bulunan Ak\u015fan Yap\u0131 Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 ve \u00c7EDB\u0130K Y\u00f6netim Kurulu \u00dcyesi Melih \u015eim\u015fek, d\u00fcnyan\u0131n en pahal\u0131 enerjisini y\u00fczde 70\u2019ler d\u00fczeyinde d\u0131\u015fa ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131 kullanan bir \u00fclke olarak, enerji ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir verimlilik i\u00e7in \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6r ve kamunun elini ta\u015f\u0131n alt\u0131na koymas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p>\u015eim\u015fek: \u201cYe\u015fil binalar\u0131n, enerji verimlili\u011fi ve \u00e7evre duyarl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 anlam\u0131nda at\u0131lacak ad\u0131mlardan en \u00f6nemlisi oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyebiliriz. \u00dclkemizde enerji bu kadar pahal\u0131 ve do\u011fal kaynaklar t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyada b\u00fcy\u00fck bir h\u0131zla t\u00fcketilirken, kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z kaynaklar\u0131n yerine konmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in elimizden geleni yapmal\u0131y\u0131z. Kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm bu anlamda yeni in\u015fa edilecek bir\u00e7ok binan\u0131n ye\u015fil bina olmas\u0131 i\u00e7in bir f\u0131rsatt\u0131r\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Yeni yap\u0131lan binalar\u0131n mutlaka \u00e7evre dostu kriterlere uygun ye\u015fil binalar olarak in\u015fa edilmesinin gereklili\u011finin alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izen \u015eim\u015fek \u015f\u00f6yle konu\u015ftu: \u201cBir yap\u0131n\u0131n ye\u015fil bina olarak kabul edilmesinde lokasyon, tasar\u0131m, kullan\u0131lan yap\u0131 malzemelerinin \u00f6zellikleri, yap\u0131 tekni\u011fi, at\u0131k malzemelerin yeniden kullan\u0131m\u0131 gibi bir\u00e7ok konu etken fakt\u00f6rd\u00fcr. Biz Ak\u015fan Yap\u0131 olarak y\u00fczde 90 geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclebilir bir malzeme olan \u00e7eli\u011fi kullanarak \u00fclkemizde ye\u015fil binalar\u0131n yayg\u0131nla\u015fmas\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00fczerimize d\u00fc\u015fen g\u00f6revi en iyi \u015fekilde yerine getirmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz. Yap\u0131sal \u00e7elik sistemi sayesinde T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ve d\u00fcnyan\u0131n d\u00f6rt bir yan\u0131nda \u00e7evre dostu binalar in\u015fa ediyoruz.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u015eim\u015fek s\u00f6zlerine \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti: \u201cBinalarda geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclebilir yap\u0131sal \u00e7elik sistemi kullan\u0131m\u0131 ba\u015fta \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 olmak \u00fczere \u00fcst d\u00fczey enerji verimlili\u011fi i\u00e7in de daha fazla avantaj sa\u011fl\u0131yor. Di\u011fer taraftan in\u015faat s\u0131ras\u0131nda minimum su t\u00fcketimi sa\u011flayarak su kaynaklar\u0131 ve yer alt\u0131 sular\u0131n\u0131n azalma ve kirlenme riskini azalt\u0131yor.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Ye\u015fil bina uygulamalar\u0131na Ak\u015fan Yap\u0131\u2019n\u0131n \u0130zmir\u2019de in\u015faat\u0131na devam etti\u011fi 35. Sokak projesini \u00f6rnek g\u00f6steren Melih \u015eim\u015fek proje hakk\u0131nda \u015fu bilgileri verdi: \u201cT\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin yap\u0131sal \u00e7elik sistemi ile in\u015fa edilen en b\u00fcy\u00fck konut projesi olan 35. Sokak, \u00e7evre dostu \u00f6zellikleri ile \u00fclkemizin BREEAM Sertifikas\u0131\u2019na sahip ilk ve tek konut projesidir. Biz her \u015feyden \u00f6nce 35. Sokak\u2019\u0131n in\u015fa edilece\u011fi arazinin ekolojik de\u011ferini inceleyerek i\u015fe ba\u015flad\u0131k ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck ekolojik \u00f6zelli\u011fi ile arazinin uygunlu\u011funu belirledik.\u00a0 Yap\u0131sal \u00e7elik sisteminin farkl\u0131 kesit tasar\u0131mlar\u0131na olanak verebilmesi sayesinde \u0130zmir b\u00f6lgesi i\u00e7in belirlenmi\u015f e\u015fik \u0131s\u0131 ge\u00e7i\u015f de\u011ferlerinden %50 daha fazla verimlilik sa\u011flad\u0131k. Yine bu sistem sayesinde 35. Sokak\u2019\u0131n in\u015faat\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131nda 30.455 ton su tasarrufu elde ettik.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Havadan suya \u0131s\u0131 pompas\u0131 kullanarak karbon emisyonunu azaltt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 belirten Melih \u015eim\u015fek y\u00fcksek verimli \u0131s\u0131 pompas\u0131 sayesinde 376.000 kWh elektrik tasarrufu yap\u0131larak, y\u0131lda 272 ton daha az karbon sal\u0131m\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015fece\u011fini s\u00f6yledi. Projenin sosyal tesisi ve ortak alanlar\u0131n\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k 350 kW elektrik ihtiyac\u0131 g\u00fcne\u015f panelleri ile elde edilece\u011fine dikkat \u00e7eken \u015eim\u015fek bu sistem ile de y\u0131lda 290 ton daha az karbon sal\u0131m\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015fece\u011fini vurgulad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>35. Sokak\u2019\u0131n i\u00e7 mekan konfor ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131ran kaplama ve bitirme malzemeleri, \u2018Binalarda Enerji Performans\u0131 Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi\u2019 ve yap\u0131sal \u00e7elik sisteminin \u00f6ng\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u015fekilde se\u00e7ilirken geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm oranlar\u0131 da projenin dikkat \u00e7eken bir di\u011fer \u00f6zelli\u011fi olarak ortaya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor.
