Bunun yan\u0131nda 1000 MW in\u015fa halinde g\u00fcc\u00fcm\u00fcz var. Bu y\u0131l ilk kez 700 MW\u2019a yak\u0131n r\u00fczgar santralini devreye ald\u0131k\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>En fazla r\u00fczgar santralinin devreye al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u0131l\u0131n 2013 oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyen Ataseven, r\u00fczgar santrali in\u015fas\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u0131l\u0131n da yine 2013 oldu\u011funu vurgulad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Ataseven,\u201d2014 hedefleri kapsam\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de yakla\u015f\u0131k 800-1000 MW r\u00fczgar santrali i\u015fletmeye al\u0131nacak, y\u0131l sonuna kadar da r\u00fczgar enerjisi santrallerinin kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fc 3800-4000 MW\u2019a ula\u015facak\u201d \u015feklinde konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00fczgar enerjisinde 2023 hedeflerine de dikkat \u00e7eken Ataseven, \u015fu ifadeleri kulland\u0131:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cT\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin 2023 itibar\u0131yla yenilenebilirde 20 bin MW\u2019a ula\u015fma hedefi var. Biz de bu hedefe ula\u015fmak i\u00e7in \u00e7aba sarfediyoruz. Bunun ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmesi i\u00e7in 2020\u2032de 25 bin MW\u2019a ula\u015fmam\u0131z gerekiyor. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bunun i\u00e7inden elenenler de olabilir. Ancak bu \u015fekilde 2023 y\u0131l\u0131nda 20 bin MW hedefine ula\u015fabiliriz.\u201d<\/p>\n<h2>Katk\u0131 pay\u0131 2020\u2032ye uzat\u0131ld\u0131<\/h2>\n<p>Ataseven, 2013\u2032de de\u011fi\u015ftirilen elektrik piyasas\u0131 kanununu bir mihenk ta\u015f\u0131 olarak nitelendirdi. Ataseven, i\u015fletmeye giren yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n yerli katk\u0131dan 2015 yerine 2020\u2032ye kadar yararlanabilmesinin sa\u011fland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 hat\u0131rlatt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Yerli ve yenilenebilir enerjinin daha fazla \u00f6n planda tutulmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini vurgulayan Ataseven, \u201cT\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ciddi bir r\u00fczgar potansiyelimiz var bunu ekonomiye kazand\u0131rmam\u0131z gerekiyor. Hem siyasi olarak hem de enerji a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z olabilmemiz i\u00e7in s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir enerjide yenilenebilire a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k verilmesi gerekiyor\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<h2>En fazla yat\u0131r\u0131m Almanya\u2019dan<\/h2>\n<p>Ataseven, Avrupa\u2019da en fazla r\u00fczgar santrali yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 yapan \u00fclkenin Almanya oldu\u011funu belirterek, \u201cAlmanya\u2019n\u0131n 2012 sonu itibariyle 31 bin MW sadece r\u00fczgarda kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fc var. Yani Almanya T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin toplam g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn yar\u0131s\u0131 kadar r\u00fczgarda kurulu g\u00fcce sahip\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00fczgar konusunda Avrupa\u2019n\u0131n bir doyuma ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade eden Ataseven, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin yat\u0131r\u0131ma a\u00e7\u0131k bir yap\u0131 oldu\u011funa ve bunun avantajlar\u0131ndan yaralan\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fine dikkati \u00e7ekti.<\/p>\n<p>Ataseven, \u201cBiz, Avrupa\u2019ya g\u00f6re biraz geride kald\u0131k ama santrallerde yeni teknolojilere yat\u0131r\u0131m yap\u0131yoruz.
