Enerji verimlili\u011fi projelerine yat\u0131r\u0131m bedelinin y\u00fczde 30\u2019u kadar hibe deste\u011fi sa\u011flan\u0131rken, deste\u011fin \u00fcst limiti 2026 y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7in 27 milyon 92 bin 663 lira olarak belirlendi.<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-202618\" src=\"https:\/\/www.enerjigazetesi.ist\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/verimlilik-artirici-projelere-27-milyon-lirayi-asan-destek.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"329\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.enerjigazetesi.ist\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/verimlilik-artirici-projelere-27-milyon-lirayi-asan-destek.jpg 550w, https:\/\/www.enerjigazetesi.ist\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/verimlilik-artirici-projelere-27-milyon-lirayi-asan-destek-300x197.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.enerjigazetesi.ist\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/verimlilik-artirici-projelere-27-milyon-lirayi-asan-destek-500x329.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.enerjigazetesi.ist\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/verimlilik-artirici-projelere-27-milyon-lirayi-asan-destek-76x50.jpg 76w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Enerji ve Tabii Kaynaklar Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131, enerji verimlili\u011finin art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla yeni bir ad\u0131m att\u0131. 15 y\u0131ldan beri sanayi kurulu\u015flar\u0131na ve binalara y\u00f6nelik toplam 735 projeye Verimlilik Art\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 Proje Deste\u011fi Program\u0131 ile destek veren Bakanl\u0131k, s\u00f6z konusu te\u015fviklerin kapsam\u0131n\u0131 geni\u015fletti.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>ESCO\u2019lar da Dahil Edildi<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Buna g\u00f6re, \u2018ESCO\u2019 olarak da bilinen enerji\u00a0hizmet \u015firketleri de art\u0131k enerji y\u00f6neticisi g\u00f6revlendirmekle y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fc olan end\u00fcstriyel i\u015fletmeler, ticar\u00ee binalar, hizmet binalar\u0131 ve kamu binalar\u0131nda EPS yoluyla uygulayaca\u011f\u0131 enerji verimlili\u011fi projeleri i\u00e7in s\u00f6z konusu destekten yararlanabilecek.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Kriterleri Kar\u015f\u0131layacak<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede, enerji y\u00f6neticisi g\u00f6revlendirmekle y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fc olan end\u00fcstriyel i\u015fletmeler, ticar\u00ee binalar, hizmet binalar\u0131 ve kamu kesimi binalar\u0131 ile enerji\u00a0hizmet \u015firketleri taraf\u0131ndan m\u00fc\u015ftereken imzalanarak y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girmi\u015f ve Enerji ve Tabii Kaynaklar Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan ba\u015fvuru duyurusunda belirtilen kriterleri ve enerji verimlili\u011fi \u00f6nlemlerini i\u00e7eren enerji performans s\u00f6zle\u015fmeleri i\u00e7in yap\u0131lan ba\u015fvurular kabul ediliyor.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>27 Milyon Liray\u0131 A\u015fan Destek<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Enerji\u00a0hizmet \u015firketlerinin EPS yoluyla uygulayaca\u011f\u0131 enerji verimlili\u011fi projelerine, yat\u0131r\u0131m bedelinin y\u00fczde 30\u2019una kadar hibe deste\u011fi sa\u011flanacak. Desteklerde \u00fcst limit, 2026 y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7in 27 milyon 92 bin 663 lira olacak ve proje tutar\u0131 ne olursa olsun bu tutar\u0131 a\u015famayacak. Ayr\u0131ca, bu tutar, her y\u0131l yeniden de\u011ferleme oran\u0131nda art\u0131r\u0131lacak.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Destekte Erken \u00d6deme F\u0131rsat\u0131<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Destek karar\u0131 verilen ba\u015fvurular i\u00e7in belirlenen destek tutar\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 50\u2019sine teminat kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 erken \u00f6deme yap\u0131lacak. Uygulama sonras\u0131 s\u00f6zle\u015fmede garanti edilen tasarrufun en az y\u00fczde 70\u2019inin sa\u011fland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6l\u00e7me ve do\u011frulama uzman\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan do\u011frulanmas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan da nihai destek \u00f6demesi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecek.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Tasarrufla \u00d6deme<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>EPS, enerji verimlili\u011fi projelerinin ilk yat\u0131r\u0131m maliyetlerinin, sonraki y\u0131llarda sa\u011flanacak tasarruflar ile geri \u00f6denmesine dayal\u0131 bir finansman modeli olarak \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. Tasarruflar\u0131n uzun d\u00f6nemli bir s\u00f6zle\u015fme kapsam\u0131nda enerji hizmet \u015firketi ile m\u00fc\u015fteri aras\u0131nda payla\u015f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu modelde, ilk yat\u0131r\u0131m maliyeti enerji\u00a0hizmet \u015firketleri taraf\u0131ndan kar\u015f\u0131lan\u0131rken<strong>,<\/strong> s\u00f6zle\u015fme s\u00fcresi boyunca sa\u011flanan tasarruflar \u00fczerinden de \u015firkete \u00f6deme yap\u0131l\u0131yor.
