Kurakl\u0131k art\u0131k ge\u00e7ici bir risk de\u011fil, yap\u0131sal bir planlama konusudur. Artan GES\/RES kapasitesi, hidroelektrik, hibrit sistemler ve pompaj HES\u2019leri zorunlu k\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>2- STRATEJI\u0307K TESPI\u0307TLER<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>2.1 Enerji Arz G\u00fcvenli\u011fi<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 Hidroelektrik; baz y\u00fck, pik y\u00fck ve dengeleme fonksiyonlar\u0131n\u0131 birlikte sa\u011flayan tek yenilenebilir kaynakt\u0131r.<br \/>\n\u2022 GES\/RES \u00fcretimindeki h\u0131zl\u0131 art\u0131\u015f, sistemde esneklik ve depolama ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131 kritik seviyeye ta\u015f\u0131m\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.2 Kurakl\u0131k ve Su Y\u00f6netimi<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 Kurakl\u0131k, hidroelektrik \u00fcretimini ve tesislerin finansal su\u0308rdu\u0308ru\u0308lebilirlig\u0306ini do\u011frudan tehdit etmektedir.<br \/>\n\u2022 Mevcut su kullan\u0131m hakk\u0131 d\u00fczenlemeleri, hidrolojik riskleri b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131ya y\u00fcklemektedir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.3 Hibrit Sistemler (HES + GES\/RES)<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 Hibrit sistemler, mevcut \u015febeke altyap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 kullanarak en h\u0131zl\u0131 ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck maliyetli kapasite art\u0131\u015f\u0131 sa\u011flamaktad\u0131r.<br \/>\n\u2022 HES+GES hibritleri teknik olarak uyumlu, ekonomik olarak etkindir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.4 Pompaj Depolamal\u0131 HES\u2019ler<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 Uzun s\u00fcreli ve b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7ekli depolama i\u00e7in en olgun ve g\u00fcvenilir teknoloji pompaj depolamal\u0131 HES\u2019lerdir.<br \/>\n\u2022 Batarya depolama ile tamamlay\u0131c\u0131 bir rol \u00fcstlenmektedir. (Sistemin depolama ihtiyac\u0131 noktas\u0131nda kimyasal bataryalara bir alternatif de\u011fildir. Hidroelektrik santraller h\u0131zl\u0131 devreye girme kabiliyeti, geni\u015f y\u00fck aral\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve senkron makine karakteriyle \u015febekenin esneklik omurgas\u0131 haline geliyor. Hidroelektri\u011fin de\u011fer tan\u0131m\u0131 b\u00f6ylece y\u0131ll\u0131k GWh \u00fcretiminden, zamanlama ve tepki metriklerine do\u011fru kay\u0131yor.
