Program, karar vericilere veri temelli bir yol haritas\u0131 sunarak iklim, enerji ve \u015fehircilik politikalar\u0131 aras\u0131nda g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir ba\u011f kurulmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>SECAP ile Kentlerin Gelece\u011fi Planlan\u0131yor<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>SECAP; il ve il\u00e7e belediyelerinin sera gaz\u0131 emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131 ve iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fine kar\u015f\u0131 k\u0131r\u0131lganl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koyan, azalt\u0131m ve uyum eylemlerini b\u00fct\u00fcnc\u00fcl bir yakla\u015f\u0131mla tan\u0131mlayan kapsaml\u0131 bir stratejik plan. Emisyon envanteri ile iklimsel risk ve etki analizlerini bir araya getiren bu yap\u0131 sayesinde belediyeler, hangi sekt\u00f6rlerde ne \u00f6l\u00e7ekte m\u00fcdahaleye ihtiya\u00e7 duyuldu\u011funu net bi\u00e7imde tespit edebiliyor. B\u00f6ylece enerji verimlili\u011fi, yenilenebilir enerji yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 ve iklim uyum politikalar\u0131 daha tutarl\u0131 ve uygulanabilir hale geliyor.<\/p>\n<p>Uluslararas\u0131 standartlarla uyumlu bir \u00e7er\u00e7eve sunan SECAP, yerel \u00f6l\u00e7ekte y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen enerji y\u00f6netimi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 k\u00fcresel iklim hedefleriyle bulu\u015fturuyor.
