Bunun 75.615 MW\u2019\u0131 yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131ndan olu\u015furken, yenilenebilirlerin toplam i\u00e7indeki pay\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131k %62 seviyesine \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"615\" data-end=\"959\">Petrol ve do\u011fal gaz kaynaklar\u0131 s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 olan T\u00fcrkiye, y\u00fcksek enerji ithalat\u0131 nedeniyle ciddi bir cari a\u00e7\u0131kla kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya bulunuyor. Bu nedenle \u00fclke, ithalat faturas\u0131n\u0131 azaltmak ve jeopolitik risklere kar\u015f\u0131 daha diren\u00e7li bir enerji yap\u0131s\u0131 olu\u015fturmak amac\u0131yla 2005 y\u0131l\u0131ndan bu yana \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn yenilenebilir enerji yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 te\u015fvik ediyor.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"961\" data-end=\"1230\">Enerji ve Tabii Kaynaklar Bakan\u0131 Alparslan Bayraktar, r\u00fczg\u00e2r ve g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn ge\u00e7en ay itibar\u0131yla toplam 39.215 MW\u2019a y\u00fckseldi\u011fini a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131. Buna g\u00f6re, g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisinin toplam kurulu g\u00fc\u00e7 i\u00e7indeki pay\u0131 %20,3\u2019e, r\u00fczg\u00e2r enerjisinin pay\u0131 ise %11,9\u2019a ula\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1232\" data-end=\"1329\"><strong>Bayraktar, \u201cB\u00f6ylece kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn \u00fc\u00e7te biri art\u0131k yaln\u0131zca r\u00fczg\u00e2r ve g\u00fcne\u015ften olu\u015fuyor.\u201d dedi.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1331\" data-end=\"1512\">Veriler, g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisinin toplam kurulu g\u00fc\u00e7te %20,3 payla do\u011fal gaz\u0131 (%20,0) ilk kez geride b\u0131rakarak T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin ikinci en b\u00fcy\u00fck elektrik \u00fcretim kayna\u011f\u0131 haline geldi\u011fini ortaya koydu. Do\u011fal gaz, uzun y\u0131llar boyunca hidroelektrikten sonra T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin en bask\u0131n ikinci kurulu g\u00fc\u00e7 kayna\u011f\u0131 olmu\u015ftu. Ancak son y\u0131llarda g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi kapasitesi rekor h\u0131zda art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6sterdi. Bayraktar, yerli kaynaklar\u0131n toplam kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcn %71,5\u2019ini olu\u015fturdu\u011funu ve bunun 87.090 MW\u2019a kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k geldi\u011fini belirtti.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1823\" data-end=\"2014\">T\u00fcrkiye, bu y\u0131l g\u00fcne\u015f ve r\u00fczg\u00e2r enerjisi alan\u0131nda toplam 3.800 MW\u2019l\u0131k kapasite tahsisi i\u00e7in ihaleleri tamamlad\u0131. Bu yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n toplam b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn yakla\u015f\u0131k 4 milyar dolar olmas\u0131 bekleniyor. Yenilenebilir Enerji Kaynak Alan\u0131 (YEKA) ihale mekanizmas\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda d\u00fczenlenen bu yar\u0131\u015fmalar, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin temiz enerji kapasitesini art\u0131rma ve ulusal yenilenebilir enerji hedeflerine ula\u015fma s\u00fcrecinin \u00f6nemli bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2256\" data-end=\"2356\">T\u00fcrkiye, 2035 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar g\u00fcne\u015f ve r\u00fczg\u00e2r enerjisi kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc 120.000 MW\u2019a \u00e7\u0131karmay\u0131 hedefliyor. Bayraktar, <em>\u201c\u00d6zellikle g\u00fcne\u015f ve r\u00fczg\u00e2rda \u00e7ok g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir potansiyelimiz var.\u201d<\/em> diyerek, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin her y\u0131l en az 2.000 MW b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde YEKA ihaleleri d\u00fczenlemeyi planlad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve yenilenebilir enerji kapasitesini g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmeyi s\u00fcrd\u00fcrece\u011fini ifade etti.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2608\" data-end=\"2765\">Bayraktar, yenilenebilir enerji yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 ve yerlile\u015ftirme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin tam enerji ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131 hedefinin merkezinde yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vurgulad\u0131. <em>\u201cHayata ge\u00e7irdi\u011fimiz her bir megavatl\u0131k yat\u0131r\u0131m, bizi \u2018tam enerji ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z T\u00fcrkiye\u2019 hedefimize bir ad\u0131m daha yakla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131yor.\u201d<\/em> dedi.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2899\" data-end=\"3056\">T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin elektrik t\u00fcketimi son 20 y\u0131lda \u00fc\u00e7 kat\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131 ve uzun vadeli enerji d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc do\u011frultusunda \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki y\u0131llarda daha da h\u0131zl\u0131 artmas\u0131 bekleniyor. YEKA modeli, 2016 y\u0131l\u0131nda yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lara arazi tahsisini kolayla\u015ft\u0131rmak, b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7ekli projelerin hayata ge\u00e7irilmesini h\u0131zland\u0131rmak ve yenilenebilir enerji teknolojilerinin yerli \u00fcretimini te\u015fvik etmek amac\u0131yla devreye al\u0131nd\u0131.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2899\" data-end=\"3056\">H\u00fck\u00fcmet, daha sonra yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131 ilgisini art\u0131rmak i\u00e7in modelde g\u00fcncellemeler yapt\u0131. Bu kapsamda, ihale sonras\u0131 izin s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinin sadele\u015ftirilmesi ve iletim bedellerinden muafiyet gibi finansal te\u015fvikler getirildi.
