Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Kurulu (SPK), 25 y\u0131ll\u0131k deneyimi ile enerji verimlili\u011fi alan\u0131nda \u00f6nemli projelere imza atan \u00dc\u00e7ay M\u00fchendislik\u2019in halka arz ba\u015fvurusunu onaylad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dc\u00e7ay M\u00fchendislik\u2019in halka arz\u0131, sermaye art\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 ve mevcut ortak sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 yoluyla ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecek. \u015eirket sermayesinin 175 milyon TL\u2019den 225 milyon TL\u2019ye \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131 nedeniyle art\u0131r\u0131lacak 50 milyon TL nominal de\u011ferli pay sermaye art\u0131r\u0131m\u0131, 10 milyon TL nominal de\u011ferli pay ise ortak sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 yoluyla olmak \u00fczere, toplam 60 milyon TL nominal de\u011ferli pay halka arz edilecek.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kuveyt T\u00fcrk Yat\u0131r\u0131m<\/strong> liderli\u011finde olu\u015fturulan konsorsiyum taraf\u0131ndan \u201cSabit Fiyat ile Talep Toplama\u201d ve \u201cEn \u0130yi Gayret Arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131\u201d y\u00f6ntemi ile ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecek halka arzda pay ba\u015f\u0131na sat\u0131\u015f fiyat\u0131\u00a0<strong>18 TL<\/strong>\u00a0olarak belirlendi. Halka arz b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn ise\u00a0<strong>1.08 milyar TL<\/strong>\u00a0olmas\u0131 hedefleniyor.
