Do\u011fal gazla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan trijenerasyon sistemi sayesinde hem elektrik \u00fcretimi hem de \u0131s\u0131tma-so\u011futma hizmetleri tek merkezden sa\u011flanacak. Enerji verimlili\u011fini maksimum seviyeye \u00e7\u0131karan trijenerasyon sistemi, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck emisyon de\u011ferleriyle de \u00e7evre dostu bir \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm sunacak.<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><em><b>\u015eehirde, bireysel konfor da \u00f6n planda tutuluyor<\/b><\/em><\/h3>\n<p><em>Projede, t\u00fcrbinden \u00e7\u0131kan 6 bar bas\u0131n\u00e7l\u0131 buhar, yer alt\u0131 galeri hatlar\u0131 \u00fczerinden mekanik merkezlere ta\u015f\u0131nacak. Bu merkezlerde \u00fcretilen s\u0131cak ve so\u011fuk su, binalara iletilerek fancoil sistemleri arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla i\u00e7 mek\u00e2nlarda konforlu iklimlendirme sa\u011flanacak. B\u00f6ylece merkezi sistemle y\u00f6netilen bir \u015fehirde, bireysel konfor da \u00f6n planda tutulacak.<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><em><b>Ak\u0131ll\u0131 saya\u00e7larla \u015feffaf t\u00fcketim imk\u00e2n\u0131 sunuyor<\/b><\/em><\/h3>\n<p><em>Her dairenin giri\u015finde yer alacak kat istasyonlar\u0131nda; s\u0131cak kullan\u0131m suyu, \u0131s\u0131tma-so\u011futma devresi ve i\u00e7me suyu i\u00e7in ayr\u0131 ayr\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan \u00fc\u00e7 adet \u00f6n \u00f6demeli saya\u00e7 bulunacak. Kullan\u0131c\u0131lar, bu saya\u00e7lar sayesinde kendi t\u00fcketimlerini anl\u0131k olarak takip edebilecek. B\u00f6ylece hem enerji tasarrufu hem de \u015feffaf enerji y\u00f6netimi sa\u011flanacak.<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><em><b>Trijenerasyon sistemi, uzaktan y\u00f6netilebiliyor<\/b><\/em><\/h3>\n<p><em>T\u00fcm bu yap\u0131y\u0131 destekleyen\u00a0SCADA tabanl\u0131 otomasyon sistemiyle de\u00a0enerji altyap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n t\u00fcm bile\u015fenleri, merkezi kontrol odas\u0131ndan izlenecek ve y\u00f6netilecek.
