Enerji ve Tabii Kaynaklar Bakan\u0131 Dr. Alparslan Bayraktar\u00a0<\/strong>konferansta, Enerji ve Tabii Kaynaklar Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n 2026 ve sonras\u0131ndaki hedefleri ile T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin enerji vizyonu kapsam\u0131nda planlanan projelerden bahsetti. Bakan Bayraktar konu\u015fmas\u0131nda, elektrik talebinin daha da artaca\u011f\u0131 bir d\u00f6neme girildi\u011fine dikkat \u00e7ekti. Bayraktar \u015f\u00f6yle konu\u015ftu: <em>\u201cT\u00fcrkiye\u2019de elektrik talebi h\u0131zla b\u00fcy\u00fcyecek. Bu art\u0131\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamak i\u00e7in T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin \u2018yeni enerji mimarisi\u2019 kapsam\u0131nda \u00fcretim ve altyap\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 h\u0131zland\u0131raca\u011f\u0131z. D\u0131\u015fa ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 azaltmak i\u00e7in talebin m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011funca yerli kaynaklarla kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131n\u0131 hedefliyoruz. Bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede yenilenebilir enerji \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. 2035\u2019te g\u00fcne\u015f ve r\u00fczgar kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc 120.000 MW\u2019a \u00e7\u0131karmay\u0131 hedefliyoruz. T\u00fcrkiye 2025 y\u0131l\u0131nda hedefler itibariyle b\u00fcy\u00fcme patikas\u0131na girmi\u015f durumda. Bu seneyi yakla\u015f\u0131k 6.000 MW g\u00fcne\u015f ve 2.000 MW&#8217;\u0131 bulan r\u00fczgarla toplam 8.000 MW&#8217;\u0131n \u00fczerinde bitirece\u011fiz. Bu \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir geli\u015fme. 120.000 MW&#8217;l\u0131k hedefe gidiyor olmam\u0131z \u00e7ok k\u0131ymetli. 2026 ve sonras\u0131nda yeni enerji mimarisinin en kritik unsuru, artan elektrik talebini sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir bi\u00e7imde kar\u015f\u0131layacak g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc altyap\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 olacak. Hem da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m \u015febekelerinde hem de iletim taraf\u0131nda kapsaml\u0131 bir yat\u0131r\u0131m d\u00f6nemine giriyoruz. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019yi do\u011fudan bat\u0131ya, kuzeyden g\u00fcneye ba\u011flayan, y\u00fcksek kapasiteli bir \u2018elektrik otoban\u0131\u2019 yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131yla iletim 2.0 d\u00f6nemini ba\u015flat\u0131yoruz. G\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc ve dayan\u0131kl\u0131 bir elektrik alt yap\u0131s\u0131 kurmay\u0131 hedefliyoruz.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u201c2026 T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin enerji ve madende a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131raca\u011f\u0131 bir e\u015fik y\u0131l olacak\u201d<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019yi elektrik ve gaz ticaretinde daha etkin bir konuma ta\u015f\u0131may\u0131 hedeflediklerini belirten Bakan Bayraktar, <em>\u201cPetrol ve do\u011falgazda hem yurt i\u00e7i \u00fcretimi art\u0131ran hem de yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131 projelerle b\u00fcy\u00fcyen, daha g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc ve uluslararas\u0131 bir milli yap\u0131 olu\u015fturmay\u0131 ama\u00e7l\u0131yoruz. Madencilikte ise insan\u0131 ve \u00e7evreyi merkeze alan, hammadde ihracat\u0131 yerine katma de\u011ferli \u00fcretimi esas alan bir anlay\u0131\u015fla kritik ve stratejik madenleri enerji d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn hizmetine sunmay\u0131 \u00f6nceliklendiriyoruz. 2026\u2019y\u0131 bu d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn hem somut sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n al\u0131naca\u011f\u0131 hem de yeni bir b\u00fcy\u00fcme d\u00f6neminin ba\u015flayaca\u011f\u0131, g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc finansman ve i\u015f birlikleriyle T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin enerji ve maden alan\u0131nda a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131raca\u011f\u0131 bir e\u015fik y\u0131l olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz\u201d<\/em> dedi.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u201cJeopolitik unsurlar, enerji denkleminin giderek daha belirleyici unsuru haline geldi\u201d<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Uluslararas\u0131 Enerji Ajans\u0131 (IEA) Ba\u015fkan\u0131 ve IICEC Onursal Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Dr. Fatih Birol <\/strong>konferansta, jeopolitik unsurlar\u0131n, enerji denkleminin giderek daha belirleyici unsuru haline geldi\u011fine de\u011findi. Birol,<em> \u201cPetrolde arz\u0131n bol oldu\u011fu, talebin \u00f6zellikle \u00c7in kaynakl\u0131 yava\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir d\u00f6neme giriyoruz. Amerika be\u015flisi dedi\u011fim Amerika, Kanada, Brezilya, Arjantin ve Guyana\u2019da \u00fcretimde art\u0131\u015flarla fiyatlar bir y\u0131lda 80 dolardan 60 dolara geriledi. 2026\u2019da da bu seviyelerde seyretmesi bekleniyor. Ula\u015f\u0131m sekt\u00f6r\u00fc tek ba\u015f\u0131na petrol t\u00fcketiminin y\u00fczde 45\u2019ini olu\u015fturuyor. 2030\u20132040\u2019a kadar petrol talebi s\u00fcrecek olsa da sonras\u0131n\u0131 ula\u015ft\u0131rma sekt\u00f6r\u00fcndeki elektrifikasyon belirleyecek. Do\u011falgazda ise tarihte g\u00f6r\u00fclmemi\u015f \u00f6l\u00e7ekte yeni LNG kapasitesi devreye giriyor. Bu durum fiyatlar\u0131 a\u015fa\u011f\u0131 \u00e7ekerken al\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n elini g\u00fc\u00e7lendiriyor. K\u00f6m\u00fcrde d\u00fcnya \u00fcretiminin y\u00fczde 65\u2019ini \u00c7in ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirirken, geri kalan \u00fclkelerde net d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f e\u011filimi var. Ge\u00e7mi\u015f 10 y\u0131lda elektrik talebi toplam enerji talebinden iki kat h\u0131zl\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fcd\u00fc. \u00d6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki 10 y\u0131lda ise toplam enerji talebinden alt\u0131 kat daha h\u0131zl\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fcyecek. Bu art\u0131\u015f\u0131n arkas\u0131nda yapay zeka veri merkezleri, iklimlendirme ihtiyac\u0131 ve elektrikli ara\u00e7lar bulunuyor\u201d<\/em> ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u201cKritik minerallerde 1970\u2019lerin petrol krizine benzer k\u0131r\u0131lganl\u0131k ihtimali\u201d<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Dr. Fatih Birol, n\u00fckleerde k\u00fcresel \u00f6l\u00e7ekte yeni bir d\u00f6nemin ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vurgulad\u0131. Birol, \u201c<em>N\u00fckleerde 2025, bizim y\u0131llar \u00f6nce \u00f6ng\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz gibi, \u00fcretimde zirve y\u0131l\u0131 oldu. N\u00fckleere g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti. N\u00fckleer, T\u00fcrkiye i\u00e7in bir tercih de\u011fil stratejik zorunluluk\u201d dedi. Kritik minerallerde y\u00fcksek co\u011frafi yo\u011funla\u015fman\u0131n risklerine, bu minerallerin enerji sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn yan\u0131 s\u0131ra bir\u00e7ok stratejik sekt\u00f6r i\u00e7in ya\u015famsal \u00f6nemine vurgu yapan Dr. Birol, nadir toprak elementlerinde \u00c7in\u2019in pazar pay\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 92 oldu\u011funu, t\u00fcm alternatif rafinaj projeleri hayata ge\u00e7se bile bu oran\u0131n 2035\u2019te ancak y\u00fczde 75\u2019e gerileyebilece\u011fini belirtti. Dr. Birol \u201c1970\u2019lerde petrol krizini ya\u015fad\u0131k. Yak\u0131n gelecekte kritik minerallerde benzer bir k\u0131r\u0131lganl\u0131k ihtimalini g\u00f6z ard\u0131 edemeyiz\u201d<\/em> diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u201cT\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin COP31\u2019e ev sahipli\u011fi yapmas\u0131n\u0131 son derece kritik bir f\u0131rsat olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcyorum.\u201d<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Dr. Fatih Birol enerji g\u00fcvenli\u011finden elektrifikasyona, t\u00fcm konulara ek olarak iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011finin \u00f6nemine dikkat \u00e7ekti. Birol \u015f\u00f6yle konu\u015ftu: <em>\u201cEmisyonlar\u0131n y\u00fczde 85\u2019i enerji sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnden kaynaklan\u0131yor, afetlerin hem s\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 hem \u015fiddeti art\u0131yor. Ancak iklim, d\u00fcnya liderlerinin g\u00fcndeminde giderek geri plana itiliyor. Bu nedenle, iklimi yeniden k\u00fcresel g\u00fcndemin \u00fcst s\u0131ralar\u0131na ta\u015f\u0131yacak ve finansman a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan geli\u015fmi\u015f \u00fclkelerle geli\u015fmekte olanlar aras\u0131nda k\u00f6pr\u00fc kuracak son derece kritik bir f\u0131rsat olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcyorum.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u201cEnerji g\u00fcvenli\u011fi ekonomik ve ulusal g\u00fcvenlik meselesi haline geldi\u201d<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Sabanc\u0131 \u00dcniversitesi Kurucu M\u00fctevelli Heyeti Ba\u015fkan\u0131 G\u00fcler Sabanc\u0131<\/strong>\u00a0konferans\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131nda yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 konu\u015fmada, enerjide son d\u00f6nemde \u00f6nemli geli\u015fmelere tan\u0131kl\u0131k edildi\u011fini s\u00f6yledi. Sabanc\u0131, <em>\u201cD\u00fcnyan\u0131n enerji talebi artmaya devam ediyor. Enerji g\u00fcvenli\u011fi ise jeopolitik geli\u015fmeler, ticaret dinamikleri, kritik mineraller, iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011finin olumsuz etkileri gibi pek \u00e7ok fakt\u00f6rden ciddi \u015fekilde etkileniyor. T\u00fcm bunlar\u0131n neticesinde, enerji g\u00fcvenli\u011fi art\u0131k ayn\u0131 zamanda bir ekonomik ve ulusal g\u00fcvenlik meselesi haline gelmi\u015f durumda. Enerjinin alt sekt\u00f6rlerinde, yak\u0131tlar ve teknolojilerde, enerji-iklim ili\u015fkisinde \u00f6nemli dinamikler ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmeye devam ediyor\u201d<\/em> dedi.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u201cOrtak ak\u0131lla kurdu\u011fumuz IICEC, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de \u00f6nc\u00fc bir model ve merkezdir\u201d<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin enerjide d\u00fcnya ve Avrupa genelindeki g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc konumunu s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne dikkat \u00e7eken G\u00fcler Sabanc\u0131 <em>\u201cEnerjide b\u00fcy\u00fcme dinamiklerimiz \u00e7ok g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc. Enerji alt yap\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131z h\u0131zla geli\u015fiyor. Yenilenebilir enerjide Avrupa\u2019da ilk be\u015f i\u00e7erisindeyiz. IICEC taraf\u0131ndan her y\u0131l, sekt\u00f6rde \u00f6nc\u00fc \u201cenerji g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fc\u201d \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n yay\u0131mland\u0131\u011f\u0131na de\u011finen G\u00fcler Sabanc\u0131, \u201cIICEC, \u201cT\u00fcrkiye Kritik Enerji Mineralleri G\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fc\u201d \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 da yine T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de bir ilk olarak, kamu, \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6r ve akademi payda\u015flar\u0131 ile kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131 bir anlay\u0131\u015f ve ortak ak\u0131lla ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi. Bu perspektifte, gelece\u011fi \u00f6ng\u00f6rerek ortak ak\u0131lla kurdu\u011fumuz IICEC, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de \u00f6nc\u00fc bir model ve merkezdir\u201d<\/em> diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>&#8220;Kritik minerallerin \u00f6zellikle rafinaj\u0131nda ve teknolojik u\u00e7 \u00fcr\u00fcnlerde geli\u015fime odaklanarak \u00f6nemli kazan\u0131mlar sa\u011flanabilir\u201d<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>IICEC Direkt\u00f6r\u00fc Bora \u015eekip G\u00fcray,<\/strong>\u00a0konferansta \u201cT\u00fcrkiye Kritik Enerji Mineralleri G\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fc 2025\u201d raporunun lansman sunumunu ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi. Kritik enerji minerallerinde T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin risklerinin ve f\u0131rsatlar\u0131n\u0131n analitik bir perspektifte de\u011ferlendirildi\u011fi raporda geli\u015fim alanlar\u0131na y\u00f6nelik somut \u00f6neriler sunuldu. G\u00fcray, sunumunda katma de\u011ferli ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir \u00fcretimde geli\u015fimin, u\u00e7 \u00fcr\u00fcnlere do\u011fru teknolojik d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn sa\u011flanmas\u0131n\u0131n; enerji g\u00fcvenli\u011finin temini, di\u011fer sekt\u00f6rler i\u00e7in tedarik risklerinin y\u00f6netilmesi, ayn\u0131 zamanda geli\u015fen f\u0131rsatlar\u0131n de\u011ferlendirilebilmesi bak\u0131m\u0131ndan \u00f6nemine i\u015faret etti.
