Cumhurba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 himayesinde kurulan ve son derece olumlu kar\u015f\u0131lad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z Su Komisyonu\u2019na sekt\u00f6r olarak biz de aktif katk\u0131 vermek isteriz. Ayr\u0131ca Say\u0131n Bakan\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n memnuniyetle takip etti\u011fimiz pompaj depolamal\u0131 HES\u2019lere ili\u015fkin a\u00e7\u0131klamalar\u0131na istinaden, kamu taraf\u0131nda bir \u2018zaman plan\u0131\u2019 yay\u0131nlanmas\u0131 ve sekt\u00f6r olarak bu alanda daha h\u0131zl\u0131 ilerlenmesi ad\u0131na nas\u0131l destek sunabilece\u011fimizin netle\u015ftirilmesi de beklentilerimiz aras\u0131nda.<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Kapasite a\u00e7\u0131klamalar\u0131nda HES\u2019lere \u00f6ncelik vurgusu<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Elektrifikasyon ve dijitalle\u015fmedeki art\u0131\u015f nedeniyle T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin enerji talebinin de art\u0131yor oldu\u011funu belirten <strong>Enerji \u0130\u015fleri Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Ahmet \u00d6zkaya<\/strong>, sistemi ayakta tutabilmek i\u00e7in baz y\u00fck santrallerini g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmeleri gerekti\u011fine vurgu yapt\u0131. Ahmet \u00d6zkaya, <em>\u201c\u0130n\u015fallah \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczde ilk a\u00e7\u0131lacak kapasitelerde HES\u2019leri de \u00f6ncelikleyecek bir kurguyu hayata ge\u00e7irmeyi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyoruz\u201d <\/em>mesaj\u0131 verdi. Pompaj depolamal\u0131 HES\u2019lerin \u2018yap\u0131labilir\u2019 oldu\u011funu da vurgulayan \u00d6zkaya, bu alanda yeni metotlara bakt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 da s\u00f6zlerine ekledi.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Da\u015ftan: \u201cPompaj Depolamal\u0131 HES\u2019lere Muhakkak \u0130htiyac\u0131m\u0131z Var\u201d<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Konu\u015fmas\u0131nda d\u00fcnya genelinde yenilenebilir enerji yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 trendindeki y\u00fckseli\u015fe dikkat \u00e7eken <strong>EPDK Elektrik Piyasas\u0131 Dairesi Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Deniz Da\u015ftan<\/strong> da kurakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n 2025 y\u0131l\u0131na damgas\u0131n\u0131 vurdu\u011funu kaydetti. Pompaj depolamal\u0131 HES\u2019lere mutlaka ihtiya\u00e7 duyan T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de baraj y\u00fczeylerinin 40 bin MW pompaj depolamal\u0131 HES potansiyeline sahip oldu\u011funu belirten Da\u015ftan, \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi: <em>N\u00fckleer santrali olan \u00fclkelere bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda hepsinde PHES var \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc gece t\u00fcketimi \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli. PHES\u2019ler hayata ge\u00e7ene kadar bu g\u00f6revi depolamal\u0131 \u00fcretim tesislerinin bataryalar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6rece\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyoruz. Ancak tam PHES alternatifi olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 da biliyoruz. PHES\u2019e d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmlerde YEKDEM durumu ve lisans s\u00fcreleri ne olacak, bunlar\u0131n belirlenmesi gerekiyor.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Hibrit konusuna da de\u011finen Da\u015ftan, 5 bin 100 MW\u2019l\u0131k hibrit kapasitesinin 905 MW\u2019\u0131n\u0131n HES\u2019lere verildi\u011fini, bunun 210 MW\u2019\u0131n\u0131n hayata ge\u00e7ti\u011fini kalan k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n da devreye al\u0131nmas\u0131 beklediklerini ifade etti. Da\u015ftan, y\u00fczer GES konusunda EPDK olarak 150 MW civar\u0131nda kapasite tahsis ettiklerini ve halen bu konuda haz\u0131rlanan y\u00f6netmeli\u011fin Resmi Gazete\u2019de yay\u0131nlanmas\u0131n\u0131 beklediklerini belirtti. HES yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131na \u2018toplay\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k\u2019 faaliyetlerinde yer almalar\u0131 \u00f6nerisinde bulunan Deniz Da\u015ftan, at\u0131l olarak elde tutulan ve i\u015fletmeye al\u0131nmayan HES kapasitelerine de dikkat \u00e7ekerek bunlar\u0131n bir an \u00f6nce hayata ge\u00e7irilmesini beklediklerini de s\u00f6zlerine ekledi.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>K\u0131l\u0131\u00e7aslan\u2019dan \u2018Su ve enerjinin stratejik \u00f6neminin artt\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019 vurgusu<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Devlet Su \u0130\u015fleri Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019nde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen \u00e7al\u0131\u015ftay\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131nda s\u00f6z alan DS\u0130 Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Cengiz Han K\u0131l\u0131\u00e7aslan ise, su ve enerjinin stratejik \u00f6nemini vurgulad\u0131\u011f\u0131 konu\u015fmas\u0131nda iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi, su kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir y\u00f6netimi ihtiyac\u0131 ve artan enerji talebinin getirdi\u011fi zorluklara dikkat \u00e7ekti. T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin 180 milyar kilovat saatlik (kWh) hidroelektrik enerji potansiyelinin 160 milyar kWh&#8217;lik k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n planlanm\u0131\u015f, projelendirilmi\u015f ve i\u015fletmeye al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011funu aktaran K\u0131l\u0131\u00e7aslan, kurulu g\u00fc\u00e7 art\u0131\u015f\u0131na ra\u011fmen son y\u0131llarda artan kurakl\u0131k nedeniyle \u00fcretim seviyelerinin hedeflerin alt\u0131nda kald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtti. Kurakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n \u2018afet\u2019 olarak nitelendirilmesi gerekti\u011fini s\u00f6yleyen DS\u0130 Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 K\u0131l\u0131\u00e7aslan, DS\u0130 olarak havza bazl\u0131 i\u015fletme modellemeleri \u00fczerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 ve pompaj depolamal\u0131 HES\u2019lerle ilgili olarak da bu projelerin sadece teknik de\u011fil, \u00e7evresel, sosyal ve ekonomik yap\u0131labilirli\u011finin de de\u011ferlendirilmesi gerekti\u011fini kaydetti.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Pompaj depolamal\u0131 HES kurulumlar\u0131 d\u00fcnya genelinde konvansiyonel HES\u2019leri ge\u00e7ecek<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Hidroelektri\u011fin halen yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131 i\u00e7inde en b\u00fcy\u00fck yere sahip oldu\u011funu vurgulayan<strong> International Hydropower Association (IHA) CEO\u2019su Eddie Rich<\/strong>, \u00f6zellikle pompaj depolamal\u0131 HES\u2019lerin son d\u00f6nemde \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kmaya ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131na ve yak\u0131n d\u00f6nemde bu alanda kurulacak hidrolik g\u00fcc\u00fcn konvansiyonel hidrolik g\u00fc\u00e7ten daha fazla olaca\u011f\u0131na dikkat \u00e7ekti.
