Proje, sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn ye\u015fil d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm s\u00fcrecinde \u015feffaf veri payla\u015f\u0131m\u0131, \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclebilir s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik ve uluslararas\u0131 uyum a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan yeni bir d\u00f6nemin kap\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 aral\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00fcnyada sera gaz\u0131 emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131n en b\u00fcy\u00fck kaynaklar\u0131ndan biri olan in\u015faat sekt\u00f6r\u00fc, iklim kriziyle m\u00fccadelede kilit bir role sahip. Bu fark\u0131ndal\u0131kla geli\u015ftirilen FoCA T\u00fcrkiye Projesi, 2023\u20132025 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen uluslararas\u0131 i\u015f birli\u011fiyle in\u015faat sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn karbonsuzla\u015fma hedeflerine katk\u0131 sunmak \u00fczere hayata ge\u00e7irildi. Proje kapsam\u0131nda geli\u015ftirilen dijital platform, yap\u0131 malzemelerinin \u00e7evresel etkilerini \u015feffaf, kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131labilir ve eri\u015filebilir hale getiriyor.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7evre Dostu Ye\u015fil Binalar Derne\u011fi (\u00c7EDB\u0130K) koordinasyonunda y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen proje; Polonya Ye\u015fil Bina Konseyi (PLGBC), Y\u0131ld\u0131z Teknik \u00dcniversitesi (YTU), Wroclaw University of Science and Technology (WUST) ve Polish Building Research Institute (ITB) resmi partnerli\u011finde, CORNET \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi. FoCA, T\u00fcrkiye ve Avrupa Birli\u011fi\u2019nin iklim politikalar\u0131yla uyumlu olarak, \u00f6zellikle KOB\u0130 \u00f6l\u00e7e\u011findeki mimarl\u0131k ve m\u00fchendislik ofislerine bilimsel temelli, kullan\u0131c\u0131 dostu bir karar destek arac\u0131 sunmay\u0131 ama\u00e7l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Her ad\u0131m\u0131n etkisi \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclebilir hale geldi<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>FoCA platformu, in\u015faat sekt\u00f6r\u00fcne y\u00f6nelik d\u00f6rt ana mod\u00fcl \u00fczerinden hizmet veriyor: E\u011fitim Mod\u00fcl\u00fc, Malzeme Veritaban\u0131, Malzeme Kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rma Mod\u00fcl\u00fc ve Bina Analizi Mod\u00fcl\u00fc.
