Raporda, markan\u0131n y\u0131ll\u0131k toplam \u00fcretim kapasitesini\u00a054 milyon metrekareye\u00a0\u00e7\u0131karan\u00a0100. Y\u0131l Fabrikalar\u0131\u2019n\u0131n, s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir \u00fcretimin sembol\u00fc oldu\u011fu kaydedildi. K\u00fctahya 30 A\u011fustos Organize Sanayi B\u00f6lgesi\u2019nde konumlanan ve \u015firketin sekizinci \u00fcretim tesisi olan bu yeni fabrikalar;\u00a0End\u00fcstri 4.0 uyumlu altyap\u0131lar\u0131, dijital d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm destekli \u00fcretim sistemleri ve yenilenebilir enerji kullan\u0131m\u0131yla\u00a0sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde \u00f6rnek bir model olarak \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>2024 y\u0131l\u0131nda enerji verimlili\u011fini art\u0131rmak ve karbon sal\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 azaltmak amac\u0131yla devreye al\u0131nan\u00a025 MW kapasiteli GES yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131\u00a0sayesinde, NG K\u00fctahya Seramik y\u0131ll\u0131k ortalama\u00a039 milyon kWh elektrik \u00fcretimi\u00a0ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiriyor. Bu yat\u0131r\u0131mla fabrikalar\u0131n y\u0131ll\u0131k enerji ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 20\u2019si kar\u015f\u0131lan\u0131yor ve\u00a0her y\u0131l 47 bin 373 ton karbon emisyonu\u00a0\u00f6nleniyor. Enerji t\u00fcketimi ve emisyon kaynaklar\u0131 sistematik olarak izleniyor.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Kaynak Verimlili\u011finde G\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc Ad\u0131mlar: At\u0131kta y\u00fczde 20 Azalma, Suda y\u00fczde 65 Geri Kazan\u0131m<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Rapor verilerine g\u00f6re NG K\u00fctahya Seramik\u2019te at\u0131k, su, hammadde ve ambalajlar\u0131n \u00fcretim d\u00f6ng\u00fcs\u00fcne yeniden kazand\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131yla, 2024 y\u0131l\u0131nda toplam at\u0131k miktar\u0131nda bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131la g\u00f6re\u00a0y\u00fczde 20\u2019den fazla azalma\u00a0sa\u011fland\u0131. Pi\u015fmi\u015f seramiklerde olu\u015fan k\u0131r\u0131klar\u0131n geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm s\u00fcrecine d\u00e2hil edilerek yeniden hammadde \u00fcretimine kazand\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in kurulan\u00a0K\u0131r\u0131k Seramik \u00d6\u011f\u00fctme Tesisi, y\u0131ll\u0131k\u00a021.640 ton kapasitesiyle T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de b\u00f6lgesindeki tek \u0131skarta seramik \u00f6\u011f\u00fctme tesisi oldu.
