Bunun 21.345 MW\u2019\u0131 (y\u00fczde 18) lisanss\u0131z elektrik \u00fcretim santrallerinden olu\u015fuyor ve bu kapasitenin y\u00fczde 96,5\u2019i g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi santrallerine ait.<\/p>\n<p>T.C Enerji ve Tabii Kaynaklar Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131, 2035 y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7in g\u00fcne\u015f ve r\u00fczgar enerjisi kurulu g\u00fc\u00e7 hedefini 120 GW olarak a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131. Bu yeni hedef, 2022 Ulusal Enerji Plan\u0131\u2019nda \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclen 82,5 GW\u2019l\u0131k kapasiteye k\u0131yasla yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 50 art\u0131\u015f anlam\u0131na geliyor.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6zellikle da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m seviyesinden ba\u011flanacak ve b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisine dayal\u0131 kaynaklar\u0131n artmas\u0131yla birlikte, sistem esnekli\u011finin sa\u011flanabilmesi i\u00e7in t\u00fcketim taraf\u0131n\u0131n enerji sisteminde daha aktif bir rol \u00fcstlenmesi gerekiyor. Bu do\u011frultuda, t\u00fcketim noktalar\u0131na yak\u0131n konumland\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f da\u011f\u0131t\u0131k \u00fcretim tesislerinin yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ve \u015febekede \u00e7ift y\u00f6nl\u00fc enerji ak\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayacak yenilik\u00e7i yakla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131n hayata ge\u00e7irilmesi \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yor. Aksi halde, gerilim reg\u00fclasyonundaki dalgalanmalar, reaktif g\u00fc\u00e7 dengesizlikleri, ani y\u00fck ve \u00fcretim de\u011fi\u015fimlerine kar\u015f\u0131 yetersizlik, koruma sistemlerinde uyumsuzluk ve g\u00fc\u00e7 kalitesinde bozulma gibi teknik sorunlar\u0131n g\u00f6r\u00fcnme olas\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve s\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 artabilir.<\/p>\n<p>Raporda sanayi, bina ve ula\u015f\u0131m gibi enerjinin yo\u011fun t\u00fcketildi\u011fi sekt\u00f6rlerde, enerjinin \u00fcretildi\u011fi yerde t\u00fcketilmesini sa\u011flayan invert\u00f6r tabanl\u0131 da\u011f\u0131t\u0131k kaynaklar\u0131n ve temiz elektrifikasyon uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131n yayg\u0131nla\u015fmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi vurgulan\u0131yor. Bu konuda\u00a0da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m sistemi operat\u00f6rlerinin daha fazla sorumluluk almas\u0131 gerekiyor.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Modernizasyon \u0130\u00e7in \u00d6ncelikli Teknoloji ve Uygulama Alanlar\u0131\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3><strong>Raporda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m sisteminde \u00f6ncelikli olarak ele al\u0131nmas\u0131 gereken teknoloji ve uygulama alanlar\u0131 \u015fu \u015fekilde s\u0131ralan\u0131yor:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; Operasyonel sistem verimlili\u011fini art\u0131ran teknolojilerin kullan\u0131m\u0131<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Altyap\u0131n\u0131n da\u011f\u0131t\u0131k \u00fcretimi destekleyecek \u015fekilde dijitalle\u015fmesi (ak\u0131ll\u0131 saya\u00e7lar, mikro-\u015febekeler vb.) ve planlanmas\u0131<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Siber g\u00fcvenlik \u00f6nlemlerinin g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmesi<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Enerji kooperatiflerinin yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; B\u00f6lgesel enerji ticareti platformlar\u0131n\u0131n ve b\u00f6lgesel esneklik piyasalar\u0131n\u0131n kurulumu<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Da\u011f\u0131t\u0131k \u00fcretimin entegrasyonunu te\u015fvik eden tarifelerin yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131<\/p>\n<p>D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn planlanabilmesi i\u00e7in neler yap\u0131labilece\u011fi ise \u015f\u00f6yle anlat\u0131ld\u0131:<em> \u201cDSO\u2019nun gelecekteki altyap\u0131 ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6rebilmeleri i\u00e7in yenilenebilir ve da\u011f\u0131t\u0131k enerji kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n b\u00f6lgesel da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m hedeflerinin belirlenmesi b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yor. Bu sayede DSO\u2019lar, b\u00f6lgesel hedefleri dikkate alarak ileri veri analiti\u011fi uygulamalar\u0131yla t\u00fcketim tahminleri yapabilir ve \u00f6ncelikli yat\u0131r\u0131m alanlar\u0131n\u0131 net bir \u015fekilde tan\u0131mlayabilir. Ayr\u0131ca ileri veri analizi ve ger\u00e7ek zamanl\u0131 veri izleme gibi i\u015flevlerin etkin bi\u00e7imde kullan\u0131labilmesi i\u00e7in, da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m seviyesinde ak\u0131ll\u0131 saya\u00e7 ve ak\u0131ll\u0131 \u015febeke altyap\u0131s\u0131na y\u00f6nelik yat\u0131r\u0131m planlar\u0131n\u0131n haz\u0131rlanmas\u0131 da d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc h\u0131zland\u0131racak.\u201d<\/em> \u015feklinde konu\u015fuldu.<\/p>\n<p>Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te, izin ve onay mekanizmalar\u0131n\u0131n mevzuat d\u00fczenlemeleriyle sadele\u015ftirilmesi, h\u0131zland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ve dijitalle\u015ftirilmesi, uygulama etkinli\u011fini art\u0131racak \u00f6nemli bir ad\u0131m olarak \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. Ayr\u0131ca, planlanan yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclen takvimlerde devreye al\u0131nabilmesi i\u00e7in yenilik\u00e7i finansman ara\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n de\u011ferlendirilmesi \u00f6neriliyor.
