HES\u0130AD Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Elvan Tu\u011fsuz G\u00fcven, sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn uzun y\u0131llard\u0131r bir araya geldi\u011fi en verimli etkinlik oldu\u011funu g\u00f6zlemledikleri bu zirvenin ard\u0131ndan bu y\u0131l da tek g\u00fcnl\u00fck bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015ftay ile yine \u2018HES\u2019ler ve S\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik\u2019 konusuna tekrar \u0131\u015f\u0131k tutmak istediklerini kaydetti.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Enerji ve Tabii Kaynaklar Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n, son d\u00f6nemde Bakan Alparslan Bayraktar<\/strong>\u2019\u0131n da deme\u00e7lerine de yans\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fczere \u00f6zellikle \u201c<em>HES\u2019lerin rehabilitasyonu ve pompaj depolamal\u0131 HES\u2019lere duyulan ihtiyac\u0131\u201d <\/em>g\u00fcndemde tuttu\u011funu hat\u0131rlatan\u00a0<strong>HES\u0130AD Ba\u015fkan\u0131 G\u00fcven \u00e7al\u0131\u015ftayla ilgili \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi<\/strong><em>: &#8220;Enerji d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn merkezinde bug\u00fcn art\u0131k yerli ve yenilenebilir kaynaklara dayal\u0131 \u00fcretim yapman\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131k, verimlilik ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik de \u00e7ok kritik bir noktada. Planl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde kurulmalar\u0131 ve iyi i\u015fletilmeleri halinde 100 y\u0131la varan i\u015fletme \u00f6mr\u00fc sa\u011flayan HES\u2019ler bu anlamda t\u00fcm yenilenebilir enerji sekt\u00f6r\u00fcne \u00f6rnek te\u015fkil edecek bir konumda bulunuyorlar. D\u00fcnyan\u0131n bir\u00e7ok b\u00f6lgesinde oldu\u011fu gibi T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de de \u00e7ok a\u011f\u0131r kurakl\u0131k \u015fartlar\u0131 ya\u015f\u0131yoruz. B\u00f6yle bir d\u00f6nemden ge\u00e7erken i\u00e7me suyu, tar\u0131msal sulama ve enerji \u00fcretimi s\u0131ralamas\u0131nda b\u00fct\u00fcn payda\u015flar\u0131 s\u00fcrece ve kararlara ortak eden, son derece verimli bir havza su y\u00f6netimini sa\u011flamak zorunday\u0131z. Pompaj depolamal\u0131 HES\u2019ler gibi g\u00fcn\u00fcn gereklerine uygun yeni bir potansiyeli ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmenin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra mevcut hidroelektrik santrallerin rehabilitasyonu ve uygun olan santrallerin GES\u2019lerle desteklenmesi gibi \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmleri s\u00fcratle sa\u011flamam\u0131z gerekiyor. S\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirli\u011fi m\u00fcmk\u00fcn k\u0131lman\u0131n olmazsa olmaz \u015fart\u0131 bu. HES\u2019lerin bu a\u00e7\u0131lardan verimli ulusal kaynak kullan\u0131m\u0131na sa\u011flayaca\u011f\u0131 katk\u0131lar \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck. Amac\u0131m\u0131z bu katk\u0131lar\u0131 hem karar verici kurumlar hem de kamuoyu nezdinde net olarak duyurmak, bu konuda fark\u0131ndal\u0131k yaratmak.
