Ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz y\u0131l enerji ithalat\u0131 i\u00e7in 70 milyar dolara yakla\u015fan bir fatura \u00f6dedik. Bu tablo i\u00e7inde binalar, toplam enerji t\u00fcketiminin y\u00fczde 32,7\u2019sini olu\u015fturuyor. Bu t\u00fcketimin y\u00fczde 80\u2019i k\u0131\u015f\u0131n \u0131s\u0131nma, yaz\u0131n so\u011futma ama\u00e7l\u0131 kullan\u0131l\u0131yor. Mevcut binalara yap\u0131lacak yal\u0131t\u0131m uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131n devlet taraf\u0131ndan desteklenmesi gerekiyor. Konutlarda \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 kredisi tekrar hayata ge\u00e7irilmeli ve vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131za uzun vadeli d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck faizli bir kredi imkan\u0131 sa\u011flanmal\u0131. B\u00f6yle bir kredi uygulamas\u0131n\u0131n konfor ve enerji tasarrufunun yan\u0131 s\u0131ra \u00e7evreye de b\u00fcy\u00fck katk\u0131lar\u0131 olacakt\u0131r. Yap\u0131lacak 5 y\u0131ll\u0131k bir planla y\u0131lda 300 bin hanenin yal\u0131t\u0131ml\u0131 hale getirilmesi durumunda, sera gaz\u0131 azalt\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n 13,5 milyon ton karbondioksit (CO2) civarlar\u0131nda olaca\u011f\u0131 hesaplan\u0131yor. Bu tasarruf; 124 bin adet a\u011fa\u00e7tan olu\u015fan 50 bin d\u00f6n\u00fcm orman alan\u0131n\u0131n 5 y\u0131l boyunca yuttu\u011fu CO2 miktar\u0131na e\u015f de\u011fer. T\u00fcrkiye genelinde ba\u015flayacak bir \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 hareketinin bir di\u011fer faydas\u0131 da yerli sanayiye kataca\u011f\u0131 hareketlilik olacak. Zira bu i\u015flemler i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lacak t\u00fcm yal\u0131t\u0131m malzemeleri, yal\u0131t\u0131m cam\u0131 \u00fcniteleri, yap\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131, s\u0131va, al\u00e7\u0131 levha gibi yard\u0131mc\u0131 malzemelerin tamam\u0131 T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de \u00fcretiliyor. D\u00fcnya Tasarruf G\u00fcn\u00fc\u2019nde \u00f6m\u00fcrl\u00fck bir yat\u0131r\u0131m olan \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6neminin alt\u0131n\u0131 bir kez daha \u00e7izmek gerekiyor. Aile b\u00fct\u00e7esi, \u00fclke ekonomisi, \u00e7evrenin korunmas\u0131 ve d\u00fcnyam\u0131z\u0131n gelece\u011fi ad\u0131na yap\u0131lacak en g\u00fczel yat\u0131r\u0131m yal\u0131t\u0131md\u0131r\u201d<\/em> dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Mevcut bina stokunun iyile\u015ftirilmesinde kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn \u00f6nemli bir f\u0131rsat oldu\u011funa i\u015faret eden Emrullah Eruslu, a\u00e7\u0131klamalar\u0131na \u015fu s\u00f6zlerle devam etti: <em>\u201cT\u00fcm binalar\u0131n \u00e7at\u0131, duvar, d\u00f6\u015femelerinde \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 uygulayarak ve pencerelerde kaplamal\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m cam\u0131 \u00fcniteleri kullanarak \u00fclkemizin toplam enerji faturas\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 15 azalt\u0131labilir. Yal\u0131t\u0131m, elektrik ve do\u011falgaz faturalar\u0131n\u0131 y\u00fczde 50 azaltarak aile b\u00fct\u00e7esini de korur. D\u0131\u015f cephede \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 maliyeti, faturalardan sa\u011flanan tasarrufla 2 ila 5 y\u0131lda kendini \u00f6d\u00fcyor. Bug\u00fcn yeni in\u015fa edilen bir binada \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131n maliyeti toplam bina maliyetinin y\u00fczde 2 ila y\u00fczde 3\u2019\u00fcne kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k geliyor.\u201d<\/em> dedi.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Revize TS 825 Standard\u0131 binalarda enerji tasarrufu i\u00e7in pek \u00e7ok avantaj bar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131yor<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>01 Nisan 2025 tarihi itibariyle revize TS 825 Binalarda Is\u0131 Yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 Kurallar\u0131 Standard\u0131\u2019n\u0131n zorunlu standart olarak y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girdi\u011fini, yeni in\u015fa edilecek ya da yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 yeni yap\u0131lacak binalar i\u00e7in yal\u0131t\u0131mda yeni bir d\u00f6nemin ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyen \u0130ZODER Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Emrullah Eruslu, \u201c<em>Binalarda enerji verimlili\u011fini y\u00fczde 25 iyile\u015ftiren revize standart ile binalar\u0131n sadece \u0131s\u0131tma ihtiyac\u0131na g\u00f6re tasarlanmas\u0131 d\u00f6nemi sona erdi. Bundan b\u00f6yle binalar \u0131s\u0131tma ve so\u011futma ihtiyac\u0131na g\u00f6re tasarlanacak. Revize standard\u0131n iklimsel gereksinimleri kar\u015f\u0131lamada \u00e7ok daha verimli bir \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm sundu\u011funu b\u00f6ylece enerji t\u00fcketimini de anlaml\u0131 \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde azaltaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyebiliriz. Ruhsat alma istatistikleri dikkate al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ruhsat alan yeni binalar\u0131n kabaca y\u0131lda 475 bin ton e\u015fde\u011feri petrol (TEP) ilave enerji talebi yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade edebiliriz. Yeni TS 825 standard\u0131 ile y\u0131lda yakla\u015f\u0131k 120 bin TEP enerji tasarrufu elde ederek \u00fclke ekonomisine y\u0131lda yakla\u015f\u0131k 100 milyon dolarl\u0131k katk\u0131 sa\u011flanm\u0131\u015f olacak. Yap\u0131la\u015fman\u0131n ortalama h\u0131zda s\u00fcrmesi ve \u00fclkemizde hi\u00e7 yenileme yap\u0131lmamas\u0131 durumunda bile sadece 5 y\u0131lda (2030 sonu) sa\u011flanacak verimlilikle \u00fclke ekonomisine katk\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131k 1,5 milyar dolar seviyesine ula\u015facak\u201d<\/em> \u015feklinde konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u00c7evreye duyarl\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir binalar i\u00e7in enerji ihtiyac\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131mla asgari seviye getirilmeli ve kalan enerji ihtiyac\u0131 yenilenebilir enerji ile kar\u015f\u0131lanmal\u0131<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Neredeyse S\u0131f\u0131r Enerji Bina (nSEB) konsepti ile ilgili tan\u0131mlamalar\u0131n mevzuatlara eklendi\u011fini ifade eden Emrullah Eruslu, \u201c\u00dclkemizde 1 Ocak 2023 tarihinden itibaren nSEB binalara ge\u00e7i\u015f ba\u015flad\u0131. Asgari enerji performans\u0131 \u2018B\u2019 olan nSEB binalar, di\u011fer binalara g\u00f6re cephelerde en az 1-2 cm daha kal\u0131n yal\u0131t\u0131ma ve en az bir y\u00fczeyinde kaplamal\u0131 \u00e7ift cam veya \u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc yal\u0131t\u0131m cam\u0131 \u00fcniteleri ile \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m de\u011ferleri iyile\u015ftirilmi\u015f pencerelere sahip olduklar\u0131ndan yak\u0131t faturalar\u0131nda kullan\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131na y\u00fcksek oranda tasarruf sa\u011fl\u0131yor.
