Enerji Piyasas\u0131 D\u00fczenleme Kurumu (EPDK) deste\u011fiyle, Bo\u011fazi\u00e7i Elektrik Da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m A.\u015e.\u2019nin (BEDA\u015e) de aralar\u0131nda bulundu\u011fu Marmara B\u00f6lgesi\u2019nde hizmet veren da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m \u015firketleri taraf\u0131ndan y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen Ar-Ge Projesi kapsam\u0131nda, b\u00fcy\u00fck afetler sonras\u0131nda elektrik altyap\u0131s\u0131ndaki hasar\u0131 k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede tespit edebilen yeni nesil yapay zek\u00e2 destekli bir yaz\u0131l\u0131m geli\u015ftirildi.<\/p>\n<p>2023 y\u0131l\u0131nda ya\u015fanan Kahramanmara\u015f depremleri ve d\u00fcnyada farkl\u0131 b\u00f6lgelerde ya\u015fanm\u0131\u015f depremler sonras\u0131na ait y\u00fcksek \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fcrl\u00fckl\u00fc uydu g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fclerinden olu\u015fturulan veri seti ile e\u011fitilen yapay zek\u00e2 modeline sahip olan \u201c<strong><em>Afet Uydu Projesi\u201d,<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0Marmara B\u00f6lgesi\u2019nde ba\u015far\u0131 ile test edildi.\u00a0\u00d6zellikle deprem sonras\u0131nda, elektrik direkleri, da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m ve trafo merkezleri ile kritik enerji noktalar\u0131n\u0131n zarar durumunu uydu g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcleri \u00fczerinden analiz ederek h\u0131zl\u0131 m\u00fcdahale imk\u00e2n\u0131 sa\u011flayan \u201cAfet Uydu Projesi\u201d;\u00a0<em>\u00a0<\/em>hangi b\u00f6lgelerde daha acil aksiyon gerekti\u011fi ve ula\u015f\u0131m yollar\u0131n\u0131n durumunu anl\u0131k olarak saha ekiplerine bildiriyor.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>MARMARA B\u00d6LGES\u0130\u2019NDE YOLLARIN DURUMU BEL\u0130RLEN\u0130YOR<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Do\u011fal afetlerin hemen sonras\u0131nda uydu g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcleri ve Sentetik A\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131kl\u0131 Radar (SAR) verileri kullan\u0131larak geli\u015ftirilen \u201cYeni Nesil Yapay Zek\u00e2 Modeli Tabanl\u0131, Elektrik Yap\u0131sal Unsurlar\u0131 Hasar Tespit Sisteminin Geli\u015ftirilmesi\u201d Ar-Ge projesi ile ba\u015fta deprem olmak \u00fczere b\u00fcy\u00fck afetler sonras\u0131nda uydu g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fclerinden h\u0131zl\u0131 bilgi \u00e7\u0131kartmak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olacak.<\/p>\n<p>Afet sonras\u0131nda enerji s\u00fcreklili\u011fini sa\u011flayabilmek i\u00e7in kritik noktalara h\u0131zl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde ekiplerin y\u00f6nlendirilmesine olanak sa\u011flayan projenin Marmara B\u00f6lgesi da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m \u015firketleri lokasyonlar\u0131nda se\u00e7ilen pilot b\u00f6lgelerde sistemin uygulanabilirli\u011fi ba\u015far\u0131 ile kan\u0131tlanm\u0131\u015f durumda. Proje ile b\u00fcy\u00fck afetler sonras\u0131nda, uydu g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcleri sisteme ula\u015ft\u0131ktan \u00e7ok k\u0131sa bir s\u00fcre i\u00e7erisinde Marmara B\u00f6lgesi\u2019nde bulunan elektrik direkleri, da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m, trafo ve indirici merkezlerinin, hasar boyutu ve saha ekipleri taraf\u0131ndan b\u00f6lgeye ula\u015f\u0131m\u0131n sa\u011flanabilece\u011fi yollar\u0131n durumu belirlenebilecek. Marmara B\u00f6lgesi\u2019nde hizmet veren di\u011fer da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m \u015firketleri payda\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131yla geli\u015ftirilen yapay zek\u00e2 destekli yaz\u0131l\u0131m ile uydu g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fclerini kullanarak afet sonras\u0131nda elektrik ekipmanlar\u0131n\u0131n hasar tespiti de yap\u0131labilecek.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>KAHRAMANMARA\u015e DEPREMLER\u0130 SONRASINA A\u0130T Y\u00dcKSEK \u00c7\u00d6Z\u00dcN\u00dcRL\u00dcKL\u00dc UYDU G\u00d6R\u00dcNT\u00dcLER\u0130NDEN OLU\u015eTURULAN VER\u0130 SET\u0130 \u0130LE E\u011e\u0130T\u0130LD\u0130<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn uzun s\u00fcredir \u00fczerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015farak geli\u015ftirdi\u011fi yapay zek\u00e2 modeli, 2023 Kahramanmara\u015f Depremi sonras\u0131nda derlenen KATE-PD veri seti ile e\u011fitildi. Bu \u00f6zel veri seti, farkl\u0131 uydu sistemlerinden elde edilen 14 y\u00fcksek \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fcrl\u00fckl\u00fc g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcden olu\u015fuyor ve toplamda 3 bin 293 km\u00b2\u2019lik bir alan\u0131 kaps\u0131yor. G\u00f6rseller 512&#215;512 piksel par\u00e7alar halinde detayl\u0131 bi\u00e7imde etiketlenen ve uzman kontrol\u00fcnden ge\u00e7irildikten sonra 1.952 y\u00fcksek kaliteli hasar etiketi \u00fcretilmesi m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu.
