Kesintili kaynaklar olan r\u00fczgar enerjisi santrali (RES) ve g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi santrali (GES) \u00fcretimlerinin izlenmesi ve do\u011fru \u00fcretim tahmini amac\u0131yla sistemler geli\u015ftirilerek bu kaynaklar\u0131n etkin kullan\u0131m\u0131 sa\u011flanacak, sistem g\u00fcvenli\u011fi i\u00e7in elektrik depolama kapasitesi art\u0131r\u0131lacak.<\/p>\n<p class=\"selectionShareable\">Elektrik iletim ve da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m \u015febeke altyap\u0131s\u0131, esneklik ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 g\u00f6zetilerek yeni teknolojilerle g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilecek, kom\u015fu \u00fclkelerle yeni elektrik hatlar\u0131 tesis edilecek, \u015febeke altyap\u0131s\u0131 sistemin g\u00fcvenli\u011fini ve b\u00f6lgelerin arz-talep durumlar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6zetecek \u015fekilde geli\u015ftirilecek.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"selectionShareable\"><strong>Enerji verimlili\u011fi ve talep y\u00f6netimi<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"selectionShareable\">Enerji t\u00fcketiminin y\u00fcksek oldu\u011fu sekt\u00f6rler ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere enerji verimlili\u011fi yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 desteklenecek. Talep tarafl\u0131 kat\u0131l\u0131m mekanizmas\u0131 ile enerjinin verimli kullan\u0131m\u0131 te\u015fvik edilecek.<\/p>\n<p class=\"selectionShareable\">Hidrojen de\u011fer zincirinde teknoloji sa\u011flay\u0131c\u0131s\u0131 konumuna ula\u015fmak i\u00e7in AR-GE ve yenilik faaliyetleri desteklenecek. Mevcut ve yeni serbest b\u00f6lgelerde yenilenebilir enerji kullan\u0131m\u0131 art\u0131r\u0131larak ye\u015fil ve d\u00f6ng\u00fcsel ekonomiye katk\u0131 sa\u011flanacak. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin b\u00f6lgesel enerji ticaret merkezi olmas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar da s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclecek.<\/p>\n<p class=\"selectionShareable\">Yerli bazl\u0131 y\u00fck santrallerde elektrik \u00fcretiminde kullan\u0131lan kaynaklar\u0131n \u00fcretim portf\u00f6y\u00fcndeki oran\u0131n\u0131n art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in mevcut ve yeni tesisler te\u015fvik edilecek. Petrol, do\u011fal gaz ve maden kaynaklar\u0131na y\u00f6nelik arama ve \u00fcretim \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 yurt i\u00e7i ve yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda art\u0131r\u0131larak rezervler ekonomiye kazand\u0131r\u0131lacak.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"selectionShareable\"><strong>N\u00fckleer enerji ve AR-GE<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"selectionShareable\">N\u00fckleer teknolojiler stratejisi ve eylem plan\u0131 haz\u0131rlanacak, n\u00fckleer enerji elektrik \u00fcretim portf\u00f6y\u00fcne dahil edilecek, kapasite art\u0131r\u0131lacak ve yerli ekipman kullan\u0131m\u0131 te\u015fvik edilecek.<\/p>\n<p class=\"selectionShareable\">Radyoaktif ham madde, metalik maden, nadir toprak elementleri ve end\u00fcstriyel ham maddelerin potansiyel rezerv alanlar\u0131 belirlenecek.
