Bu yeni d\u00f6nemin en kritik akt\u00f6rlerinden biri ise binalar\u0131n d\u0131\u015f cephe sistemleri olu\u015fturuyor.<\/p>\n<p>Uluslararas\u0131 Enerji Ajans\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n (IEA) verilerine g\u00f6re so\u011futma sistemlerinin d\u00fcnya genelinde elektrik talebinin y\u00fczde 10&#8217;unu olu\u015fturdu\u011funu ve bu oran\u0131n \u00f6zellikle geli\u015fmekte olan \u00fclkelerde h\u0131zla y\u00fckseldi\u011fini g\u00f6steriyor. Amerika Birle\u015fik Devletleri Enerji Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 (DOE) raporlar\u0131na g\u00f6re ise yaln\u0131zca ABD&#8217;deki konut klimalar\u0131 y\u0131ll\u0131k 185 milyar kWh elektrik t\u00fcketerek 140 milyon ton karbon sal\u0131m\u0131na neden oluyor.<\/p>\n<p>Bu ba\u011flamda T\u00fcrk Standardlar\u0131 Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc&#8217;n\u00fcn (TSE) revize etti\u011fi &#8220;TS 825-Binalarda Is\u0131 Yal\u0131t\u0131m Kurallar\u0131 Standard\u0131&#8221; yeni binalar\u0131n hem \u0131s\u0131tma hem de so\u011futma ihtiyac\u0131na g\u00f6re tasarlanmas\u0131n \u0131 zorunlu k\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Bu noktada, binalar\u0131n cephe sistemleri art\u0131k yaln\u0131zca estetik kayg\u0131larla de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda enerji verimlili\u011fi ve iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fiyle m\u00fccadele hedefleri do\u011frultusunda hayati bir rol \u00fcstleniyor. Enerji t\u00fcketiminin y\u00fczde 40&#8217;\u0131 konutlarda ger\u00e7ekle\u015fiyor&#8221;<\/em> dedi.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Enerji Dostu Binalar\u0131n S\u0131rr\u0131 Cephe Sistemlerinde<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Do\u011fru \u015fekilde yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f bir d\u0131\u015f cephe yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n, bir yap\u0131n\u0131n enerji tasarrufunda \u00f6nemli farklar yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131na dikkat \u00e7eken \u00dcnal, s\u00f6zlerine \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti: &#8220;Do\u011fru \u015fekilde yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f bir d\u0131\u015f cephe yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 ile bir yap\u0131n\u0131n enerji tasarrufu y\u00fczde 40 &#8211; y\u00fczde 60 aras\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015febiliyor. Bu oran; yap\u0131n\u0131n mevcut durumu, cephe y\u00f6nleri, iklim b\u00f6lgesi ve kullan\u0131lan sistemin \u00f6zelliklerine g\u00f6re farkl\u0131l\u0131k g\u00f6sterebilir. Ancak genel olarak hem \u0131s\u0131tma hem de so\u011futma giderlerinde ciddi bir d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f sa\u011flan\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bu yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131n en g\u00fcncel ve somut \u00f6rneklerinden birini \u0130stanbul Pendik&#8217;te hayata ge\u00e7irdi\u011fimiz Ay\u015fe Sultan Evl eri projesi olu\u015fturuyor. 34 dairelik, 2 bloktan olu\u015fan bu konut projesinde, enerji verimlili\u011fi ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik ilkelerini merkeze alarak kapsaml\u0131 bir yal\u0131t\u0131m ve cephe stratejisi uygulad\u0131k. Proje kapsam\u0131nda yal\u0131t\u0131m kal\u0131nl\u0131klar\u0131 art\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131, \u00f6zel \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131ml\u0131 cam sistemleri tercih edildi ve \u00e7at\u0131lara g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi sistemleri entegre edildi.
