Dr. Mete \u00c7ubuk\u00e7u<\/strong>, <em>\u201cSTEWART projemiz, y\u00fczer fotovoltaik santrallerin mevcut tasar\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n hangi ko\u015fullar alt\u0131nda \u00e7evre dostu oldu\u011funu ve \u00f6nceki ko\u015fullar sa\u011flanmad\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, \u00e7evre ve ekolojik ko\u015fullar\u0131 olumsuz etkilememesi i\u00e7in mevcut tasar\u0131mlarda hangi de\u011fi\u015fikliklerin gerekli oldu\u011funu ortaya koymay\u0131 ama\u00e7lamaktad\u0131r. Projenin stratejik hedefi, d\u00fczenleyici otoritelerle diyalo\u011fu bilimsel olarak destekleyerek, y\u00fczer fotovoltaik santrallerin kurulumunun yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131d\u0131r. \u0130\u015flevsel hedefleri de farkl\u0131 iklimlerdeki ve ku\u015f ekosistemlerindeki \u00e7e\u015fitli su k\u00fctlelerinde yap\u0131lan ger\u00e7ek testlere dayal\u0131 olarak \u00e7evresel etkilerin izlenmesine y\u00f6nelik bir protokol olu\u015fturmak ve \u00e7evresel olumsuz etkilerin \u00fcstesinden gelirken ekonomik ve yasal a\u00e7\u0131dan uygun teknolojik bir tasar\u0131m geli\u015ftirmektir. Bu sayede, fotovoltaik sistemler i\u00e7in yeni bir uygulama alan\u0131 (y\u00fczer FV santral olarak adland\u0131r\u0131lan) a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131na ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck \u00e7evresel etkili \u00fcr\u00fcnler olu\u015fturulmas\u0131na katk\u0131da bulunacakt\u0131r. Projenin etkisi; arazi kullan\u0131m\u0131, biyolojik \u00e7e\u015fitlilik ve hayvan ya\u015fam\u0131 \u00fczerindeki etkiler gibi \u00e7evresel etkilerin azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 ve i\u015fgal edilen su y\u00fczeyinde \u00e7ok ama\u00e7l\u0131 kullan\u0131m\u0131n \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde iyile\u015ftirilmesi olacakt\u0131r\u201d<\/em> diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>Do\u00e7. Dr. \u00c7ubuk\u00e7u, \u201cProjemiz; Temiz Enerji Ge\u00e7i\u015fi Ortakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Ufuk Avrupa Program\u0131n\u0131n bile\u015fenleri alt\u0131nda yer alan \u2018\u0130klim, Enerji ve Mobilite K\u00fcmesi\u2019 kapsam\u0131nda desteklenen bir \u2018Ortak Fonlama Ortakl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019 projesidir. Bu kapsamda, \u2018CETPartnership\u2019 arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla, Avrupa \u00e7ap\u0131ndaki temiz enerjiye ge\u00e7i\u015f s\u00fcrecine hizmet sa\u011flayacak Ar-Ge ve yenilik projelerinin hayata ge\u00e7irilmesi ama\u00e7lanmaktad\u0131r\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Ege \u00dcniversitesi G\u00fcne\u015f Enerjisi Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc \u00f6\u011fretim \u00fcyesi Do\u00e7.
