Standarda ilk kez eklenen solar fakt\u00f6r kriterleri ile g\u00fcne\u015f kontrol\u00fcn\u00fc de hesaplamalara dahil ediyor. Low-E ve Solar Low-E camlar ile \u00fcretilen Is\u0131cam \u00fcr\u00fcnleri bu d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcme tam uyum sa\u011flayarak binalardaki \u0131s\u0131 kay\u0131plar\u0131n\u0131 azalt\u0131yor ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir yap\u0131lar\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc a\u00e7\u0131yor. Standarda eklenen so\u011futma ihtiyac\u0131 ibaresi ile yaln\u0131zca camlar\u0131n \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m de\u011feri de\u011fil, g\u00fcne\u015f kontrol de\u011ferlerinin de dikkate al\u0131nmas\u0131 gerekti\u011finin alt\u0131 \u00e7iziliyor. Bu kapsamda, iklim ko\u015fullar\u0131 de\u011ferlendirilerek 6 b\u00f6lgeye b\u00f6l\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015f olan T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de, ilk 3 \u0131s\u0131 b\u00f6lgesi i\u00e7in belirtilen g\u00fcne\u015f kontrol gereklilikleri do\u011frultusunda \u0131s\u0131 ve g\u00fcne\u015f kontrol\u00fcn\u00fc beraber sa\u011flayan Solar Low-E \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinin kullan\u0131m\u0131 da mecburi hale geliyor. Bu de\u011fi\u015fiklik in\u015faat firmalar\u0131ndan mimarlara kadar geni\u015f bir payda\u015f grubunun s\u00fcre\u00e7lerini do\u011frudan etkiliyor. Yeni standart kapsam\u0131nda, projelerde kullan\u0131lan cam t\u00fcrleri i\u00e7in bilin\u00e7li tercihler yap\u0131lmas\u0131 \u00f6nem kazan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>TS 825 revizyonunda ayr\u0131ca 2008 y\u0131l\u0131 versiyonunda yer alan \u2018mevcut binalardaki tadilat\u2019 ifadeleri, ruhsat gerektiren tadilatlar\u0131 ifade ederken yeni eklenen \u2018yap\u0131 ruhsat\u0131 gerekmeyen\u2019 ibaresiyle; tadilat ruhsat\u0131 gerektirmeyen yenilemelerde de standard\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131 zorunlu hale geliyor. Buna ek olarak, bina d\u0131\u015f kabu\u011fundaki balkon kapama sistemi, \u00e7at\u0131 \u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi \u015feffaf b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerin de revize edilen standarttaki \u0131s\u0131 ve g\u00fcne\u015f kontrol kriterlerine uyma zorunlulu\u011fu getiriliyor.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de in\u015faat sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fc daha s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir hale getirmek ad\u0131na kritik bir ad\u0131m olan TS 825 revizyonuyla ilgili \u015ei\u015fecam s\u00fcrecin ba\u015f\u0131ndan beri standart revizyon \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131nda aktif rol al\u0131yor. Kaplamal\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m camlar\u0131n\u0131n zorunlu hale gelmesi sekt\u00f6re \u00f6nemli bir y\u00f6n verirken, \u00e7ift kaplamal\u0131 \u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc camlar\u0131n standarda dahil edilmesi, gelecekte \u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc camlar\u0131n \u00f6neminin artaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6steriyor.<\/p>\n<p>Low-E veya Solar Low-E camlarla \u00fcretilmi\u015f Is\u0131cam \u00fcr\u00fcnleri, TS 825\u2019in yeni gerekliliklerine tam uyum sa\u011flayarak hem enerji tasarrufu hem de konfor ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131yor. Yeni revizyonla birlikte, bina tasar\u0131mlar\u0131nda enerji performans\u0131na dayal\u0131 daha bilin\u00e7li se\u00e7imlerin yap\u0131lmas\u0131 te\u015fvik ediliyor.
