Bu deste\u011fin; hangi personele ne kadar ve ne s\u0131kl\u0131kla verilece\u011fi konusunda karar\u0131n da, ilgili kurumlar ile sendika temsilcilerinden olu\u015fan bir komisyon taraf\u0131ndan al\u0131nmal\u0131\u201d<\/em> dedi.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u00dcniversiteye giri\u015fte m\u00fchendislik b\u00f6l\u00fcmleri i\u00e7in YKS ba\u015far\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131 s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131 getirilmeli<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>G\u00f6revde y\u00fckselme alan\u0131nda ya\u015fananlara da dikkat \u00e7eken <strong>G\u00fcler<\/strong>, teknik personelin unvan\u0131na g\u00f6re maa\u015f skalas\u0131n\u0131n yeniden d\u00fczenlenmesini, idari personelle aradaki \u00fccret u\u00e7urumun kapat\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131, unvan de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fiyle artan sorumluluklar\u0131n \u00fccretlerde de kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k bulmas\u0131n\u0131 talep ettiklerini s\u00f6yledi. <strong>G\u00fcler<\/strong>, <em>\u201cG\u00f6revde y\u00fckselme ve unvan de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinde liyakat esas al\u0131nmal\u0131. Vek\u00e2leten yap\u0131lan atamalar en fazla alt\u0131 ayla s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131. S\u0131navlar, merkezi ve g\u00fcvenilir bir kurum taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lmal\u0131. Ayr\u0131ca s\u00f6zl\u00fc m\u00fclakat uygulamas\u0131 kald\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131. \u00dclkemizde m\u00fchendislik e\u011fitimi, nitelikten \u00e7ok niceli\u011fe kurban ediliyor. Bu nedenle, m\u00fchendislik b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerine yerle\u015fme ko\u015fullu olarak, \u00fcniversite s\u0131navlar\u0131nda en az 80 bin ba\u015far\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131 s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131 getirilmeli. B\u00f6ylece hem nitelikli m\u00fchendis yeti\u015ftirilmesinin \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc a\u00e7acak hem de sanayideki nitelikli insan g\u00fcc\u00fc eksikli\u011fi azaltacakt\u0131r\u201d<\/em> diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Seyyanen \u00f6demeler, SGK matrah\u0131na d\u00e2hil edilerek emeklilik maa\u015flar\u0131na yans\u0131t\u0131lmal\u0131<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Kamu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131n izin haklar\u0131nda adalet sa\u011flanmas\u0131n\u0131 talep ettiklerini belirten <strong>G\u00fcler<\/strong>, memurlar\u0131n izinlerinde hafta sonlar\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fc\u015f\u00fclmemesi, kullan\u0131lmayan izinlerinin silinmemesi ve yol izni uygulamas\u0131n\u0131n t\u00fcm kamu personelini kapsayacak \u015fekilde standartla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini s\u00f6yledi. <strong>G\u00fcler<\/strong>, \u201c<em>Seyyanen \u00f6demelerin SGK matrah\u0131na d\u00e2hil edilerek emeklilik maa\u015flar\u0131na yans\u0131t\u0131lmal\u0131. Bu kapsamda, teknik personelin ek g\u00f6revleri de g\u00f6z ard\u0131 edilmemeli. Komisyonlarda g\u00f6rev alan, proje haz\u0131rlayan, imzalayan ya da onaylayan teknik personele ek \u00f6deme yap\u0131lmal\u0131, sorumluluklar\u0131n\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 olarak tazminat \u00f6denmeli. Teknik hizmetler s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131nda g\u00f6rev yapanlar i\u00e7in ayr\u0131ca \u2018<strong>Teknik \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma \u00d6dene\u011fi<\/strong>\u2019 ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda bir ek \u00f6deme d\u00fczenlemesi hayata ge\u00e7irilmeli ve meslek hayat\u0131 sonras\u0131nda da emekli maa\u015flar\u0131na ilave edilmeli\u201d<\/em> dedi.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>M\u00fchendisler yasal g\u00fcvencelere sahip olmal\u0131<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u00dclke kalk\u0131nmas\u0131nda \u00f6nemli bir rol \u00fcstlenmesine ra\u011fmen yasal stat\u00fcden ve mesleki g\u00fcvenceden yoksun olan m\u00fchendislik mesle\u011fi i\u00e7in; doktorlar, avukatlar, noterler gibi \u00f6zel bir <em>\u201cM\u00fchendislik Meslek Kanunu\u201d \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fine dikkat \u00e7eken <strong>G\u00fcler<\/strong>, \u201cMesleki yetki, etik denetim, g\u00f6rev tan\u0131m\u0131, kariyer geli\u015fimi ve \u00fccretlendirme konular\u0131 yasal zemine oturtulmal\u0131. Stratejik, uzmanl\u0131k gerektiren, toplumun her alan\u0131na dokunan bir bilgi alan\u0131 olan bu meslek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131, yasal g\u00fcvencelere sahip olmal\u0131. \u00d6te yandan t\u00fcm teknik hizmetler s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 personelinin emeklilik s\u00fcrecinde ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ma\u011fduriyeti gidermek ad\u0131na, i\u015fe giri\u015f tarihine bak\u0131lmaks\u0131z\u0131n <strong>5434 say\u0131l\u0131 Kanun<\/strong> h\u00fck\u00fcmleri ge\u00e7erli olmal\u0131. \u00a0Bu do\u011frultuda; adalet, liyakat ve hakkaniyet istiyoruz. Biz, al\u0131n terimizin ve eme\u011fimizin kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 istiyoruz. Yetkilileri ve t\u00fcm karar vericileri, \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131za kulak vermeye, ortak ak\u0131lla \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u00fcretmeye davet ediyoruz\u201d<\/em> diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Ramazan ve Kurban bayramlar\u0131 \u00f6ncesi bayram \u00f6dene\u011fi verilmeli<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>M\u00fchendis TEK-SEN Ula\u015ft\u0131rma Sendikas\u0131 Genel Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Cuma Paksoy <\/strong>ise, teknik hizmet s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131n uzun y\u0131llard\u0131r biriken yap\u0131sal sorunlar\u0131na kal\u0131c\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler gerekti\u011fini s\u00f6yledi. Bu ba\u011flamda; ek g\u00f6stergelere 2200 puan ilavesi, Ramazan ve Kurban bayramlar\u0131 \u00f6ncesi bayram \u00f6dene\u011fi verilmesi gerekti\u011fini ifade eden <strong>Paksoy<\/strong>, gelir vergisi oran\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 15\u2019te sabitlenmesi, \u00fcretimden kaynakl\u0131 olarak y\u0131lda d\u00f6rt maa\u015f tutar\u0131nda ikramiye \u00f6denmesi, \u00fccretsiz yemek hizmeti veya kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda \u00fccret verilmesi gerekti\u011fine dikkat \u00e7ekti.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>3+1 y\u0131l veya 3 y\u0131l gibi zorunlu hizmet \u015fartlar\u0131 kald\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Paksoy<\/strong>, konu\u015fmas\u0131na \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti: <em>\u201cToplu s\u00f6zle\u015fme s\u00fcrecinde, hizmet kolunda \u00fcyeye sahip t\u00fcm sendikalar\u0131n oransal temsil ilkesiyle komisyonlara kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 ve al\u0131nacak kararlar\u0131n ortak imza ile ge\u00e7erlilik kazanmas\u0131; sendikal \u00e7o\u011fulculu\u011fun korunmas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6nemli. Baz\u0131 kamu kurumlar\u0131nda ve K\u0130T\u2019lerde uygulanan 3+1 y\u0131l veya 3 y\u0131l gibi zorunlu hizmet \u015fartlar\u0131n\u0131n kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131; \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n kariyer planlamas\u0131, aile birli\u011fi ve yer de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi gibi temel haklar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc a\u00e7acakt\u0131r. Haftal\u0131k \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma s\u00fcresinin 40 saatle s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ve fazla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n adil bi\u00e7imde \u00fccretlendirilmesi de bir ba\u015fka temel talep alan\u0131d\u0131r. \u00d6te yandan, aile yard\u0131m\u0131, \u00e7ocuk yard\u0131m\u0131, \u00f6zel gereksinimli \u00e7ocuklara y\u00f6nelik destekler ve e\u011fitim\/evlilik \u00f6denekleri gibi sosyal haklar\u0131n art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 da \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n ya\u015fam kalitesine olumlu katk\u0131 sunacakt\u0131r.
