Ertesi sene fabrikan\u0131n \u00e7at\u0131s\u0131na GES kurup elektrik kazan\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 yap\u0131yorlar. Sonra da \u0131s\u0131 pompas\u0131na ge\u00e7iyorlar. Bu ekipmanlar\u0131n ekonomik \u00f6mr\u00fc 20 y\u0131l civar\u0131nda; yani d\u00f6rt ekipman i\u00e7in 80 y\u0131lda yapmas\u0131 gereken yat\u0131r\u0131m d\u00f6rt senede yap\u0131l\u0131yor. \u0130\u015fin bir di\u011fer boyutu da bu yat\u0131r\u0131mlar yap\u0131l\u0131rken \u00e7o\u011funlukla yabanc\u0131 firmalar tercih ediliyor. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla milli servetimiz, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019yi enerji ekipmanlar\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6pl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne \u00e7evirme riski olan bu plans\u0131z yat\u0131r\u0131mlar dolay\u0131s\u0131yla adeta bo\u015fa gidiyor\u201d<\/em> dedi.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Tedarik zincirleri plan ve raporlama talep ediyor<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u00dcnl\u00fc, uluslararas\u0131 tedarik zincirlerinin \u00f6nceli\u011finin anl\u0131k yat\u0131r\u0131m de\u011fil, stratejik planlama ve d\u00fczenli raporlama oldu\u011funun alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izdi. Avrupa Birli\u011fi\u2019nin 2050, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin ise 2053 y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7in karbon n\u00f6tr hedefi koydu\u011funu hat\u0131rlatan \u00dcnl\u00fc, <em>\u201c\u00dclkeler bile uzun vadeli hedefler belirlemi\u015fken hi\u00e7bir uluslararas\u0131 tedarik zinciri, firmalardan emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131 bir gecede s\u0131f\u0131rlamas\u0131n\u0131 beklemiyor. Beklenen, d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm s\u00fcrecine dair net bir yol haritas\u0131 sunulmas\u0131 ve bu yolculu\u011fun \u015feffaf bi\u00e7imde raporlanmas\u0131. \u00d6rne\u011fin; ilk iki y\u0131lda enerji verimlili\u011fi yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n tamamlanmas\u0131, be\u015finci y\u0131lda yak\u0131t d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcne y\u00f6nelik ad\u0131mlar\u0131n at\u0131lmas\u0131, onuncu y\u0131lda emisyonlar\u0131n y\u00fczde 50 azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 gibi hedefler ortaya konulmal\u0131. S\u00fcre\u00e7 boyunca at\u0131lan her ad\u0131m; yani yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar, al\u0131nan teklifler ve imzalanan s\u00f6zle\u015fmeler d\u00fczenli olarak raporlanmal\u0131. Bu yakla\u015f\u0131m hem kaynaklar\u0131n daha verimli kullan\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flar hem de firmalar\u0131n gereksiz ve k\u0131sa \u00f6m\u00fcrl\u00fc yat\u0131r\u0131mlarla teknoloji \u00e7\u00f6pl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmesini \u00f6nler\u201d<\/em> dedi<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Enerji verimli hale gelmeden yak\u0131t\u0131 d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrmek bo\u015fa yat\u0131r\u0131m<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>EYODER Ba\u015fkan\u0131 \u00dcnl\u00fc, yak\u0131t d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc i\u00e7in acele karar verilmemesinin bu alanda hi\u00e7bir plan-proje yap\u0131lmamas\u0131 anlam\u0131na gelmedi\u011finin alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izdi. \u00dcnl\u00fc \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti; <em>\u201cBir i\u015fletmenin enerji verimli hale gelmesi uzun ve \u00e7ok a\u015famal\u0131 bir s\u00fcre\u00e7. Yak\u0131t d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc de enerji verimlili\u011finin bir par\u00e7as\u0131 ve s\u0131ras\u0131 gelindi\u011finde muhakkak yap\u0131lmal\u0131. Ancak yak\u0131t d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcnden \u00f6nce i\u015fletmelerin tasarruf ederek t\u00fcketimlerini azaltmalar\u0131 ve enerji verimli hale gelecek yat\u0131r\u0131mlar ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmeleri gerekiyor. Bir fabrikay\u0131 enerji verimli hale getirmeden yap\u0131lan yak\u0131t d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc ve yenilenebilir enerji yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131, do\u011fru s\u0131rayla planlanmad\u0131\u011f\u0131nda hem gere\u011finden b\u00fcy\u00fck yat\u0131r\u0131mlara yol a\u00e7abilir hem de beklenen etkiyi yaratmayabilir. Hi\u00e7 ku\u015fkusuz fabrikan\u0131n \u00e7at\u0131s\u0131na g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi koymak elektrik maliyetini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcr. Ama bunun \u00f6ncesinde t\u00fcketimi azaltmaya y\u00f6nelik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yap\u0131lmazsa emisyon yine y\u00fcksek \u00e7\u0131kacakt\u0131r. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla \u00f6nce tasarruf ve verimlilik ad\u0131mlar\u0131yla t\u00fcketimi azaltmak, ard\u0131ndan yak\u0131t d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc ve yenilenebilir enerji yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 yapmak, yani yol haritas\u0131 do\u011frultusunda ilerlemek stratejik olarak do\u011fru bir yakla\u015f\u0131m olacakt\u0131r.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Plans\u0131z yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n maliyeti yakla\u015f\u0131k 40 milyon lira<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u00dcnl\u00fc, plans\u0131z yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n i\u015fletmelere maliyetini bir \u00f6rnek \u00fczerinden \u015fu s\u00f6zlerle anlatt\u0131; <em>\u201cOrta \u00f6l\u00e7ekli bir tekstil i\u015fletmesini ele alal\u0131m. Bu i\u015fletme k\u00f6m\u00fcrden \u00e7\u0131k\u0131p do\u011fal gaza ge\u00e7mek i\u00e7in 3 milyon TL civar\u0131nda yat\u0131r\u0131m yap\u0131yor. Ard\u0131ndan elektrikli kazana ge\u00e7erken 7 milyon TL, \u0131s\u0131 pompas\u0131 i\u00e7in de 30 TL civar\u0131nda harc\u0131yor. Yani yakla\u015f\u0131k 40 milyon TL&#8217;lik yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede at\u0131l hale geliyor.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Bug\u00fcn\u00fcn de\u011fil, \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki y\u0131llar\u0131n teknolojilerine yat\u0131r\u0131m yap\u0131n<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u00dcnl\u00fc, enerji d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcne y\u00f6nelik teknolojilerin s\u00fcrekli olarak geli\u015ftirildi\u011fine dikkat \u00e7ekerek, <em>\u201cEnerji ekipmanlar\u0131 teknolojisinde \u00f6nemli geli\u015fmeler ya\u015fan\u0131yor, d\u00fcnyan\u0131n \u00f6nde gelen firmalar\u0131 bu alanda yeni ve geli\u015fmi\u015f \u00fcr\u00fcnler geli\u015ftiriyor. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla halihaz\u0131rda teknolojilerini yenileyen firmalar bunlar\u0131 kullanmaya devam etmeli. Ancak hen\u00fcz bu d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc yapmayan firmalar\u0131n bug\u00fcn\u00fcn teknolojisine yat\u0131r\u0131m yapmak yerine uzun vadeli yat\u0131r\u0131mlar yapmalar\u0131 daha do\u011fru bir ad\u0131m olacakt\u0131r.
