Buna g\u00f6re, daha \u00f6nce d\u00f6rt olan iklim b\u00f6lgesi say\u0131s\u0131, yerel iklim ko\u015fullar\u0131na dayal\u0131 olarak daha b\u00f6lgesel enerji tasarrufu \u00f6nlemlerinin uygulanmas\u0131na olanak tan\u0131yacak \u015fekilde 6 iklim b\u00f6lgesine \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131.
