Sanayi sekt\u00f6r\u00fc y\u00fczde 42,3 payla (10.408 TWh) liderken, meskenler y\u00fczde 27,5 (6.751 TWh) ve ticari\/kamu hizmetleri y\u00fczde 20,4 (5.005 TWh) izledi. OECD \u00fclkelerinde t\u00fcketim y\u00fczde 0,9 art\u0131\u015fla 9.835 TWh\u2019ye (d\u00fcnya t\u00fcketiminin y\u00fczde 40\u2019\u0131) ula\u015f\u0131rken, ABD y\u00fczde 40,7 payla OECD lideri oldu. OECD d\u0131\u015f\u0131 \u00fclkelerde t\u00fcketim y\u00fczde 3,8 artarken, \u00c7in k\u00fcresel t\u00fcketimin y\u00fczde 30,9\u2019unu ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de Elektrik Sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn Tarihsel Geli\u015fimi<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de elektrik sekt\u00f6r\u00fc, 1902\u2019de Tarsus\u2019ta 2 kW\u2019lik ilk santralle ba\u015flad\u0131. 1914\u2019te \u0130stanbul\u2019daki Silahtara\u011fa Termik Santrali geni\u015f \u00e7apl\u0131 \u00fcretim sa\u011flad\u0131. 1923\u2019te kurulu g\u00fc\u00e7 33 MW iken, 1970\u2019te T\u00fcrkiye Elektrik Kurumu (TEK) ile \u00fcretim, iletim ve da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m merkezile\u015ftirildi. 1993\u2019te TEK\u2019in yerine TEA\u015e ve TEDA\u015e kuruldu. 2004-2013 aras\u0131nda 18 da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m b\u00f6lgesi \u00f6zelle\u015ftirildi; TEDA\u015e, 2017\u2019de \u00f6zelle\u015ftirme kapsam\u0131ndan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131larak Enerji ve Tabii Kaynaklar Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019na ba\u011fland\u0131. 2023\u2019te \u00fcretim 331.148,9 GWh\u2019ye ula\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin Elektrik T\u00fcketim Verileri (2019-2023)<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin br\u00fct elektrik \u00fcretimi 2019\u2019da 303.897,6 GWh iken, 2023\u2019te y\u00fczde 8,96 art\u0131\u015fla 331.148,9 GWh oldu. Net t\u00fcketim 257.273,1 GWh\u2019den 289.371,7 GWh\u2019ye (y\u00fczde 12,48 art\u0131\u015f) y\u00fckseldi. 2023\u2019te ithalat 6.094,4 GWh, ihracat 2.075,8 GWh, iletim kayb\u0131 5.600,9 GWh, da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m kayb\u0131 23.993,0 GWh olarak kaydedildi. 2023 net t\u00fcketiminin sekt\u00f6rel da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131: Sanayi y\u00fczde 45,0 (130.271,3 GWh), ticaret ve kamu hizmetleri y\u00fczde 25,7 (74.439,6 GWh), mesken y\u00fczde 22,6 (65.541,5 GWh), tar\u0131msal faaliyetler y\u00fczde 4,6 (13.301,7 GWh), ayd\u0131nlatma y\u00fczde 2,0 (5.817,6 GWh).<\/p>\n<h3><strong>1980-2023 Sekt\u00f6rel T\u00fcketim Evrimi<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>1980\u2019de net t\u00fcketim 20.398,2 GWh iken, sanayi y\u00fczde 63,8 (13.007,9 GWh) ile liderdi. 2023\u2019te sanayi pay\u0131 y\u00fczde 45\u2019e geriledi ancak liderli\u011fini korudu. Ticaret ve kamu hizmetleri y\u00fczde 12,5\u2019ten y\u00fczde 25,7\u2019ye, mesken y\u00fczde 17,2\u2019den y\u00fczde 22,6\u2019ya, tar\u0131msal faaliyetler y\u00fczde 0,8\u2019den y\u00fczde 4,6\u2019ya, ayd\u0131nlatma y\u00fczde 1,4\u2019ten y\u00fczde 2,0\u2019ye y\u00fckseldi. K\u00f6y t\u00fcketimi 1990\u2019lardan itibaren s\u0131f\u0131rland\u0131; k\u00f6y elektrifikasyonu 2000\u2019de y\u00fczde 100\u2019e ula\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u0130llerde Ki\u015fi Ba\u015f\u0131na T\u00fcketim (2023)<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>2023\u2019te T\u00fcrkiye ortalamas\u0131 3.390 kWh\/ki\u015fi oldu. Bilecik (9.871 kWh\/ki\u015fi), Kocaeli (8.007 kWh\/ki\u015fi) ve Karab\u00fck (7.667 kWh\/ki\u015fi) en y\u00fcksek t\u00fcketim g\u00f6steren iller olurken, A\u011fr\u0131 (1.026 kWh\/ki\u015fi), Mu\u015f (1.076 kWh\/ki\u015fi) ve Hakkari (1.079 kWh\/ki\u015fi) en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck t\u00fcketim oranlar\u0131na sahip. \u0130stanbul (2.757 kWh\/ki\u015fi), Ankara (2.972 kWh\/ki\u015fi) ve \u0130zmir (4.799 kWh\/ki\u015fi) farkl\u0131 t\u00fcketim profilleri sergiledi.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m \u015eebekesi ve Altyap\u0131<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>2023\u2019te T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m \u015febekesi 1.299.265 km hat (1.022.548 km havai, 276.717 km yeralt\u0131 kablosu) ve 568.738 trafo (237.287 MVA) i\u00e7eriyor. Da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m \u015firketleri 930.633 km hat ve 100.370 MVA, \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc \u015fah\u0131slar ve OSB\u2019ler 118.756 km hat ve 136.917 MVA i\u015fletiyor. Direk say\u0131s\u0131 4.947.121 (2.793.203 demir, 1.594.162 beton, 559.756 a\u011fa\u00e7). K\u00f6y elektrifikasyonu 2000\u2019den beri y\u00fczde 100; 2023\u2019te 18.657 k\u00f6y ve beldenin tamam\u0131 elektrik eri\u015fimine sahip.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>TEDA\u015e\u2019\u0131n Sekt\u00f6rdeki Yeri<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>TEDA\u015e, 08.06.1984 tarih ve 233 say\u0131l\u0131, 22.01.1990 tarih ve 399 say\u0131l\u0131 Kanun H\u00fckm\u00fcnde Kararnameler, 12.08.1993 tarih ve 93\/4789 say\u0131l\u0131 Bakanlar Kurulu Karar\u0131 ve 6446 say\u0131l\u0131 Elektrik Piyasas\u0131 Kanunu\u2019na dayanan 14 \u015eubat 2018 tarihindeResmi Gazete&#8217;de yay\u0131mlanan \u201cT\u00fcrkiye Elektrik Da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m A.\u015e. Ana Stat\u00fcs\u00fc\u201d ile faaliyetlerini s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyor. Merkez te\u015fkilat\u0131, 21 b\u00f6lge m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ve Ankara, \u0130stanbul, \u0130zmir, Erzincan\u2019daki 4 e\u011fitim-sertifikasyon merkeziyle hizmet veriyor. TEDA\u015e, \u015febeke m\u00fclkiyetini elinde tutarak 21 \u00f6zelle\u015ftirilmi\u015f da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m \u015firketini denetliyor ve enerji arz g\u00fcvenilirli\u011fini sa\u011fl\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>TEDA\u015e\u2019\u0131n Yerli ve Uluslararas\u0131 Kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de al\u00e7ak gerilim (AG) \u015febekesi fazlar aras\u0131 400 V, faz-n\u00f6tr aras\u0131 230 V ve 50 Hz frekansta \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r. Orta gerilim (OG) \u015febekesinde 6,3 kV, 10,5 kV, 15,8 kV, 31,5 kV, 33 kV ve 34,5 kV gerilim seviyeleri kullan\u0131l\u0131r. Avrupa\u2019da 50 Hz frekans\u0131 yayg\u0131nken, Kuzey ve Orta Amerika, G\u00fcney Kore, Filipinler, Tayvan ve Suudi Arabistan\u2019da 60 Hz tercih edilir. Avrupa\u2019da OG gerilimleri genellikle 10 kV, 20 kV, 30 kV ve 33 kV\u2019dir; T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin gerilim \u00e7e\u015fitlili\u011fi Avrupa\u2019ya benzer. \u00d6rne\u011fin, Almanya\u2019da 10 kV, 20 kV, 30 kV ve 35 kV; Fransa\u2019da 15 kV, 20 kV ve 33 kV; Birle\u015fik Krall\u0131k\u2019ta 11 kV ve 33 kV; \u0130talya\u2019da ise a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 olarak 20 kV kullan\u0131l\u0131r. TEDA\u015e, Avrupa\u2019daki da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m operat\u00f6rlerinden (\u00f6rn. Almanya\u2019da E.ON, Fransa\u2019da Enedis) farkl\u0131 olarak kamu stat\u00fcs\u00fcnde olup, altyap\u0131 m\u00fclkiyeti ve denetimde merkezi bir rol oynuyor. Yerli da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m \u015firketleri (\u00f6rn. Kayseri ve Civar\u0131 Elektrik, Aydem EDA\u015e) TEDA\u015e denetiminde i\u015fletme faaliyetlerini y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Avrupa ile Sekt\u00f6rel T\u00fcketim ve Performans Kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de oldu\u011fu gibi Avrupa\u2019n\u0131n \u00e7o\u011funda en fazla elektrik t\u00fcketimi sanayi sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fiyor. Ancak Fransa, \u0130ngiltere ve \u0130spanya\u2019da mesken t\u00fcketimi sanayiyi geride b\u0131rak\u0131yor, bu da ya\u015fam standartlar\u0131 ve kentsel yap\u0131lar\u0131n etkisini yans\u0131t\u0131yor. Avrupa Enerji D\u00fczenleyicileri Konseyi\u2019nin (CEER) 2022 Elektrik ve Gaz Tedarik S\u00fcreklili\u011fi Kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rma Raporu\u2019na g\u00f6re, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin 2018\u2019deki kullan\u0131c\u0131 say\u0131s\u0131 43.642.947 iken, 2023\u2019te bu say\u0131 49.746.565\u2019e ula\u015ft\u0131. Da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m performans\u0131n\u0131 de\u011ferlendirmede kullan\u0131lan SAIDI (kullan\u0131c\u0131 ba\u015f\u0131na ortalama kesinti s\u00fcresi) ve SAIFI (kullan\u0131c\u0131 ba\u015f\u0131na ortalama kesinti s\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131) g\u00f6stergeleri, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin Avrupa \u00fclkeleriyle kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131labilir veriler sundu\u011funu g\u00f6steriyor. CEER raporunda, T\u00fcrkiye ile ayn\u0131 kriterlerle hesaplama yapan \u00fclkelerle kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rmal\u0131 grafikler yer al\u0131yor. TEDA\u015e\u2019\u0131n raporu, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin elektrik sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn hem hacim hem de altyap\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan b\u00fcy\u00fck bir d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm ge\u00e7irdi\u011fini ortaya koyuyor. Sanayi liderli\u011finde artan t\u00fcketim, modernize edilen \u015febeke, y\u00fczde 100 k\u00f6y elektrifikasyonu ve Avrupa ile uyumlu teknik standartlar, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin enerji altyap\u0131s\u0131ndaki ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 yans\u0131t\u0131yor.
