Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te sadece enerji kaynaklar\u0131 de\u011fil; \u00fcretim teknolojileri, tedarik zincirleri, lojistik faaliyetler ve \u00fcr\u00fcn tasar\u0131mlar\u0131 da d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcme u\u011framaktad\u0131r. Bu ba\u011flamda karbonsuzla\u015fman\u0131n \u00e7ok y\u00f6nl\u00fc ve de\u011fi\u015fkenli bir yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyebiliriz.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Karbonsuzla\u015fma Neden \u00d6nemlidir?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u0130klim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fiyle m\u00fccadele i\u00e7in al\u0131nan uluslararas\u0131 \u00f6nlemler, karbon emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131 azaltmak isteyen \u00fclkeler ve \u015firketler \u00fczerinde bask\u0131y\u0131 art\u0131rmaktad\u0131r. \u00d6rne\u011fin, Avrupa Birli\u011fi\u2019nin devreye ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 S\u0131n\u0131rda Karbon D\u00fczenleme Mekanizmas\u0131 (CBAM), 2026&#8217;dan itibaren demir-\u00e7elik, \u00e7imento, al\u00fcminyum gibi sekt\u00f6rlerden yap\u0131lan ithalatlara karbon vergisi getirecektir. Bu da T\u00fcrkiye gibi AB ile g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc ticari ba\u011flar\u0131 olan \u00fclkelerdeki sanayi kurulu\u015flar\u0131 i\u00e7in karbonsuzla\u015fmay\u0131 bir bak\u0131ma ihracat\u0131n devam\u0131 i\u00e7in bir \u00f6n ko\u015ful haline getirmektedir. Bunun yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar da \u015firketlerin \u00e7evresel performans\u0131na giderek daha fazla \u00f6nem vermektedir. ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) kriterleri art\u0131k sadece \u00e7evreci fonlar i\u00e7in de\u011fil, genel yat\u0131r\u0131m kararlar\u0131 i\u00e7in de belirleyici olmaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Baz\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 \u015f\u00f6yle s\u0131ralayabiliriz.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>&#8211; Enerji Verimlili\u011fi Projeleri<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Sanayide bir\u00e7ok i\u015fletme h\u00e2l\u00e2 eski ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck verimli motorlar, kazanlar ve so\u011futma sistemleri kullanmaktad\u0131r. Bu sistemlerin y\u00fcksek verimli yeni nesil ekipmanlarla de\u011fi\u015ftirilmesi, bina ve proses yal\u0131t\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n iyile\u015ftirilmesi, bas\u0131n\u00e7l\u0131 hava ve buhar sistemlerinde kay\u0131plar\u0131n \u00f6nlenmesi gibi \u00f6nlemlerle %10-30 aras\u0131 enerji tasarrufu ve dolay\u0131s\u0131yla emisyon azalt\u0131m\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>&#8211; Yenilenebilir Enerjiye Ge\u00e7i\u015f<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Fabrikalar\u0131n \u00e7at\u0131lar\u0131na kurulan g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi sistemleri (GES), hem \u015febekeye olan ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 azaltmakta hem de elektrik maliyetlerini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrebilmektedir. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de \u00f6zellikle OSB\u2019lerdeki \u00e7at\u0131 GES yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131na y\u00f6nelik ilgi artmakta ve bir\u00e7ok b\u00f6lge bu konuda te\u015fvik mekanizmalar\u0131 geli\u015ftirmektedir. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de bu konuda \u00f6nemli geli\u015fmeler mevcuttur. \u00d6rne\u011fin Gaziantep OSB, toplam GES kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcyle T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin en b\u00fcy\u00fck organize sanayi b\u00f6lgelerinden biri olmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>&#8211; Ye\u015fil Hidrojen Kullan\u0131m\u0131<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Y\u00fcksek \u0131s\u0131 gerektiren proseslerde fosil yak\u0131tlar\u0131n yerine kullan\u0131labilecek ye\u015fil hidrojen, \u00f6zellikle \u00e7elik ve cam sekt\u00f6rleri i\u00e7in son derece \u00f6nemli f\u0131rsatlar sunmaktad\u0131r. Avrupa&#8217;da baz\u0131 \u00e7elik \u00fcreticileri, demir cevheri indirgemede hidrojen kullanan pilot tesisler kurmaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de bu teknolojinin yayg\u0131nla\u015fmas\u0131 zaman alacak olsa da, Ar-Ge yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 ve kamu destekleri bu s\u00fcreci h\u0131zland\u0131rabilmektedir. \u00d6zellikle sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn lokomotifi olan b\u00fcy\u00fck firmalar bu alana yapacaklar\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mlar ile \u00f6nc\u00fc bir rol \u00fcstlenebilir. KOB\u0130\u2019ler de \u00e7e\u015fitli te\u015fviklerle desteklenerek bu ekosisteme dahil edilebilir.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>&#8211; Karbon Yakalama, Kullan\u0131m ve Depolama (CCUS)<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Proses kaynakl\u0131 emisyonlar\u0131n azalt\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n zor oldu\u011fu sekt\u00f6rlerde karbon yakalama teknolojileri \u00f6nemli bir f\u0131rsat sunmaktad\u0131r. T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de hen\u00fcz bu konuda \u00f6nemli geli\u015fmeler izleyemedik, zira hen\u00fcz ticari \u00f6l\u00e7ekli b\u00fcy\u00fck uygulamalar devreye al\u0131nmad\u0131. Ancak \u00fcniversiteler ve \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6r i\u015f birli\u011fiyle baz\u0131 pilot projeler geli\u015ftirilmektedir.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>&#8211; Tedarik Zincirinde Karbonsuzla\u015fma<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>B\u00fcy\u00fck firmalar, kurumsal s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik politikalar\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda sadece kendi \u00fcretim s\u00fcre\u00e7lerini de\u011fil, tedarik\u00e7ilerini de karbonsuzla\u015ft\u0131rmaya zorlamaktad\u0131r. Bu nedenle KOB\u0130\u2019lerin de karbon ayak izlerini hesaplay\u0131p azaltma y\u00f6n\u00fcnde ad\u0131mlar atmalar\u0131 giderek ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz hale gelmeye ba\u015flad\u0131. Bu kapsamda, ISO 14064 standard\u0131 gibi karbon y\u00f6netimi ara\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131 giderek yayg\u0131nla\u015fmaktad\u0131r. Yani b\u00fcy\u00fck k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck demeden her \u00f6l\u00e7ekten firma karbon ayak izini azaltmaya hatta uzun vadede s\u0131f\u0131rlamaya zorlanmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Sekt\u00f6rel Farkl\u0131l\u0131klar ve \u00d6ncelikli Alanlar<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Karbon ayak izi y\u00f6netimi konusunda her sekt\u00f6r i\u00e7in karbonsuzla\u015fma stratejileri ayn\u0131 de\u011fildir. \u00d6rne\u011fin;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; \u00c7imento sekt\u00f6r\u00fc do\u011frudan proses emisyonlar\u0131 nedeniyle CCUS teknolojilerine odaklanmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Tekstil sekt\u00f6r\u00fc enerji yo\u011fun boyama proseslerinde do\u011fal gazdan \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f yaparak elektrikli sistemlere ge\u00e7i\u015f olmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; G\u0131da sekt\u00f6r\u00fc ise ambalaj ve lojistik kaynakl\u0131 emisyonlar\u0131 azaltmaya \u00f6ncelik vermektedir.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de \u00f6zellikle b\u00fcy\u00fck sanayi kurulu\u015flar\u0131 karbonsuzla\u015fma hedeflerini ilan etmeye ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ar\u00e7elik, T\u00fcpra\u015f, Ere\u011fli Demir \u00c7elik gibi firmalar, 2030 veya 2050 net s\u0131f\u0131r hedefleri koymu\u015ftur. Sanayi ve Teknoloji Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 da Ye\u015fil OSB Sertifikas\u0131, T\u00dcB\u0130TAK destekli karbonsuz \u00fcretim projeleri ve ye\u015fil d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm kredileri ile bu s\u00fcreci te\u015fvik etmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaktad\u0131r. Ancak bu d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm sadece b\u00fcy\u00fck firmalarla s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 kalmamal\u0131.
