T\u00fcrk M\u00fchendis ve Mimar Odalar\u0131 Birli\u011fi (TMMOB) Mardin \u0130l Koordinasyon Kurulu Su ve Ekoloji Komisyonu taraf\u0131ndan haz\u0131rlanan 2025 Y\u0131l\u0131 Su Raporu\u2019na bilimsel katk\u0131 sunan <strong>Prof. Dr. Yusuf Do\u011fan<\/strong> ve <strong>Prof. Dr. Mehmet Ali \u00c7ullu<\/strong>, b\u00f6lgedeki su ve enerji krizinin derinle\u015fti\u011fine dikkat \u00e7ekti. Uzmanlara g\u00f6re mevcut gidi\u015fat durdurulmazsa hem tar\u0131m arazileri verimsizle\u015fecek hem de b\u00f6lge, ciddi ekolojik ve ekonomik risklerle kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya kalacak.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Kuyu Derinlikleri 7 Kat Artt\u0131<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Mardin Artuklu \u00dcniversitesi K\u0131z\u0131ltepe Tar\u0131m Bilimleri ve Teknolojileri Fak\u00fcltesi Dekan\u0131 Prof. Dr. Yusuf Do\u011fan, s\u00f6z konusu raporda Artuklu il\u00e7esine ba\u011fl\u0131 Yayl\u0131 Mahallesi\u2019nde 800 metreyi a\u015fan derinliklerde dahi su bulunamad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade eden a\u00e7\u0131klamalara yer verdi. Prof. Dr. Do\u011fan, \u201cMevcut su kaynaklar\u0131m\u0131z her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn azalmakta. Bunun temelinde ise kurakl\u0131k yatmaktad\u0131r. Ya\u011f\u0131\u015flar istedi\u011fimiz d\u00fczeyde olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in meteorolojik bir kurakl\u0131k s\u00f6z konusudur.\u201d diyerek Mardin\u2019de 7 bine yak\u0131n kuyu bulundu\u011funu, ova kesiminde suya ancak 450-700 metre derinlikte ula\u015f\u0131labildi\u011fini aktard\u0131. Do\u011fan, \u201c2010 y\u0131l\u0131nda Mardin\u2019e geldi\u011fimde kuyu derinlikleri 100-150 metreydi. \u015eimdi bu rakam 7 kat artt\u0131. Suyu do\u011fru kullanm\u0131yoruz.\u201d<\/em> dedi. \u00c7ullu ayr\u0131ca gece sulamas\u0131 ile dijital ve ak\u0131ll\u0131 sulama sistemlerinin y\u00fczde 30\u2019a kadar su tasarrufu sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirterek bu sistemlerin yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini ifade etti.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Ka\u00e7ak Elektrik Maliyetleri 9 Kat Artt\u0131r\u0131yor<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Dicle Elektrik verilerine g\u00f6re, 100 d\u00f6n\u00fcml\u00fck bir m\u0131s\u0131r tarlas\u0131n\u0131 800 metreden su \u00e7ekerek sulamak isteyen bir \u00e7ift\u00e7i, sezonluk boyunca; yakla\u015f\u0131k 850 bin TL tutar\u0131nda elektrik t\u00fcketmek zorunda kal\u0131yor. Oysa bu derinlik 100 metre olsayd\u0131 \u00f6deyece\u011fi tutar sadece 400 bin TL kadar olacak, sulama kanal\u0131ndan cazibeli su alabilseydi ise elektrik i\u00e7in hi\u00e7 \u00f6deme yapmayacakt\u0131. Ayr\u0131ca ka\u00e7ak elektrik kullan\u0131m\u0131 durumunda, ayn\u0131 miktarda sulama i\u00e7in t\u00fcketilen enerji yakla\u015f\u0131k 9 kat artarak yakla\u015f\u0131k 7.5 milyon TL\u2019ye e\u015fde\u011fer bir elektrik maliyetine ula\u015fabiliyor.
