Mardin\u2019in il\u00e7elerinde ise ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemde y\u00fczlerce ka\u00e7ak trafo bulundu. Dicle Elektrik\u2019in drone ve yapay zeka destekli y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc operasyonlarla \u015eanl\u0131urfa ve Mardin ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere toplam 10 binin \u00fczerinde ka\u00e7ak trafo tespit edildi. Dicle Elektrik\u2019in payla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 verilere g\u00f6re ka\u00e7ak t\u00fcketimin en yo\u011fun oldu\u011fu ilk be\u015f il\u00e7e; Viran\u015fehir, K\u0131z\u0131ltepe, Siverek, Ceylanp\u0131nar ve Derik olarak s\u0131raland\u0131. Bu be\u015f il\u00e7enin T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin \u00fc\u00e7 ayl\u0131k toplam elektrik t\u00fcketiminin yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 2\u2019sini tek ba\u015f\u0131na ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi\u011fine dikkat \u00e7ekildi.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u201cHer G\u00fcn 86 Adet TOGG Bedeli Milletin Cebinden \u00c7al\u0131n\u0131yor\u201d<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m \u015firketinin hesaplamalar\u0131na g\u00f6re t\u00fcketim bu h\u0131zla devam ederse 2025 y\u0131l\u0131 sonunda 6 ilde ka\u00e7ak kullan\u0131m nedeniyle faturaland\u0131r\u0131lamayan enerji miktar\u0131n\u0131n<strong> 9.8 milyar kWh<\/strong>\u2019i a\u015fmas\u0131 bekleniyor. G\u00fcncel piyasa de\u011feriyle bu miktar\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131k <strong>45 milyar TL<\/strong>. Bu tabloya g\u00f6re, <strong>yakla\u015f\u0131k her 17 dakikada bir TOGG fiyat\u0131na denk gelen bir ka\u00e7ak kullan\u0131m<\/strong> ya\u015fan\u0131yor, <strong>g\u00fcnde 86 TOGG<\/strong> al\u0131nabilecek bir ekonomik de\u011fer kaybediliyor.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u201cEnerji Krizi De\u011fil, Do\u011frudan Bir Beka Sorunu\u201d<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Arvas, kontrols\u00fcz ka\u00e7ak elektrik t\u00fcketiminin, hem ekonomiye hem de enerji arz\u0131n\u0131n s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirli\u011fine b\u00fcy\u00fck zarar verdi\u011fini vurgulayarak, <em>\u201cKa\u00e7ak yollarla a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 elektrik t\u00fcketimi, \u015febeke ar\u0131zalar\u0131na ve uzun s\u00fcreli elektrik kesintilerine neden olurken tar\u0131msal sulama abonelerimizden ticarethane abonelerine kadar ka\u00e7ak kullanmayan ve borcunu zaman\u0131nda \u00f6deyen t\u00fcm abone gruplar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 olumsuz etkileyebiliyor. Ka\u00e7ak kullan\u0131m\u0131n ekonomiye zarar\u0131n\u0131 ise \u00f6rnekle belirtmek gerekirse, sadece bir k\u00f6yde tespit etti\u011fimiz 83 ka\u00e7ak trafonun her biri 200 KVA g\u00fcc\u00fcnde. Bu trafolardan sezon boyunca t\u00fcketilen toplam elektri\u011fin maliyeti 200 milyon TL. Bu durum, \u2018ka\u00e7ak kullan\u0131mda t\u00fcketimin normalin 9 ila 10 kat artt\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019 ger\u00e7e\u011fini do\u011frular nitelikte.\u201d dedi. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin Avrupa elektrik a\u011f\u0131 ENTSO-E ile kal\u0131c\u0131 ba\u011flant\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n oldu\u011funu, kontrols\u00fcz ka\u00e7ak t\u00fcketim art\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n bu entegrasyonu tehdit etti\u011fine de de\u011finen Arvas, \u201cEkonomiyi ve toplumsal d\u00fczeni bozan ka\u00e7ak elektrik, yaln\u0131zca bir enerji krizi de\u011fil, do\u011frudan bir beka sorunudur.\u201d<\/em> ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Yat\u0131r\u0131mlar Sayesinde \u015eehir Merkezlerinde Kay\u0131p-Ka\u00e7ak Oran\u0131 T\u00fcrkiye Ortalamas\u0131na \u0130ndi<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>2013 y\u0131l\u0131nda ba\u015flayan \u00f6zelle\u015fme s\u00fcrecinden bu yana \u015febekesini g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmek ad\u0131na 62 milyar TL\u2019nin \u00fczerinde yat\u0131r\u0131m ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiren Dicle Elektrik, bu sayede kay\u0131p-ka\u00e7ak oran\u0131n\u0131 y\u00fczde 76 seviyelerinden y\u00fczde 37\u2019ye kadar d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmeyi ba\u015fard\u0131. \u015eehir merkezlerindeki 3K (kay\u0131ps\u0131z-kesintisiz-kaliteli) olarak adland\u0131r\u0131lan b\u00f6lgelerde bu oran y\u00fczde 14,5 seviyesine inerek T\u00fcrkiye ortalamas\u0131na kadar \u00e7ekilmi\u015f durumda.
