Son 25 y\u0131lda ya\u015fanan geli\u015fmeler; T\u00fcrkiye\u2019yi elektrik altyap\u0131 ekipmanlar\u0131 \u00fcretiminde b\u00f6lgesel, baz\u0131 ekipmanlarda ise k\u00fcresel bir g\u00fc\u00e7 haline getirdi\u201d<\/em> diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u201cTaleple Birlikte Yat\u0131r\u0131mlar Art\u0131yor\u201d<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>EMSAD Genel Sekreteri Avni Aydo\u011fan<\/strong>, NET S\u0131f\u0131r hedeflerinin t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyada elektri\u011fin alt\u0131n \u00e7a\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ba\u015flatt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vurgulad\u0131. Artan taleple birlikte Uluslararas\u0131 Enerji Ajans\u0131 (IEA) verilerine g\u00f6re, d\u00fcnyada 2030 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar elektrik \u015febeke ve altyap\u0131lar\u0131na yap\u0131lmas\u0131 planlanan yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n 550 milyar dolar, 2030 ile 2050 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda ise 580 milyar dolar olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kaydeden Aydo\u011fan, <em>\u201cGRID 4Speed raporuna g\u00f6re, \u00a0AB \u00fclkeleri ve Norve\u00e7\u2019te ise her y\u0131l 67 milyar dolar yat\u0131r\u0131m yap\u0131lmas\u0131 planlan\u0131yor. Bu yat\u0131r\u0131mlarla d\u00fcnyada elektrik ekipman \u00fcretiminin 2 kat\u0131na, \u015febeke uzunlu\u011funun ise 1,7 kat\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 bekleniyor. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ise Enerji ve Tabii Kaynaklar Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan haz\u0131rlanan 2024-2028 Stratejik Planda, 2028 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar; iletim sistemlerinde transformat\u00f6r kapasite art\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 6, da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m sistemlerinde transformat\u00f6r kapasite art\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 5, toplam kurulu g\u00fc\u00e7 art\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n ise y\u00fczde 30 olmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, do\u011fru ak\u0131m hat uzunlu\u011funun 1400 kilometreye ula\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00a0beklendi\u011fini belirten Aydo\u011fan, toplam kurulu g\u00fc\u00e7 art\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 30 olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m sisteminde trafo kapasite art\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 5\u2019de kalmas\u0131n\u0131n dikkat \u00e7ekici oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yledi. Artan kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcn elektrik iletim sistemine entegrasyonu i\u00e7in TE\u0130A\u015e taraf\u0131ndan her y\u0131l en az 1 milyar dolar yat\u0131r\u0131m yapmas\u0131 gerekiyor. Da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m \u015febekelerine 2025 i\u00e7in \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclen yat\u0131r\u0131m miktar\u0131 ise 2 milyar dolar\u201d<\/em> a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131nda bulundu.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u201c9 Milyar 425 Milyon Dolar \u0130hracata Ula\u015ft\u0131k\u201d<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Planl\u0131 kalk\u0131nma d\u00f6nemlerinin ba\u015flang\u0131c\u0131 olan 1960 y\u0131llar\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda\u00a0 s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 bir \u00fcretime sahip olan T\u00fcrk elektromekanik sekt\u00f6r\u00fc, 2005 y\u0131l\u0131nda yakla\u015f\u0131k 990 milyon dolar ihracat yaparken 2024 y\u0131l\u0131nda bu rakam\u0131n 9 milyar 425 milyon dolara ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 anlatan Aydo\u011fan, \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cBu de\u011fer, savunma sekt\u00f6r\u00fc ihracat\u0131ndan daha fazlad\u0131r. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin genel ihracat\u0131 2024 y\u0131l\u0131nda y\u00fczde 2 oran\u0131nda artarken sekt\u00f6r\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn ihracat\u0131, 2023 y\u0131l\u0131na g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 11 artm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin genel ihracat birim de\u011feri kilogram ba\u015f\u0131na 1,5 dolarken enerji da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m ve anahtarlama ekipmanlar\u0131nda 10 dolar seviyesindedir. Kablo sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde ise 6,4 dolar olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmi\u015ftir. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin d\u00fcnya elektromekanik sekt\u00f6r\u00fc ihracat pazar\u0131ndan ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 pay 2023 y\u0131l\u0131nda y\u00fczde 1,7 olmu\u015ftur. 2024 y\u0131l\u0131nda bu oran\u0131n y\u00fczde 1,8\u2019e y\u00fckselmesi beklenmektedir.\u201d<\/em> dedi.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u201c\u015eebekeler Art\u0131k Veri \u00dcretiyor, Zeka Bar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131yor.\u201d<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>SFA Electric CEO\u2019su Ozan G\u00fcre\u00e7<\/strong>, global elektrik sekt\u00f6r\u00fcndeki de\u011fi\u015fimin, \u2018dijitalle\u015fme\u2019, \u2018merkeziyetsizle\u015fme \u2013 da\u011f\u0131t\u0131k \u00fcretim\u2019 ve \u2018karbon azalt\u0131m\u0131\u2019 olmak \u00fczere \u00fc\u00e7 ana ba\u015fl\u0131k etraf\u0131nda \u015fekillendi\u011fine dikkat \u00e7ekerek <em>\u201c\u00d6zellikle t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyada ana g\u00fcndem konular\u0131ndan biri olan dijitalle\u015fme elektri\u011fe olan talebi art\u0131r\u0131yor. Bu da 2025 y\u0131l\u0131nda t\u00fcm enerji talebinin yar\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n elektrik olaca\u011f\u0131 tahminini g\u00fc\u00e7lendiriyor\u201d dedi. \u00dcretimin merkeziyetsizle\u015fmesi de da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m \u015febekesinin esnek, dayan\u0131kl\u0131 ve yerel \u00fcretimi destekleyen bir yap\u0131ya ge\u00e7mesini gerekli k\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 anlatan G\u00fcre\u00e7, bu de\u011fi\u015fimin temelinde elektromekanik sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn anahtar rolde bulundu\u011funu vurgulad\u0131. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde \u015febekelerin sadece ak\u0131m ta\u015f\u0131mad\u0131\u011f\u0131na da dikkat \u00e7eken G\u00fcre\u00e7, \u201c\u015eebekeler art\u0131k sadece ak\u0131m ta\u015f\u0131m\u0131yor, veri \u00fcretiyor ve veri ta\u015f\u0131yor; sadece mekanik de\u011fil zeka da bar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131yor, karar veriyor. Bu da bak\u0131m maliyetlerini azalt\u0131yor, \u015febeke s\u00fcreklili\u011fini art\u0131r\u0131yor ve toplam verimlilik art\u0131\u015f\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131yor\u201d<\/em> diye konu\u015ftu. Karbon azalt\u0131m\u0131 hedefleri do\u011frultusunda ise sekt\u00f6rde yayg\u0131n olarak kullan\u0131lan SF6 gaz\u0131n\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n kademeli olarak k\u0131s\u0131tland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kaydeden G\u00fcre\u00e7, \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti:<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u201cABD, Avrupa\u2019n\u0131n Kurulu G\u00fcc\u00fc Kadar Yenilenebilir Enerji Kaynaklar\u0131na Yat\u0131r\u0131m Yapacak\u201d<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><em>\u201cSon y\u0131llarda artan \u00e7evresel duyarl\u0131l\u0131k, sadece ne \u00fcretti\u011finizi de\u011fil nas\u0131l \u00fcretti\u011finizi de \u00f6nemli hale getirdi. Bu a\u00e7\u0131dan bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda SF6, sera gaz\u0131 etkisi \u00e7ok y\u00fcksek bir gaz. Bu nedenle SF6 i\u00e7ermeyen \u00fcr\u00fcnler bir tercih de\u011fil, zorunluluk haline geldi. Di\u011fer taraftan, \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn t\u00fcm ya\u015fam d\u00f6ng\u00fcs\u00fcnde b\u0131rakaca\u011f\u0131 karbon ayakizinin de g\u00f6zlemlenmesi ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fclmesi \u00fcreticilere rekabet\u00e7i avantaj sa\u011flayacakt\u0131r. \u00dc\u00e7 ana konu etraf\u0131nda \u015fekillenen bu d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn sadece \u00fcreticilerin de\u011fil, kamu otoritelerinin de g\u00fcndeminde olmas\u0131 gerekiyor. Rekabet\u00e7ili\u011fi etkileyen finansman, para maliyeti gibi konularda ihracat\u00e7\u0131ya destek sa\u011flanmal\u0131; EximBank kredileri kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k oranlar\u0131nda indirim yap\u0131lmal\u0131. Bu d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcme destek olacak yeni teknoloji geli\u015ftirme projelerine kolayl\u0131klar sa\u011flanmal\u0131 ve daralan AR-GE te\u015fviklerinin art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, kamu kurumlar\u0131n\u0131n te\u015fvik edici, destekleyici \u015fekilde \u00fcreticilere vizyon \u00e7izmesi, \u00f6zel alanlarda yat\u0131r\u0131m te\u015fviklerinin art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 da b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yor. ABD\u2019nin \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki 10 y\u0131lda Avrupa\u2019n\u0131n mevcut kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fc kadar yat\u0131r\u0131m yapaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131n bilindi\u011fi, Avrupa pazarlar\u0131na ula\u015f\u0131m\u0131n s\u00f6z konusu oldu\u011fu ve OrtaDo\u011fu-Kuzey Afrika b\u00f6lgelerindeki etkimizin bilindi\u011fi bu d\u00f6nemde T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck bir potansiyele sahip. Net S\u0131f\u0131r hedefi bir zorluk de\u011fil, bizler i\u00e7in tarihsel bir f\u0131rsatt\u0131r. Elektrifikasyon s\u00fcrecine y\u00f6n veren, dijitalle\u015fmeyi te\u015fvik eden ve karbon n\u00f6tr gelece\u011fe ge\u00e7i\u015fi h\u0131zland\u0131ran sekt\u00f6r olma konumumuzu korumal\u0131y\u0131z. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019yi bu alanda k\u00fcresel bir lider haline getirebiliriz.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u201cTransformat\u00f6r Tercihleri De\u011fi\u015fiyor\u201d<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>ELTA\u015e Transformat\u00f6r Ar-Ge ve Orta G\u00fc\u00e7 Transformat\u00f6rleri Tasar\u0131m M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Selim Dikmen<\/strong> ise T\u00fcrk elektromekanik sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn ihracatta itici g\u00fcc\u00fc olan transformat\u00f6rler konusunda son y\u0131llarda en \u00e7ok g\u00fcndeme gelen korulardan birinin verimlilik oldu\u011funu belirtti. Transformat\u00f6r kaynakl\u0131 teknik kay\u0131plar y\u0131llar i\u00e7inde azalmakla birlikte, bu a\u00e7\u0131dan AB mevzuat\u0131na g\u00f6re daha \u00f6nde olan T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin y\u0131llar i\u00e7inde AB\u2019nin gerisine d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fce kaydeten Dikmen,<em> \u201c2017 y\u0131l\u0131ndan sonra bu konuda hi\u00e7bir \u015fey yap\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyebiliriz. Ama bu konuda hala AB\u2019den \u00e7ok geride oldu\u011fumuz s\u00f6ylenemez. 2053 Karbon N\u00f6tr hedeflerine ula\u015fmam\u0131z i\u00e7in biraz daha \u00e7aba g\u00f6stermemiz gerekiyor\u201d<\/em> g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fc dile getirdi.<\/p>\n<p>Karbon N\u00f6tr hedeflerinin transformat\u00f6r sekt\u00f6r\u00fcne etkilerini \u2018yenilenebilir enerjiye ge\u00e7i\u015f\u2019 ve \u2018teknik zorluklar\u2019 olmak \u00fczere iki ana ba\u015fl\u0131kta \u00f6zetleyen Dikmen, <em>\u201cGlobal yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131 kapasitesi 2015 ile 2023 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda y\u00fczde 109 oran\u0131nda artarken T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki art\u0131\u015f y\u00fczde 86 oran\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti. Yenilenebilir enerji kapasitesindeki art\u0131\u015fa en b\u00fcy\u00fck katk\u0131y\u0131 PV Solar sa\u011fl\u0131yor.
