G\u00fcll\u00fc \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi:<em> \u201c\u00d6ncelikle uzun vadeli stratejilerin a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131\u011fa kavu\u015fturulmas\u0131 gerekiyor. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de halihaz\u0131rda sadece elektrik sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc i\u00e7in y\u0131ll\u0131k 15 milyar dolarl\u0131k yat\u0131r\u0131m ihtiyac\u0131 bulunuyor. Bu finansman\u0131n sa\u011flanabilmesi i\u00e7in piyasalarda \u015feffafl\u0131k ve \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclebilirlik hayati \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yor. 2024, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin enerji d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcnde \u00f6nemli ad\u0131mlar\u0131n at\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131, ancak mevcut politika ve uygulamalar\u0131n kapsam\u0131 ve etkisi \u00fczerine yeni sorular\u0131n g\u00fcndeme geldi\u011fi bir y\u0131l oldu. Enerji sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn olas\u0131 jeopolitik geli\u015fmelerden olumsuz etkilenmeden ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olabilmesi i\u00e7in kararl\u0131, uzun vadeli ve b\u00fct\u00fcnc\u00fcl bir yakla\u015f\u0131ma ihtiyac\u0131m\u0131z var.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>G\u00fcll\u00fc, kurulmas\u0131 planlanan ulusal Emisyon Ticareti Sistemi\u2019nin (ETS) \u00f6nemli ad\u0131mlardan biri oldu\u011funu ve bu do\u011frultuda olu\u015fturulacak ikincil mevzuat\u0131n enerji d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn desteklenmesine y\u00f6nelik uygulamalar\u0131 netle\u015ftirmesinin \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vurgulad\u0131.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>2025\u2019te Hedef Y\u0131ll\u0131k 5 GW G\u00fcne\u015f, 3 GW R\u00fczgar\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u2018T\u00fcrkiye Enerji D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc G\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fc 2024\u2019 raporunda, ge\u00e7en y\u0131l\u0131n yenilenebilir enerji kapasite geli\u015fimleri de\u011ferlendirildi\u011finde, ge\u00e7mi\u015f y\u0131llarda yap\u0131lan yat\u0131r\u0131mlar sayesinde hidroelektrik, r\u00fczgar, g\u00fcne\u015f, jeotermal ve biyok\u00fctleden olu\u015fan yenilenebilir enerji kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn toplam 68,8 gigavata (GW) ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 ortaya konuldu.<\/p>\n<p>2024\u2019te yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131 elektrik kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn y\u00fczde 59\u2019unu ve elektrik \u00fcretiminin y\u00fczde 46\u2019s\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturdu. Yine 2024\u2019te devreye al\u0131nan yeni elektrik kapasitesinin de y\u00fczde 99\u2019u yenilenebilir enerji santrallerinden sa\u011fland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Devreye al\u0131nan 6,5 GW kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcn 4,3 GW\u2019\u0131 g\u00fcne\u015f, 1 GW\u2019\u0131 r\u00fczgar, kalan k\u0131sm\u0131 ise hidroelektrik ve di\u011fer yenilenebilir kaynaklardan sa\u011fland\u0131. G\u00fcne\u015f enerjisindeki dikkat \u00e7ekici b\u00fcy\u00fcmeye kar\u015f\u0131n r\u00fczgardaki kurulumlar hedeflerin gerisinde kald\u0131. 2025 hedefi ise g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcne 5 GW, r\u00fczgar kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcne ise 2-3 GW eklenmesi y\u00f6n\u00fcnde. Bu hedeflere ula\u015fmada yat\u0131r\u0131m ortam\u0131 ve finansmana eri\u015fim, destekleyici politikalar ve payda\u015flar aras\u0131 i\u015f birli\u011fi belirleyici olacak.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u0130thal Fosil Yak\u0131ta Ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131k Devam Ediyor<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Yenilenebilir enerji \u00fcretiminde \u00f6nemli geli\u015fmeler kaydedilmesine ra\u011fmen T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin toplam enerji t\u00fcketiminde ithal fosil yak\u0131tlara olan ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck oranda devam ediyor.<\/p>\n<p>Ulusal enerji denge tablosuna g\u00f6re 2023\u2019te birincil enerji arz\u0131 i\u00e7inde toplam fosil yak\u0131t pay\u0131 y\u00fczde 82, ithal fosil yak\u0131t pay\u0131 y\u00fczde 79 olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti. Kaynak baz\u0131nda de\u011ferlendirildi\u011finde 2023\u2019te ham petrol\u00fcn y\u00fczde 87\u2019si, do\u011fal gaz\u0131n y\u00fczde 98\u2019i ve k\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcn y\u00fczde 61\u2019i ithal edildi.<\/p>\n<p>Elektrik \u00fcretiminde ise hidroelektrik ve di\u011fer yenilenebilir kaynaklar\u0131n pay\u0131ndaki art\u0131\u015f sayesinde 2024\u2019te yerli kaynaklar\u0131n pay\u0131 y\u00fczde 59\u2019a ula\u015ft\u0131. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin enerji \u00fcr\u00fcnleri ithalat\u0131 2024\u2019te 65,6 milyar dolar, enerji kaynakl\u0131 d\u0131\u015f ticaret a\u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131 ise 49 milyar dolar oldu. 2024\u2019te 2023\u2019e k\u0131yasla enerji \u00fcr\u00fcnleri ithalat\u0131 y\u00fczde 5, enerji kaynakl\u0131 d\u0131\u015f ticaret a\u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u00fczde 7 azald\u0131. Uluslararas\u0131 petrol fiyatlar\u0131n\u0131n yatay ve do\u011fal gaz fiyatlar\u0131n\u0131n 2023\u2019e k\u0131yasla ortalamada biraz daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck seyretmesi, di\u011fer yandan yurt i\u00e7i talepteki durgunluk d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015fte etkili oldu. Yenilenebilir enerjiden elektrik \u00fcretiminin artmas\u0131 da ithal fosil yak\u0131t talebini s\u0131n\u0131rlayan etkenler aras\u0131nda.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin Enerji Yo\u011funlu\u011fu D\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyor, \u0130yile\u015fmenin H\u0131zlanmas\u0131 Gerek<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>2024\u2019te enerji verimlili\u011finde iyile\u015fme h\u0131zland\u0131 ama 2053 net s\u0131f\u0131r hedefi i\u00e7in uzun d\u00f6nemde y\u0131ll\u0131k y\u00fczde 3 iyile\u015fmenin s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclmesi gerekiyor. Rapor, hem enerji verimlili\u011finin art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, hem de karbonsuzla\u015fman\u0131n h\u0131zlanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in elektrifikasyonun \u00f6nemini vurguluyor. Elektrikli ara\u00e7lar ula\u015ft\u0131rmada, \u0131s\u0131 pompalar\u0131 \u0131s\u0131tma ve sanayide verimlili\u011fi art\u0131racak ve karbon sal\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 azaltacak ba\u015fl\u0131ca teknolojiler olarak \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. Raporda elektrikli ara\u00e7 sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n toplam ara\u00e7 sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 i\u00e7indeki pay\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 10\u2019a y\u00fckseldi\u011fi, ancak trafikteki toplam ara\u00e7lar i\u00e7indeki pay\u0131n\u0131n hala y\u00fczde 1 seviyesinde oldu\u011fu belirtiliyor. Is\u0131 pompalar\u0131ndaki geli\u015fim ise hen\u00fcz potansiyelin \u00e7ok alt\u0131nda. Di\u011fer taraftan, 2025 ba\u015f\u0131nda y\u00fcksek t\u00fcketimli konut ve ticarethane kullan\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131 i\u00e7in elektrik fiyatlar\u0131ndaki s\u00fcbvansiyonlar\u0131n kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n hem elektrikli ara\u00e7lar\u0131n hem \u0131s\u0131 pompalar\u0131n\u0131n cazibesini azaltabilece\u011fi vurgulan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fmada, enerji d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc i\u00e7in sadece \u00fcretimin karbonsuzla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n, yani elektrik \u00fcretiminde yenilenebilir enerjinin pay\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rman\u0131n yeterli olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131na dikkat \u00e7ekiliyor. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki geli\u015fmi\u015f yenilenebilir enerji ekosistemi ve dinamizm, yeni kapasite art\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 olarak yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131ndan gelmesini sa\u011flamaya devam edecek.
