Bayraktar, enerjide uzun y\u0131llard\u0131r s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclen reformlar ile \u00f6nemli yap\u0131sal d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmler ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti\u011fine, kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcn 30.000 MW\u2019tan 107.000 MW\u2019a \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00fcre\u00e7te yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6r taraf\u0131ndan ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti\u011fine vurgu yapt\u0131. Bayraktar, geli\u015fmekte olan ekonomiler i\u00e7erisinde T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin geli\u015fimi\u015f bir enerji piyasas\u0131 yap\u0131s\u0131 ile \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 aktard\u0131.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u201cT\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de Ak\u0131ll\u0131 Enerji D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm Hikayesi Devam Ediyor\u201d<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Bayraktar s\u00f6zlerine \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti: \u201cEnerji d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc, ak\u0131ll\u0131 enerji d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc \u015feklinde olmal\u0131. Enerji d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc sadece iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fiyle k\u00fcresel \u00e7abalara ba\u011fl\u0131 kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 zaman baz\u0131 noktalar\u0131n eksik oldu\u011fu bir hedef haline geliyor. Ak\u0131ll\u0131 d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm mutlaka, t\u00fcketiciler ve piyasa ile uyumlu bir s\u00fcre\u00e7 olmal\u0131. T\u00fcrkiye enerji d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc 1.0\u2019u ba\u015far\u0131yla y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc. Yenilenebilir enerji yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131na dikkat \u00e7eken Bayraktar, ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz y\u0131l devreye al\u0131nan kapasitenin neredeyse tamam\u0131n\u0131n yenilenebilir enerjide dayal\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti\u011fini, YEKA modelinde geli\u015fmeler ile yeni bir b\u00fcy\u00fcme s\u00fcrecine girildi\u011fini ve T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin 2035 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar her y\u0131l 8.000 MW yenilenebilir enerji g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc devreye almay\u0131 hedefledi\u011fini, s\u00fcper izin s\u00fcrecini ba\u015flatmak \u00fczere \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 aktard\u0131. Do\u011falgaz konusuna da de\u011finen Bayraktar fosilden n\u00fckleere ge\u00e7i\u015fte do\u011fal gaz\u0131n ge\u00e7i\u015f yak\u0131t\u0131 rol\u00fcn\u00fcn alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izdi. Bayraktar, Karadeniz gaz\u0131 ve Gabar petrol\u00fcnde son geli\u015fmeleri de payla\u015f\u0131rken, 2026 y\u0131l\u0131nda do\u011fal gazda yerli \u00fcretimin 7,5 milyar metrek\u00fcpe ula\u015faca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtti.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u201cEnerji verimlili\u011fi Temel \u00d6nceliklerimizden\u201d<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Konferans kapsam\u0131nda sunulan IICEC T\u00fcrkiye Enerji Verimlili\u011fi G\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fc \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nerilerinin Bakanl\u0131k stratejileri ve \u00f6ncelikleri ile uyumlu oldu\u011funu belirten Alparslan Bayraktar \u201cEnerji verimlili\u011fi T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de enerji d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn en \u00f6nemli arac\u0131. Biz enerji verimlili\u011fini, yenilenebilir enerjiyi, petrol ve do\u011fal gaz \u00fcretimimizi, n\u00fckleeri, kritik madenleri ve b\u00fct\u00fcn bunlar\u0131 destekleyecek enerji alt yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmek suretiyle kapsaml\u0131 bir enerji d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc program\u0131yla hareket ediyoruz. Son \u00fc\u00e7 y\u0131lda d\u00fcnya \u00e7ap\u0131nda ortaya koydu\u011fumuz enerji yo\u011funlu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrme ba\u015far\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 devam ettirece\u011fimize inan\u0131yorum\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u201cEnerji D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn Esas Nedeni Ekonomi ve Sanayi Dinamikleri\u201d<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Uluslararas\u0131 Enerji Ajans\u0131 (IEA) Ba\u015fkan\u0131 ve IICEC Onursal Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Dr. Fatih Birol<\/strong>\u00a0d\u00fcnya enerji sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde son d\u00f6nemde \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kan geli\u015fmeleri ve y\u00f6nelimleri de\u011ferlendirdi. Enerjide d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn kuvvetle s\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc aktaran Dr. Birol, bu d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn esas nedeninin ekonomi ve sanayi politikalar\u0131 ile rekabet\u00e7ilik oldu\u011funu belirtti. D\u00fcnyada kurulan yeni elektrik santrallerinin %85\u2019inin yenilenebilire dayal\u0131 oldu\u011funu, sat\u0131lan her d\u00f6rt ara\u00e7tan birinin elektrikli ara\u00e7 oldu\u011funu, batarya kurulumlar\u0131n\u0131n da h\u0131zla b\u00fcy\u00fcd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc payla\u015fan Dr. Birol \u201cCOP 28\u2019de yenilenebilir enerji yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n mevcut kapasitenin 3 kat\u0131, verimlilik h\u0131z\u0131n\u0131n da 2 kat\u0131 artmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nermi\u015ftik. 2,5 y\u0131l aradan sonra \u015fu anda yenilebilir enerji yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 2,7 kat artt\u0131. Ama d\u00fcnya enerji verimlili\u011fi konusunda s\u0131n\u0131fta kald\u0131. Bu alanda sadece y\u00fczde 1 gibi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck bir art\u0131\u015f oldu.\u201d D\u00fcnyada elektrik \u00e7a\u011f\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131na i\u015faret eden Birol, \u201cYapay zek\u00e2, elektrikli ara\u00e7lar, klimalar elektrik talebini tetikliyor.\u00a0Bu \u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc,\u00a0elektrik talebini 5 y\u0131l i\u00e7inde ABD ve Avrupa\u2019n\u0131n toplam \u00fcretiminin toplam\u0131 kadar b\u00fcy\u00fctecek. D\u00fcnyada muazzam bir \u015fekilde n\u00fckleere ge\u00e7i\u015f var. 2025\u2019te n\u00fckleer tarihi bir zirve yapacak. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin de birden fazla n\u00fckleer santrale ihtiyac\u0131 var. Elektrikte arz g\u00fcvenli\u011fi i\u00e7in n\u00fckleer \u00f6nemli. K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck Mod\u00fcler Reakt\u00f6r teknolojilerinde \u00f6nemli ilerlemeler var\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u201cPetrol ve Do\u011fal gaz Fiyatlar\u0131nda Yumu\u015fak Bir D\u00f6nem G\u00f6rece\u011fiz\u201d<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>IEA olarak \u00fclkelerin enerji politikalar\u0131n\u0131 her be\u015f y\u0131lda bir inceleyerek \u00f6neriler sunduklar\u0131n\u0131 anlatan Birol \u015f\u00f6yle konu\u015ftu: \u201cEnerjide arz g\u00fcvenli\u011fi son derece \u00f6nemli. Son geli\u015fmeler ile birlikte d\u00fcnya arz g\u00fcvenli\u011fi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan tehlikeli bir d\u00f6nem ge\u00e7iriyor. Enerji g\u00fcvenli\u011fi herkesin sorunu. T\u00fcrkiye bu konuda \u00f6nemli ad\u0131mlar att\u0131. Yenilenebilir enerjide \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli geli\u015fmeler oldu. \u00d6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki y\u0131llarda Fosil yak\u0131t fiyatlar\u0131n\u0131n nas\u0131l geli\u015fece\u011fi son derece \u00f6nemli. Petrol talep art\u0131\u015f\u0131 yava\u015fl\u0131yor ve do\u011fal gaz piyasas\u0131 al\u0131c\u0131lar lehine geli\u015fiyor. Burada T\u00fcrkiye i\u00e7in g\u00fczel bir haber var. Petrol ve do\u011fal gaz fiyatlar\u0131nda yumu\u015fak bir d\u00f6nem g\u00f6rece\u011fiz. Hem petrol hem do\u011fal gazda fiyatlarda bir zay\u0131flama bekleyebiliriz. Bu da T\u00fcrkiye i\u00e7in cari a\u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nemli bir kalemi olan enerji ithalat\u0131n\u0131n azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 bak\u0131m\u0131ndan olumlu bir geli\u015fme olacakt\u0131r.\u201d Dr. Birol yapay zekan\u0131n trilyon dolarl\u0131k bir end\u00fcstri haline geldi\u011fini , yapay zeka ve enerji ili\u015fkisi \u00fczerine IEA taraf\u0131ndan yeni bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma yay\u0131mland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 da belirterek, yapay zekan\u0131n \u015febeke y\u00f6netimi i\u00e7in yeni f\u0131rsatlar getirmesinin beklendi\u011fini belirtti. Dr. Birol ayr\u0131ca, d\u00fcnyada politik r\u00fczgar\u0131n iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi m\u00fccadelenin aleyhine esti\u011fini ancak iklim risklerin daha fazla hissedildi\u011fini, bunun da esas\u0131nda \u00f6nemli bir \u00e7eli\u015fki oldu\u011funu vurgulad\u0131.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u201cKritik Minerallere H\u00fccum\u201d<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Panelde kritik mineraller ve tedarik zincirlerinin artan \u00f6nemine de \u00f6zel vurgu yap\u0131ld\u0131. Dr. Fatih Birol bak\u0131r ve di\u011fer pek \u00e7ok madenin elektrikli ara\u00e7lar, \u015febekeler, bataryalar i\u00e7in kritik oldu\u011funu ve \u00f6nemli yat\u0131r\u0131m ihtiyac\u0131 oldu\u011funu belirtirken, Alparslan Bayraktar da kritik madenler konusunda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin envanterini yay\u0131mlad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131, \u00a0i\u00e7inden ge\u00e7ilmekte olan kritik minerallere h\u00fccum d\u00f6neminin jeopolitik konularla da yak\u0131ndan ili\u015fkili oldu\u011funun alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izdi.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u201c\u00dclkemiz, Avrupa\u2019n\u0131n En B\u00fcy\u00fck Enerji Sekt\u00f6rlerinden Biri Konumuna Ula\u015ft\u0131\u201d<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Sabanc\u0131 \u00dcniversitesi Kurucu M\u00fctevelli Heyeti Ba\u015fkan\u0131 G\u00fcler Sabanc\u0131\u00a0<\/strong>konu\u015fmas\u0131nda, ekonomik ve sosyal geli\u015fimin sa\u011flanmas\u0131nda kilit rol \u00fcstlenen enerji sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde son d\u00f6nemde, \u00f6nemli geli\u015fmelere tan\u0131kl\u0131k edildi\u011fine dikkat \u00e7ekti. Sabanc\u0131, \u201cEnerji g\u00fcvenli\u011finde, enerji ticaretinde ve rekabet\u00e7ilikte ve enerjinin s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir geli\u015fimdeki kritik rol\u00fcnde, \u00f6nemli geli\u015fmeler var. \u00dclkemiz, enerji stratejileri, artan yat\u0131r\u0131mlar, geli\u015fen enerji alt yap\u0131lar\u0131 ve piyasalar\u0131yla, Avrupa\u2019n\u0131n en b\u00fcy\u00fck ve d\u00fcnyan\u0131n en dinamik enerji sekt\u00f6rlerinden biri konumuna ula\u015ft\u0131. Elektrik ve do\u011fal gaz t\u00fcketimleri, alt yap\u0131lar\u0131, yenilenebilir enerji kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fc gibi bir\u00e7ok parametreye bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda, Avrupa\u2019da ilk be\u015f i\u00e7erisinde yer al\u0131yoruz. Ki\u015fi ba\u015f\u0131na enerji t\u00fcketimimiz halen OECD ortalamas\u0131n\u0131n yar\u0131s\u0131 seviyesinde. Fakat gen\u00e7 n\u00fcfus, \u015fehirle\u015fme, sanayile\u015fme, artan mobilite ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 gibi fakt\u00f6rler, talepte b\u00fcy\u00fcme i\u00e7in g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir zemin olu\u015fturuyor. Son d\u00f6nemde enerjide kamu ve \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6r taraf\u0131ndan; enerji g\u00fcvenli\u011finin g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmesi, enerjide ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131n art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ve net-s\u0131f\u0131r emisyon hedefleri konular\u0131nda \u00f6nemli ad\u0131mlar at\u0131l\u0131yor.
