Geli\u015fmi\u015f \u00fclkelerin \u00e7o\u011funda binalar\u0131n \u0131s\u0131tma ve so\u011futmaya y\u00f6nelik y\u0131ll\u0131k enerji t\u00fcketimi 30-50 kWh\/m2 y\u0131l olacak \u015fekilde yal\u0131t\u0131ml\u0131 olarak tasarlan\u0131yor ve in\u015fa ediliyor. S\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 enerji kaynaklar\u0131na sahip olan \u00fclkemizde \u015fimdiye kadar ortalama enerji t\u00fcketiminin 120-150 kWh\/m2 y\u0131l oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyordu. \u00c7evreye duyarl\u0131 ve enerji verimli yap\u0131la\u015fma i\u00e7in U de\u011ferlerimizin (Is\u0131l ge\u00e7irgenlik) ve enerji limitlerimizin iyile\u015ftirilmesi \u00e7ok acil bir ba\u015fl\u0131kt\u0131. Bu ba\u011flamda da revize TS 825 standard\u0131n\u0131n getirdi\u011fi yeni enerji limitleri ve U de\u011ferleri \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fcze pozitif bir tablo koyuyor. Net \u0131s\u0131tma ve so\u011futma enerjisi ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n toplam\u0131na y\u00f6nelik olarak tan\u0131mlanm\u0131\u015f enerji limitleri; revize standartta 70-90 kWh\/m2 y\u0131la \u00e7ekilmi\u015f olacak. Yeni TS 825 standard\u0131 eski standarda g\u00f6re binalarda enerji verimlili\u011fini y\u00fczde 25 oran\u0131nda iyile\u015ftiriyor\u201d<\/em> dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Yeni standard\u0131n 1 Nisan 2025\u2019ten sonra ruhsat alan binalar i\u00e7in ge\u00e7erli olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 dile getiren <strong>\u0130ZODER Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Emrullah Eruslu<\/strong>, \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi: <em>\u201cYeni TS 825 standard\u0131n\u0131n enerji t\u00fcketimini azalt\u0131c\u0131 etkisini g\u00f6rmemiz i\u00e7in yeni standarda g\u00f6re in\u015fa edilmi\u015f binalar\u0131n ve yeni standarda g\u00f6re tadilat\u0131 yap\u0131lan binalar\u0131n say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n artmas\u0131 gerekecek. Ancak uzun d\u00f6nem ruhsat alma istatistikleri dikkate al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ruhsat alan yeni binalar\u0131n kabaca y\u0131lda 475 bin ton e\u015fde\u011feri petrol (TEP) ilave enerji talebi yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade edebiliriz. Yeni TS 825 standard\u0131 ile y\u0131lda yakla\u015f\u0131k 120 bin TEP enerji tasarrufu elde ederek \u00fclke ekonomisine y\u0131lda yakla\u015f\u0131k 100 milyon dolarl\u0131k katk\u0131 sa\u011flanm\u0131\u015f olacak. Yap\u0131la\u015fman\u0131n ortalama h\u0131zda s\u00fcrmesi ve \u00fclkemizde hi\u00e7 yenileme yap\u0131lmamas\u0131 durumunda bile sadece 5 y\u0131lda (2030 sonu) sa\u011flanacak verimlilikle \u00fclke ekonomisine katk\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131k 1,5 milyar dolar seviyesine ula\u015facak.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong>TS 825 Binalarda Is\u0131 Yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 Kurallar\u0131 Standard\u0131ndaki <\/strong><strong>Yenilikler<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>TS 825\u2019te yap\u0131lan revizyon sayesinde art\u0131k Antalya gibi s\u0131cak iklim b\u00f6lgelerinde yal\u0131t\u0131m projelerinin binalar\u0131n sadece \u0131s\u0131tma enerjisi ihtiyac\u0131na g\u00f6re de\u011fil \u0131s\u0131tma ve so\u011futma ihtiyac\u0131 dikkate al\u0131narak tasarlanaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten <strong>Emrullah Eruslu<\/strong>, a\u00e7\u0131klamalar\u0131na \u015fu s\u00f6zlerle devam etti: <em>\u201cTS 825 standard\u0131nda \u00fclkemiz 4 mevsimi ya\u015fayan bir co\u011frafyada olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen sadece \u0131s\u0131tma i\u00e7in t\u00fcketilen net enerji miktar\u0131na y\u00f6nelik s\u0131n\u0131rlamalar getiriyordu. \u00d6rne\u011fin; Antalya\u2019daki bir konut \u0131s\u0131tma ihtiyac\u0131 dikkate al\u0131narak \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m projesi haz\u0131rlan\u0131yordu. Revizyonla standarda so\u011futma ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n hesaplanmas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik ilaveler yap\u0131ld\u0131 ve \u00fclkemizde so\u011futma ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n da \u0131s\u0131tma ihtiyac\u0131 ile birlikte tasar\u0131m a\u015famas\u0131nda dikkate al\u0131nmas\u0131na olanak sa\u011fland\u0131\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Yeni TS 825 Standard\u0131n\u0131n \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m hesaplamalar\u0131nda da \u00f6nemli de\u011fi\u015fiklikler getirdi\u011fine dikkat \u00e7eken <strong>\u0130ZODER Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Emrullah Eruslu<\/strong>, a\u00e7\u0131klamalar\u0131n\u0131 \u015fu s\u00f6zlerle bitirdi: <em>\u201cRevize standart, \u0131s\u0131l direnci y\u00fcksek daha kal\u0131n ve daha nitelikli \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m malzemeleri ile yal\u0131t\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ve en az bir y\u00fczeyi kaplamal\u0131 \u00e7ift caml\u0131 veya \u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc caml\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m cam\u0131 \u00fcnitelerinin kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 daha enerji verimli binalar\u0131n tasarlanmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayarak binalarda enerji tasarrufunu en \u00fcst seviyeye \u00e7\u0131karmay\u0131 hedefliyor.
