Projenin \u00e7evre ve halk sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131na ili\u015fkin etkilerinden \u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fc dile getirilen yo\u011fun itirazlara ra\u011fmen, \u00c7evre, \u015eehircilik ve \u0130klim De\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Aral\u0131k 2024\u2019te ek \u00fcniteler i\u00e7in \u201c\u00c7evresel Etki De\u011ferlendirmesi (\u00c7ED) Olumlu Karar\u0131\u201d verdi.<\/p>\n<p>Avrupa \u0130klim Eylem A\u011f\u0131 T\u00fcrkiye \u0130klim ve Enerji Politikalar\u0131 Sorumlusu <strong>Elif Cansu \u0130lhan<\/strong> \u015f\u00f6yle konu\u015ftu:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cT\u00fcrkiye 2015 y\u0131l\u0131ndan bu yana neredeyse t\u00fcm k\u00f6m\u00fcrl\u00fc termik santral projelerini iptal ederek ve yenilenebilir enerji kurulumunu h\u0131zland\u0131rarak d\u00fcnya trendlerini takip ediyor. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de kalan son termik santral projesi olan Af\u015fin Elbistan A santrali ek \u00fcniteleri de iptal edilir ve adil bir k\u00f6m\u00fcrden \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f plan\u0131 yap\u0131l\u0131rsa hem k\u00f6m\u00fcr b\u00f6lgelerinin hem de T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin ekonomisi g\u00fc\u00e7lenirken yurtta\u015flara insana yak\u0131\u015f\u0131r, iklime uyumlu i\u015f f\u0131rsatlar\u0131 sa\u011flanabilir.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Fosil Yak\u0131tlar\u0131n \u00d6tesi Kampanyac\u0131s\u0131 <strong>Duygu Kutluay <\/strong>\u015f\u00f6yle konu\u015ftu:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cT\u00fcrkiye\u2019de elektrik ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n tamam\u0131n\u0131n yenilenebilir kaynaklardan kar\u015f\u0131land\u0131\u011f\u0131, ge\u00e7i\u015fin ekosistemlere sayg\u0131l\u0131 ve toplumsal faydalar\u0131n\u0131n adil bi\u00e7imde payla\u015f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir enerji sistemine ihtiya\u00e7 var. Okul, hastane, belediye gibi hizmet veren binalar\u0131n kendi elektri\u011fini \u00fcretti\u011fi, vatanda\u015flar\u0131n ve enerji kooperatiflerinin \u00fcretimde aktif rol ald\u0131\u011f\u0131, daha adil, daha temiz ve daha refah i\u00e7inde bir gelece\u011fe ge\u00e7i\u015f i\u00e7in ba\u015fta k\u00f6m\u00fcr olmak \u00fczere fosil yak\u0131tlardan \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f gerekiyor.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Rapordan \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kan ba\u015fl\u0131klar \u015f\u00f6yle: <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; 2004\u2019ten bu yana ge\u00e7en 20 y\u0131ll\u0131k d\u00f6nemde, bir y\u0131l i\u00e7inde devreye al\u0131nan k\u00f6m\u00fcr kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn en az oldu\u011fu y\u0131l 44 gigawatt ile 2024 oldu. Ekonomik Kalk\u0131nma ve \u0130\u015fbirli\u011fi \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc\u2019ne (OECD) \u00fcye olan 38 \u00fclkede, yeni k\u00f6m\u00fcr santrali \u00f6nerileri <strong>2015&#8217;te 142 iken bug\u00fcn be\u015fe (ABD, Japonya, T\u00fcrkiye, Avustralya) d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc<\/strong>. T\u00fcrkiye d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki d\u00f6rt santral projesi, karbon tutma ve yakalama teknolojisi i\u00e7eriyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; AB\u2019deki k\u00f6m\u00fcr santrali emeklilikleri d\u00f6rt kat\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131<\/strong> (2023&#8217;te 2,7 GW iken 2024\u2019te 11 GW\u2019a y\u00fckseldi), Almanya 6,7 GW ile ba\u015f\u0131 \u00e7ekti. <strong>Birle\u015fik Krall\u0131k son k\u00f6m\u00fcr santralini kapatt\u0131. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; \u00c7in ve Hindistan d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda, yap\u0131m a\u015famas\u0131ndaki k\u00f6m\u00fcrl\u00fc termik santral kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fc on y\u0131ld\u0131r \u00fcst \u00fcste d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyor<\/strong>. Bu kapasite 2015 y\u0131l\u0131nda 445 GW iken 2024 y\u0131l\u0131nda 80 GW\u2019a d\u00fc\u015ferek %80\u2019den fazla gerilemi\u015f oldu.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; ABD\u2019de 2024 y\u0131l\u0131nda k\u00f6m\u00fcr emeklilikleri 4,7 GW ile 2015&#8217;ten bu yana en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck seviyeye geriledi. <strong>ABD&#8217;de kalan k\u00f6m\u00fcr kapasitesinin neredeyse yar\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n 2035&#8217;e kadar emekliye ayr\u0131lmas\u0131 planlan\u0131yor<\/strong>, ancak baz\u0131 enerji \u015firketleri bu planlar\u0131 geciktiriyor.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; G\u00fcneydo\u011fu Asya&#8217;da da yeni k\u00f6m\u00fcr projelerinin say\u0131s\u0131 azal\u0131yor. Bu durum, <strong>Endonezya ve Malezya&#8217;n\u0131n k\u00f6m\u00fcrden \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f taahh\u00fctleri, Filipinler&#8217;in k\u00f6m\u00fcr santrali izinlerini durdurma karar\u0131 ve Vietnam\u2019daki adil d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm planlamalar\u0131n\u0131n geli\u015fmesi<\/strong> gibi fakt\u00f6rlerden kaynaklan\u0131yor. 2024 y\u0131l\u0131nda G\u00fcneydo\u011fu Asya\u2019da yaln\u0131zca Endonezya yeni k\u00f6m\u00fcr santrali \u00f6nerisinde bulundu.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Latin Amerika\u2019da ise <strong>k\u00f6m\u00fcr santrali \u00f6nerileri neredeyse s\u0131f\u0131ra<\/strong> yakla\u015fm\u0131\u015f durumda.
