Suyun sadece \u00a0y\u00fczde 2,5\u2019i tatl\u0131 su olup, bu suyun \u00e7o\u011fu buzullarda, kalan\u0131 yeralt\u0131 sular\u0131ndad\u0131r. Havada ve y\u00fczeyde \u00e7ok az tatl\u0131 su vard\u0131r. Kara alan\u0131n\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde onu buzul buzu ile kapl\u0131 olup b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7ekte kutup, daha k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck da\u011f buzullar\u0131 vard\u0131r.Do\u011fan\u0131n su deposu buzullar ya\u015fam i\u00e7in kritik \u00f6nemli olup eriyen sular\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ekosistemler i\u00e7in olmazsa olmazd\u0131r\u201d vurgusu ile gezegenimizin su d\u00f6ng\u00fcs\u00fc, insan, bitkiler, hayvanlar ve mikroorganizmalar\u0131n ya\u015fam\u0131 i\u00e7in vazge\u00e7ilemezken suya eri\u015fim hepimizin hakk\u0131d\u0131r. 2,2 milyar insan sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 i\u00e7me suyu olmadan ya\u015f\u0131yor. Su her yerdedir.\u0130\u00e7me suyu; tar\u0131m ve end\u00fcstride girdi; enerji kayna\u011f\u0131; turizmde rota olarak su ile ya\u015far, ge\u00e7inir ve mutlu oluruz. \u0130nsan, yine insan i\u00e7in \u00fcretirken, t\u00fcketirken, hizmet sunulurken do\u011frudan ve dolayl\u0131 sebep oldu\u011fu sera gaz\u0131 emisyonlar\u0131yla k\u00fcresel y\u00fczey ve k\u00fcresel okyanus s\u0131cakl\u0131k art\u0131\u015f\u0131na, iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fine, buzullar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n h\u0131zla erimesine neden oluyor.
