Y\u0131lda 4 milyon binek arac\u0131n trafikten kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na denk bir emisyon azalt\u0131m\u0131 sa\u011flayacak bu potansiyel ayn\u0131 zamanda sanayi kurulu\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n elektriklerinin bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc kendilerinin \u00fcretmesi, d\u00f6ng\u00fcsel ekonomiye katk\u0131da bulunmalar\u0131 ve ye\u015fil d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm s\u00fcrecinde \u00f6nemli bir ad\u0131m atmalar\u0131 anlam\u0131na da geliyor. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin ilk ve tek global enerji hizmet \u015firketi ESCON Enerji\u2019nin CEO\u2019su Onur \u00dcnl\u00fc, 18 Mart K\u00fcresel Geri D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm G\u00fcn\u00fc dolay\u0131s\u0131yla yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamada at\u0131k \u0131s\u0131dan elektrik \u00fcretimi ve at\u0131k \u0131s\u0131 \u00fczerinden end\u00fcstriyel simbiyoz hakk\u0131nda bilgi verdi.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u201cKaynak Kullan\u0131lmadan, Tamamen Geri Kazan\u0131mla \u00dcretim Yap\u0131l\u0131yor\u201d<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u00dcretimdeki at\u0131k \u0131s\u0131n\u0131n \u2018pinch analizi\u2019 ad\u0131 verilen bir sistemle tespit edildikten sonra \u0131s\u0131 pompas\u0131 gibi sistemlerle \u0131s\u0131tma-so\u011futma amac\u0131yla kullan\u0131labilece\u011fini veya ORC ya da buhar t\u00fcrbini ile elektri\u011fe d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclebilece\u011fini s\u00f6yleyen \u00dcnl\u00fc, <em>\u201c\u00d6zellikle demir-\u00e7elik, \u00e7imento, seramik, in\u015faat malzemeleri \u00fcretimi gibi y\u00fcksek s\u0131cakl\u0131k kullan\u0131lan tesislerde \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck bir potansiyel bulunuyor. Buralarda yap\u0131lacak yat\u0131r\u0131mlar ile tesisin elektri\u011finin y\u00fczde 10\u2019una kadar olan k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 at\u0131k \u0131s\u0131dan kar\u015f\u0131lamak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn. Bu da bir nevi yenilenebilir enerji olarak d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclebilir \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc ba\u015fka bir kaynak kullanmadan, tamamen geri kazan\u0131mla temiz enerji \u00fcretiliyor. Arazi bulamad\u0131\u011f\u0131 veya trafolarda yer olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in yenilenebilir enerji yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 yapamayan i\u015fletmeler bir alternatif olarak bu yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 da de\u011ferlendirebilir. \u00dcstelik bu enerji, hatlardaki dalgalanmalardan da etkilenmedi\u011finden \u00fcretimdeki kritik noktalarda da kullan\u0131labilir\u201d<\/em> dedi.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u201cSKDM ve ETS\u2019den Etkilenen Sekt\u00f6rlere Avantaj Sa\u011flar\u201d<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>At\u0131k \u0131s\u0131dan elektrik \u00fcretiminin hem maliyetleri d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc hem de emisyonlar\u0131 azaltt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade eden \u00dcnl\u00fc \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti; <em>\u201cEmisyon azalt\u0131m\u0131, S\u0131n\u0131rda Karbon D\u00fczenlemesi Mekanizmas\u0131 (SKDM) kapsam\u0131ndaki sekt\u00f6rler i\u00e7in b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yor. Benzer \u015fekilde Emisyon Ticaret Sistemi\u2019nden (ETS) etkilenecek sekt\u00f6rler de at\u0131k \u0131s\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 de\u011ferlendirerek bu alanda avantaj sa\u011flayabilir, \u00f6zellikle d\u0131\u015f pazarlarda rekabet\u00e7iliklerini art\u0131rabilir.\u201d<\/em> \u00dcnl\u00fc ayr\u0131ca, sanayide yap\u0131lan bu t\u00fcr yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin 2030\u2019a kadar sadece enerji verimlili\u011fi ile enerji t\u00fcketimini y\u00fczde 16 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrerek 100 milyon ton emisyon azalt\u0131m\u0131 hedefine de katk\u0131 sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131na dikkat \u00e7ekti.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u201c5 Y\u0131lda Amorti Ediyor, Hibe, Destek ve EPS\u2019den Yararlan\u0131labiliyor\u201d<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u00dcnl\u00fc, at\u0131k \u0131s\u0131dan elektrik \u00fcretmek i\u00e7in kurulan sistemlerin kendini en fazla 5 y\u0131lda amorti etti\u011fini, bunlar\u0131n kurulumu i\u00e7in hibe ve te\u015fviklerin de oldu\u011funu belirterek, <em>\u201cAt\u0131k \u0131s\u0131dan elektrik \u00fcretmek isteyen i\u015fletmeler iki \u015fekilde ilerleyebilir. E\u011fer at\u0131k \u0131s\u0131 potansiyellerini biliyorlarsa dosyalar\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturup Enerji ve Tabii Kaynaklar Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n Verimlilik Art\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 Projeler (VAP) \u00a0veya Sanayi ve Teknoloji Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n Ye\u015fil D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm Destek Programlar\u0131na ba\u015fvurabilirler. \u0130kinci alternatif ise bir enerji hizmet \u015firketine (ESCO) ba\u015fvurmalar\u0131. ESCO\u2019lar i\u015fletmenin at\u0131k \u0131s\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 analiz edip potansiyelini belirleyerek en uygun projeyi olu\u015fturur. Ard\u0131ndan projenin t\u00fcm finansman s\u00fcrecini Enerji Performans S\u00f6zle\u015fmeleri (EPS) kapsam\u0131nda \u00fcstlenebilirler. B\u00f6ylece sanayi kurulu\u015flar\u0131, i\u015fletme sermayesine bir kuru\u015f dahi dokunmadan projeyi anahtar teslim alabilir. Biz de ESCON Enerji olarak EPS kapsam\u0131nda yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z projelerle sekt\u00f6rde a\u00e7\u0131k ara lider konumday\u0131z\u201d<\/em> diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u201cYe\u015fil OSB\u2019ler \u0130\u00e7in \u0130\u015f Birli\u011fi Yap\u0131labilir\u201d<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Yat\u0131r\u0131m kapsam\u0131nda Organize Sanayi B\u00f6lgeleri\u2019nin (OSB) y\u00f6netimleri ile fabrikalar aras\u0131nda i\u015f birli\u011fi yap\u0131labilece\u011fi \u00f6nerisinde de bulunan \u00dcnl\u00fc \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi; <em>\u201cFabrikalar elektriklerini bulunduklar\u0131 OSB\u2019lerden tedarik ediyor. At\u0131k \u0131s\u0131dan elektrik \u00fcretmeyi hedefleyen bir fabrika, OSB ile i\u015f birli\u011fi yaparak bu elektri\u011fin OSB i\u00e7inde da\u011f\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 da sa\u011flayabilir. Bu t\u00fcr i\u015f birlikleri, \u00fclkemizdeki Ye\u015fil OSB say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 da art\u0131racakt\u0131r.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>OSB i\u00e7inde i\u015f birli\u011fi yap\u0131labilecek bir di\u011fer alan\u0131n da end\u00fcstriyel simbiyoz oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyen \u00dcnl\u00fc, <em>\u201cBir end\u00fcstriden \u00e7\u0131kan at\u0131\u011f\u0131n ba\u015fka bir end\u00fcstride ham madde olarak kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 olan end\u00fcstriyel simbiyozda akla ilk olarak cam k\u0131r\u0131klar\u0131, mermer k\u0131r\u0131klar\u0131 geliyor. Oysa at\u0131k \u0131s\u0131 ve at\u0131k su da bu kapsamda de\u011ferlendirilebilir. \u00d6rne\u011fin bir fabrika at\u0131k \u0131s\u0131 \u00fcretebilir ancak i\u00e7eride s\u0131cak su veya buhara ihtiyac\u0131 olmayabilir. \u0130\u015fte bu fabrika, bu s\u0131cak suyu ba\u015fka bir fabrikaya birim bedel kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda satabilir. B\u00f6ylece emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131 azalt\u0131p kazan\u00e7 sa\u011flar. Di\u011fer fabrika da yeni bir sistem kurmak zorunda kalmayaca\u011f\u0131ndan benzer \u015fekilde o da kazan\u00e7 sa\u011flarken emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131 azalt\u0131r.
