Bug\u00fcn\u00fc milat kabul ederek; bu konudaki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 toplum olarak h\u0131zland\u0131rmal\u0131 ve hayata ge\u00e7irmeliyiz\u201d<\/em> diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki M\u00fchendislerin Y\u00fczde 24\u2019\u00fc Kad\u0131n<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de m\u00fchendislik mesle\u011finde kad\u0131nlar\u0131n varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n son y\u0131llarda art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6sterdi\u011finin alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izen <strong>\u0130nci<\/strong>, T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;deki m\u00fchendislik mesle\u011finde kad\u0131nlar\u0131n giderek daha fazla yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vurguluyor. <strong>\u0130nci<\/strong>; <em>&#8220;2024 verilerine g\u00f6re, T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;deki m\u00fchendislerin y\u00fczde 24&#8217;\u00fc kad\u0131nlardan olu\u015fuyor ve \u00fcniversitelerde m\u00fchendislik b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerinde e\u011fitim g\u00f6ren k\u0131z \u00f6\u011frenci say\u0131s\u0131 111 binin \u00fczerine \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f. \u00d6te yandan Avrupa Birli\u011fi \u00fclkelerinde bilim ve m\u00fchendislik alanlar\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan kad\u0131nlar\u0131n oran\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 41 iken, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de bu oran y\u00fczde 44. Bu istatistikler; T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin bilim ve m\u00fchendislik alanlar\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan kad\u0131n istihdam\u0131nda AB ortalamas\u0131n\u0131n \u00fczerinde bir konumda oldu\u011funu g\u00f6steriyor. M\u00fchendislik ve teknoloji alan\u0131nda cinsiyet e\u015fitli\u011finin sa\u011flanmas\u0131 ad\u0131na \u00fclkemizin \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir geli\u015fim kaydetti\u011fini ve kad\u0131nlar\u0131n sekt\u00f6rde daha fazla temsil edilmesi konusunda umut verici bir noktaya ula\u015f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyebiliriz\u201d<\/em> dedi.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u201cYaz\u0131l\u0131m Geli\u015ftirme Alan\u0131nda Kad\u0131n M\u00fchendislerin Say\u0131s\u0131 Art\u0131yor\u201d<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de kad\u0131nlar\u0131n en \u00e7ok mimarl\u0131k, elektrik-elektronik m\u00fchendisli\u011fi, bilgisayar m\u00fchendisli\u011fi ve in\u015faat m\u00fchendisli\u011fi, alanlar\u0131nda istihdam edildi\u011fini a\u00e7\u0131klayan <strong>\u0130nci<\/strong> <em>\u201cMimarl\u0131k alan\u0131nda istihdam edilen kad\u0131nlar\u0131n oran\u0131, di\u011fer m\u00fchendislik dallar\u0131na k\u0131yasla daha y\u00fcksek. \u0130n\u015faat ile elektrik-elektronik m\u00fchendislikleri alanlar\u0131nda kad\u0131nlar\u0131n say\u0131s\u0131 artsa da erkeklerin egemenli\u011fi devam ediyor. \u00d6zellikle bilgisayar m\u00fchendisli\u011fi, yaz\u0131l\u0131m geli\u015ftirme, veri analizi ve yapay zek\u00e2 gibi modern teknoloji alanlar\u0131nda kad\u0131n m\u00fchendislerin say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7o\u011fald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6zlemliyoruz. D\u00fcnyada da durum ayn\u0131. Kad\u0131n m\u00fchendisler, genellikle daha fazla \u00e7e\u015fitlilik ve esneklik sunan alanlarda, \u00f6zellikle yaz\u0131l\u0131m m\u00fchendisli\u011fi ve biyomedikal m\u00fchendislik gibi bran\u015flarda daha fazla yer al\u0131yor. Y\u00f6netici pozisyonlar\u0131na y\u00fckselme konusunda da kad\u0131nlara daha fazla f\u0131rsat tan\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131 ve adil terfi sistemlerinin olu\u015fturulmas\u0131n\u0131 savunuyoruz. \u0130\u015f yerlerinde cinsiyet ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve tacizin \u00f6nlenmesi i\u00e7in politikalar\u0131n geli\u015ftirilmesini destekliyor, g\u00fcvenli ve sayg\u0131l\u0131 bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ortam\u0131 sa\u011flanmas\u0131n\u0131 istiyoruz. Kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n i\u015f-ya\u015fam dengesini kurabilmesi i\u00e7in kamuda esnek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma saatleri, uzaktan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma imk\u00e2nlar\u0131 ve do\u011fum izni ile ebeveyn izninin daha adil hale getirilmesi gerekti\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyoruz. Kad\u0131n m\u00fchendislerin mesleki geli\u015fimlerini desteklemek amac\u0131yla mentorluk programlar\u0131 planl\u0131yor, kamudaki dayan\u0131\u015fma a\u011flar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fc\u00e7lenmesini hedefliyoruz. M\u00fchendislik ve teknik hizmet alanlar\u0131nda kad\u0131n istihdam\u0131n\u0131n art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in fark\u0131ndal\u0131k kampanyalar\u0131 planl\u0131yoruz. Kad\u0131n m\u00fchendislerin ve teknik personelin haklar\u0131n\u0131 savunmaya, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma hayat\u0131ndaki e\u015fitsizlikleri gidermeye ve daha adil bir i\u015f ortam\u0131 yaratmaya kararl\u0131y\u0131z. Biz, bilgimiz, eme\u011fimiz ve azmimizle sadece projeler \u00fcretmiyor, ayn\u0131 zamanda toplumsal cinsiyet e\u015fitli\u011fi m\u00fccadelesinin de \u00f6nemli bir par\u00e7as\u0131 oluyoruz.
