Resmi Gazete\u2019de 20.02.2025 tarihinde yay\u0131mlanan tebli\u011f ile TS 825 Binalarda Is\u0131 Yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 Kurallar\u0131 Standard\u0131 01 Nisan 2025 tarihi itibar\u0131yla zorunlu standart olarak y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girecek.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7evre, \u015eehircilik ve \u0130klim De\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamaya g\u00f6re yeni standarda uygun in\u015fa edilecek yap\u0131larda, konfor \u015fartlar\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fmeden enerji faturalar\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 25 azalmas\u0131 sa\u011flanacak. B\u00f6ylece her y\u0131l yeni in\u015fa edilecek binalarda y\u0131ll\u0131k 2,5 teravatsaat enerji ile Atat\u00fcrk Baraj\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n 3 ayda \u00fcretti\u011fi enerji kadar tasarruf sa\u011flanm\u0131\u015f olacak. Sekt\u00f6r olarak \u00fclkemize sa\u011flayaca\u011f\u0131 katk\u0131lar dolay\u0131s\u0131yla memnuniyetle kar\u015f\u0131lad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z revize standart \u00f6nemli iyile\u015fmelere i\u015faret ediyor. Enerji verimlili\u011finde geli\u015fmi\u015f \u00fclkelere yakla\u015fmaya dair kritik bir ad\u0131m olan revize standard\u0131n \u00fclkemizin enerji ithalat rakamlar\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrme ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik hedeflerini destekleyece\u011fine inan\u0131yoruz.\u201d<\/em> dedi.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>TS 825 Binalarda Is\u0131 Yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 Kurallar\u0131 Standard\u0131ndaki\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Yenilikler<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>TS 825\u2019te yap\u0131lan revizyon sayesinde art\u0131k Antalya gibi s\u0131cak iklim b\u00f6lgelerinde binalar\u0131n sadece \u0131s\u0131tma enerjisi ihtiyac\u0131na g\u00f6re tasarlanmas\u0131 yerine \u0131s\u0131tma ve so\u011futma ihtiyac\u0131 dikkate al\u0131narak yal\u0131t\u0131m projelerinin yap\u0131labilece\u011fine dikkat \u00e7eken\u00a0<strong>\u0130ZODER Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Emrullah Eruslu<\/strong>, a\u00e7\u0131klamalar\u0131na \u015fu s\u00f6zlerle devam etti: <em>\u201cTS 825 standard\u0131nda \u00fclkemiz 4 mevsimi ya\u015fayan bir co\u011frafyada olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen sadece \u0131s\u0131tma i\u00e7in t\u00fcketilen net enerji miktar\u0131na y\u00f6nelik s\u0131n\u0131rlamalar getiriyordu. \u00d6rne\u011fin; Antalya\u2019daki bir konut \u0131s\u0131tma ihtiyac\u0131 dikkate al\u0131narak \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m projesi haz\u0131rlan\u0131yordu. Revizyonla standarda so\u011futma ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n hesaplanmas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik ilaveler yap\u0131ld\u0131 ve \u00fclkemizde so\u011futma ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n da \u0131s\u0131tma ihtiyac\u0131 ile birlikte tasar\u0131m a\u015famas\u0131nda dikkate al\u0131nmas\u0131na olanak sa\u011fland\u0131.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Yeni TS 825 Enerji Verimli ve \u00c7evre Dostu Yap\u0131la\u015fmaya Katk\u0131 Sa\u011flayacak<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Hem \u0131s\u0131tma hem de so\u011futma i\u00e7in harcanan enerjinin hesapland\u0131\u011f\u0131 yeni bir metodoloji ile d\u00fczenlenen revize TS 825\u2019te Bakanl\u0131k taraf\u0131ndan enerji limitlerinin yeniden belirlendi\u011fini ve tavsiye edilen U de\u011ferlerinin iyile\u015ftirildi\u011fini dile getiren\u00a0<strong>Emrullah Eruslu<\/strong>, \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi:<em> \u201cGeli\u015fmi\u015f \u00fclkelerin \u00e7o\u011funda binalar\u0131n \u0131s\u0131tma ve so\u011futmaya y\u00f6nelik y\u0131ll\u0131k enerji t\u00fcketimi 30-50 kWh\/m2 y\u0131l olacak \u015fekilde yal\u0131t\u0131ml\u0131 olarak tasarlan\u0131yor ve in\u015fa ediliyor. S\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 enerji kaynaklar\u0131m\u0131za ra\u011fmen \u00fclkemizdeki ortalama enerji t\u00fcketiminin 120-150 kWh\/m2 y\u0131l olmas\u0131 kabul edilemez. \u00c7evreye duyarl\u0131 ve enerji verimli yap\u0131la\u015fma i\u00e7in U (Is\u0131l ge\u00e7irgenlik) de\u011ferlerimizin ve enerji limitlerimizin iyile\u015ftirilmesi \u00e7ok acil bir ba\u015fl\u0131kt\u0131. Bu ba\u011flamda da revize TS 825 standard\u0131n\u0131n getirdi\u011fi yeni enerji limitleri ve U de\u011ferleri \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fcze pozitif bir tablo koyuyor. Net \u0131s\u0131tma ve so\u011futma enerjisi ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n toplam\u0131na y\u00f6nelik olarak tan\u0131mlanm\u0131\u015f enerji limitleri revize standartta 70-90 kWh\/m2 y\u0131la \u00e7ekilmi\u015f olacak. Enerji limitlerimizi bu seviyelerin de alt\u0131na yani geli\u015fmi\u015f \u00fclkeler ortalamas\u0131na d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmeye ihtiyac\u0131m\u0131z olsa da s\u00f6z konusu veriler olduk\u00e7a anlaml\u0131 bir azal\u0131\u015fa i\u015faret ediyor. Yeni TS 825 standard\u0131n\u0131n uygulanmas\u0131 ile daha nitelikli ve daha kal\u0131n yal\u0131t\u0131m malzemeleri ile kaplamal\u0131 \u00e7ift cam veya \u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc cam kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n artmas\u0131n\u0131 bekliyoruz.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Revize Standard\u0131n Uygulanmas\u0131nda \u0130ZODER\u2019in Hesap Program\u0131 Yol G\u00f6sterici Olacak<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>TS 825 Standard\u0131 revizyonunun binalar\u0131n enerji verimlili\u011finde kilit rol oynayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyen<strong>\u00a0\u0130ZODER Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Emrullah Eruslu<\/strong>, <em>\u201cStandard\u0131n hayata ge\u00e7mesini sa\u011flayan en \u00f6nemli ara\u00e7lardan biri olan \u0130ZODER TS 825 hesap program\u0131n\u0131 da h\u0131zl\u0131ca y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe sokmay\u0131 hedefliyoruz. \u0130ZODER TS 825 Hesap Program\u0131; tasar\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m malzemesi se\u00e7imi ile uygulama detaylar\u0131n\u0131n belirlenmesine y\u00f6n verecek olup ayr\u0131ca projeye dair yap\u0131 ruhsatlar\u0131n\u0131n al\u0131nabilmesi i\u00e7in haz\u0131rlanmas\u0131 gereken \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m projesinin olu\u015fturulmas\u0131n\u0131 da sa\u011flayacak\u201d<\/em> diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130ZODER olarak \u00fclkemizin enerji verimlili\u011fini sa\u011flama yolunda \u00f6nemli bir ad\u0131m niteli\u011finde olan TS 825 standard\u0131n\u0131n son \u015feklini almas\u0131 ve yay\u0131mlanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in 2019 y\u0131l\u0131ndan bu yana y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fckleri \u00f6zverili \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n sonucunu g\u00f6rmekten dolay\u0131 mutlu olduklar\u0131n\u0131 ifade eden\u00a0<strong>Eruslu<\/strong>, s\u00f6zlerini \u015f\u00f6yle bitirdi: <em>\u201cS\u00f6z konusu revizyonun ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesinde ba\u015fta \u00c7evre, \u015eehircilik ve \u0130klim De\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 olmak \u00fczere eme\u011fi ge\u00e7en t\u00fcm bakanl\u0131k \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 ve komite \u00fcyelerine te\u015fekk\u00fcr ediyor, \u00fclkemiz i\u00e7in hay\u0131rl\u0131 olmas\u0131n\u0131 diliyoruz.
