Aral\u0131k 2024 tarihinde, ABD Ye\u015fil Bina Konseyi (USGBC) taraf\u0131ndan verilen ve Green Business Certification Inc. (GBCI) taraf\u0131ndan onaylanan sertifika, LEED v4 Yeni \u0130n\u015faat ve B\u00fcy\u00fck Yenilemeler i\u00e7in Bina Tasar\u0131m\u0131 ve \u0130n\u015faat\u0131 kategorisinde verildi. Su ve enerji verimlili\u011fi, at\u0131k y\u00f6netimi, malzeme se\u00e7imi gibi konularda en iyi uygulamalar\u0131 hayata ge\u00e7irerek \u00e7evresel etkimizi minimize etmeyi hedefledik. Bu projede eme\u011fi ge\u00e7en t\u00fcm ekip arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131 tebrik ediyorum.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Su Verimlili\u011finde \u00d6rnek Proje<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Binan\u0131n su verimlili\u011fi konusundaki ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131, LEED sertifikas\u0131n\u0131n en\u00a0\u00f6nemli unsurlar\u0131ndan birini olu\u015fturuyor. \u00a0Projede, su t\u00fcketimini azaltmak i\u00e7in bir dizi yenilik\u00e7i \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm uyguland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; \u0130\u00e7 m<\/strong><strong>ek\u00e2n su kullan\u0131m\u0131nda y\u00fczde 76 tasarruf:\u00a0<\/strong>D\u00fc\u015f\u00fck su t\u00fcketimli armat\u00fcrler, musluklar, rezervuarlar ve du\u015f ba\u015fl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131, standart binalara k\u0131yasla %76&#8217;l\u0131k bir su tasarrufu sa\u011fl\u0131yor. Ayr\u0131ca rezervuarlarda ar\u0131t\u0131lm\u0131\u015f gri su kullan\u0131m\u0131 ile su t\u00fcketimi daha da azalt\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; D\u0131\u015f m<\/strong><strong>ek\u00e2n su kullan\u0131m\u0131nda y\u00fczde 59 azalma:\u00a0<\/strong>Peyzaj tasar\u0131m\u0131nda, yerel iklim ko\u015fullar\u0131na uyumlu ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck su ihtiyac\u0131 olan bitkiler tercih edildi.
